Jason's POV

"I don't know about you all, but it's a Lycan." I said in a frank voice.

"A what?" Dane said in a confused voice.

"Lycan, now what in the Moon Goddess heaven is that?" Julia said in a frustrated voice.

"It's a type of werewolf, but different." I said in a little hesitant voice.

"A type? Do you mean you have types?" Dustin asked concerned. "How many types are there?"

"No, no." I said waving my hands. "Werewolves are only one, and that is us. It's like we say, 'sparrows and pigeons are type of birds, they have a few things in common and something's totally different. We're the same. They are Lycans, and we are werewolves."

"Jason, since you're the only one who knows what or who they are, carry on then." Gabriel said in a frank voice.

"Okay, actually we werewolves are from a cursed bloodline. And we've been with this curse for more than three thousand years. We transform on full moon nights, and our temper remains out of control. Lycans are pureblood and werewolves by birth, and can transform at will, like wolves. Lycans are born and have been around for more than a million years, but we werewolves are from a cursed bloodline. We both are immortals, and we both can be killed by silver weapons." I said in a frank voice.

"Okay, now the next question." Jenna said, leaning forward. "Are Lycans witches?"

"No, Lycans are normal humans day and night, and transform when they need to. We live as humans everyday, but every full moon night, we have to transform. But we live and work as humans. Witches, no werewolves and Lycans are not witches, but I can't say they can't learn." I said in a frank voice.

"So that lady can be a Lycan. Now what about the Golden Conjunction. What's that?" Jenna asked in a concerned voice.

"Lady Jenna, that's something I don't know." I said in a frank low voice.

"Jenna, I know you all are wanting to know about the Golden Conjunction. Let me tell you." Gabriel said in a frank voice. "Mars, Mercury, Venus, Saturn, and Jupiter cluster in a ten degree wide patch. The cluster looks like you can grab them in your grip. That's why witches wait for this and when they grip their hand grabbing the planets in the air, they cast spells. So, I can say, that witch wants to cast a spell. But as Julia said, 'She said she's already eighty years old, and now needs to become immortal so she can wait for the conjunction. Now, the first most important thing is, find out who she is, then find out what spell she wants to cast. And if she's wrong, we have to stop her before it's too late."

"Gabriel, how do we keep a track on someone we don't know who, what and where." Dane says in a confused voice.

"Simple, as far as I know she will try ways to meet Julia and get the herbs. So, from now on, we have to keep a round the clock protection on Julia. (He looks towards her) Julia, from now on, don't go anywhere alone, and in the night we'll continue keeping watch. Maybe she'll call and we can catch her then." Gabriel said in a frank concerned voice.

"Gabriel, I totally understand. I won't go without Blake. But, in the night, I don't know why her voice...it--"

"Lady Julia, sorry for interfering but, I think that lady might be person who knows you. (Everyone looks towards Cloris) Like she knows you don't have a mother, so she used this as a bait to call you. And, she knew you had herbs for immortality." Cloris said in a suggestive voice.

"Cloris, you are right. I didn't recall, this is the only reason she called me. Wait, the witch who told me about making the pill is a wolf from Steelclaw pack. Could it be her?" Julia said, remembering her.

"Steelclaw? Why does a wolf pack have a witch? We have healers and divine healers, but witches? Wolf packs don't have witches." Dustin said in a frank voice.

"She was very clear when she said Steelclaw. That's one thing I can vow for." Julia said in a frank voice.

"Guys, Steelclaw is the only wolf pack that actually has silver in their blood. Then, why can't it be possible for them to have a witch?" Blake's question gets everyone thinking.

"Actually, Blake has a point. I think we should do a little research on this pack." Claude says in a frank voice.

"Okay, but how?" Claude asked a question, but before anyone could say a word, a guardian came in.

"Leaders, a body has been found so the patrol guardians brought it back." He said as he bowed.

"A body? Ladies, you all stay here. Boys, let's go." Dusitn said getting up. As I also got up, Dustin looked back and said, "You, stay."

"Leader, I'm a boy and maybe I can be usefull." I said pleading.

"Okay."

As we came out, we saw the body. 

According to me, the body seemed to be of a person in his mid thirties. 

"Cloris, what's the cause?" Dustin asked, seeing her examining.

"Leader Dustin, he died of shock from silver. See (Cloris points to a scratch) this, it doesn't look like claws, but nails?"
"Looks like we have to find out about Steelclaw after all." Dustin said in a frustrated voice.

"Dustin, Nelo and Warren are already keeping track of Julia's mother's impersonator. How about one guardian from all? We'll have a group then. They can go and find out as much as they can about the Steelclaw." Denis says, suggesting.

"Okay then, Zac, Rudolf, Ruston, Nigel, Quinn, and Wulfric. Rudi, call them over. (Dustin tells and then he says,) Okay, who'll lead them?"

"I'd say Wulfric." Denis said in a frank voice. "He's a sensible wolf. I think he'll make a good leader."

As they come, Dustin says, "Blake, you tell."

"What? Won't that sound like I'm saying cause he's from Demonbite?" Blake says in a confused voice.

"No, now every being in Ashstone knows, we're a family." Dustin says in a soft voice.

"Okay." Blake looks at the boys. "Wolfric."

"Yes, leader." Wulfric said in a solemn voice.

"You all have been called by us to go and find out everything or anything you can on the Steelclaw. Of course, be very careful as you all know they have silver in their blood. Especially Quinn, for you this is fatal. And Wulfric, you'll lead them."

"Alpha Blake, may I ask something?" Ruston said in a low voice.

As Blake nodded, Ruston said, "What are we really going for? I don't think their silver is of concern."

"You're right. You need to find out why they, being a wolf pack, have a witch." Blake said in a frank voice.

"A witch, and a wolf pack?" Ruston said shocked.
