Kathleen stepped into the Cafeteria and scan the place to find?Laura, Janice and Noah but she couldn't spot anyone of them. So decided to grab a plate first and look for others later. She was starving. She walked to the empty place but before she could sit, someone taps her shoulders.
"Hey, Laura! Where have you been?", she turn around questioning her best friend. To her surprise, it wasn't Laura! The Cafeteria turned silent for a minute. She looked at him, he was angry, furious and his edge of irritation fears Kathleen. The cologne was a familiar to her.
"What?", she questioned. He grabbed her hand harshly that made her flinch and she dropped the plate in shock. The sound echoed throughout the Cafeteria. She gulped audibly, right in front of her stood the emotionless monster.
"Come with me! We need to talk", he hissed, dragging her out of the Cafeteria along with him. Her legs moved on it's own, she wasn't doing anything at all. He halted near the pathway and the place was totally empty. He dropped her hand and she could feel the slightest pain around the wrist. He was too strong nor we can say Kathleen was very weak. The way he handled Kathleen woke her anger for bad.
"What do you want?", she grunted rubbing her wrist.
"Who do you think you are?", he barked and she can sense that he was quivering with anger.
"Which means?', she raised her brows.
"What did you say to Robert?! He is not replying my calls and texts and he says he doesn't want to speak to me anymore", he growled with fury.
"Says the one who have been doing this to me! You never answered any of my calls or texts and why do you have to talk to me now", she objected and this made him lose his shit.
"Just reply to my fucking question. What did you say to him?",he roared, grabbing her wrist harder this time.
"Ouch, you are hurting me", she cried squirming under his hold.
"Tell me what you said?! Do you think you can come between me and Robert that easily.? Because I won't let that happen. He is the important person of my life and I won't let anyone break our friendship that easily", he snapped suddenly and Kathleen had no idea what he was talking about.
"Ethan, shut up okay! I don't want to do anything with you and your shits. Get that into your brain", she yelled.
"I don't have to do anything to your friend just that he loves me because I don't. I fucking don't love him. And that's what I said to him today. Got the information you needed already, just leave me alone now", she bellowed in anger.
Before EJ could reply to her comment, they both hear applauding sound and turn around to the direction of claps. A girl with short neck length fine hair, her hair color was artificial and different but alluring, it was burgundy . The closer she gets, kathleen noticed her perfectly aligned facial features. She was a fetching young woman with attitude.
"Whoa. Look who is fighting?", she smirked, she was not alone, Claudia and Arlie accompanied her. Arlie was lanky compared to Claudia and this trio made every jaws in the room to drop while they walked past them.
EJ dropped her hand that he was holding and hurting her all this while. She was back to her senses while her hand hit her thighs. She flinched and looked at the trio.
"So, you must be the one the whole campus is talking about", Beverly questioned Kathleen. While EJ stepped in front of her impatiently.
"Leave her out of this, Beverly", he grunted losing his patience.
"Aww ....darling! It's been a very long time ever since you called me like that", she said with a smirk. EJ didn't spare a glance at her while she spoke desperately.
"Hey Kathleen. I have been hearing a lot about you for the last few months and finally I met the great Kathleen everyone was talking about", Beverly mocked and it didn't affect kathleen in any way. She doesn't want to fight with Beverly on her first day.
"EJ darling, have you ever said her about our best moments together", she sneered. EJ glared at her.
"I'll get going then", announced Kathleen, she wasn't ready to get into all these dramas right now. All she wanted right now was lunch, she was hungry.
She walked forward while she was blocked by the trio. Beverly arched her head sideways to smirk at EJ who stood at a distance from the girls. But she found him smirking already.
"Now, girls. If you can excuse me, I have got better jobs to do other than this", she snapped throwing a sarcastic smile at the girls.
"Oh really?!", Beverly couldn't believe her own eyes, kathleen had no fear towards her.
"Yes, I mean it. Trust me, I have seen things worse than you! So take my advice it's better to change before it's too late, Beverly", remarks Kathleen and pat Beverley shoulder before walking away. The girls covered their mouths and gasped. Kathleen walked away like nothing happened.
EJ walked away with a smile and a smirk that never left his face.
"Arlie, she is different", comments Beverly gazing at the direction she walked away.
"We warned you earlier but you neglected it", implied Claudia. Beverly nodded and planned something very evil like her mind.

"Just tell me if it was true or not?", Janice growled as rage nearly consumed her. She has never been angry like this in her entire life. Doris triggered her throughout the day telling people so that Janice could hear on 'how sweet was the kiss', 'how she felt for the first time?! though it wasn't her first time at all. She felt a flash of irritation every time she heard Doris words.
"Let me explain Jay", Gerald tried to calm her down, they were standing near the fountain opposite to the library and her toot echoed the place.
"No, you fucking don't have to explain anything", she gritted out.
"Jay....listen you knew Doris would such things right?", he questioned her, rubbing his temple.
"Fucking stop this and answer that fucking simple question Gerald", she roared in rage and agony.
"I never would kiss her at all. She was the one who attacked me when I was....", he trailed off when he noticed her moist eyes were pouring out tears that sparkle in the day light.
He motioned towards her to console her but Janice shook her head and moved backwards yelling him to stop.
"So which means, the kiss took place", she muttered rubbing away her tears. She decided that she will no longer cry over useless stuffs.
"Okay Gerald. I'll make it clear, I'm not a toy. My feelings are not your playground. And my life is not your game", she hissed.
"And don't you ever think of talking to me again", she snapped and walked away.

"I'm just pissed off", uttered Kathleen on entering the room. She could find Janice dancing to the song 'pretty girl' by Maggie lindeman.
…?I can swear, I can joke
I say what's on my mind
If I drink, if I smoke
I keep up with the guys
And you see me holding up my middle finger to the world
Fuck your ribbons and your pearls
'Cause I'm not just a pretty girl
…?I'm more than just a picture
I'm a daughter and a sister
Sometimes it's hard for me to show
That I'm more than just a rumor
Or a song on your computer
There's more to me than people know
…?Some days I'm broke, some days I'm rich
Some days I'm nice, some days I can be a bitch
Some days I'm strong, some days I quit
I don't let it show, but I've been through some shit
…?I can swear, I can joke
I say what's on my mind
If I drink, if I smoke
I keep up with the guys
And you see me holding up my middlefinger to the world
Fuck your ribbons and your pearls
'Cause I'm not just a pretty girl
…?I'm more than just a number
I'm a hater, I'm a lover
Sometimes it's hard for me to show
That I'm more than just a title
Or a comment going viral
There's more to me than people know
…?Some days I'm broke, some days I'm rich
Some days I'm nice, some days I can be a bitch
Some days I'm strong, some days I quit
I don't let it show, but I've been through some shit
…?I can swear, I can joke
I say what's on my mind
If I drink, if I smoke
I keep up with the guys
And you see me holding up my middlefinger to the world
Fuck your ribbons and your pearls
'Cause I'm not just a pretty girl
I'm not just a pretty girl, yeah
I'm not just a pretty girl
No I'm not just a pretty girl
"You know what Jay, this song is perfect enough to bring me back on track", expressed Kathleen. She hummed accepting the fact.
"I just hate everyone and everything", exclaimed Janice falling to her bed.
"Well I'll tag along. I fucking hate EJ, his friends and all the bitches of the campus", claimed Kathleen.
"I hate Doris, I fucking wanna screw her life like she did mine, but I can't", signed Janice.
"Yes, Jay. It sucks being a heartless bitch and a sensitive bitch at the same time", exhaled Kathleen making Janice chuckle hard.
"So, how did your tussle with EJ end?", questioned Janice sitting up.
"Pretty bad I guess and what about yours?", she asked Janice back.
"Worse I think", claimed Janice rolling her eyes.
"I think I hate things that are complicated, that list includes boys. I fucking hate them for what they think, what they speak and the way they act like it's no big deal", Janice signed.
"You are right!". Janice and Kathleen were like : "BOYS UGHH?!
"How sweet he is?!", claimed Laura dreamily, on entering the room.
"Who are you talking about? We thought you would join our league of hating boys, but now that doesn't seem so", smirked Janice.
"What happened guys?! I just met my friend from Nottingham University. He is doing his internship somewhere around here", she chirped.
"Oh I remember them, we met those students during intercollegiate events right?! So when did you become friends with them without our knowledge", kathleen glared.
"No, he is a final year student and we became friends through Instagram. He wasn't here during the intercollegiate events", she explained.
"Oh, who is he?", Janice was excited to know the mysterious person behind Laura's excitement.
"It's Peter! And he is too sweet. I'll introduce him soon", she winked and the girls eyes widened in surprise.
