What the hell is going on? What is he talking about?

"Which Elena" Nick asked

"The one who is before you, don't act along Nick. I know that you know”

"What have gone mad?"

“Don’t tell me you don't know, she lives with your girlfriend"

"Who told you that she is married?"

"Then?”

"That day he called her Mrs. First" Nick burst into laughter, I too. But why the hell did he think like that. If I am married I would tell, why would I keep it as a secret. How he can have that thought. Yes, he is right anyone would think like that, he called me Mrs. First, how can I forget that. If he would think like that probably others would too. I am not going let Mr. First call me Mrs. First again. My phone buzzed it's him

"Bye Nick, it's Mr. First, I am leaving" now Mr. First, you are going to have it.

He stood outside the car and waiting, he was in tension, why? What happened? Whatever, I reached him.

"Elena please tell me you are fine"

"I am" he relaxed. What, he got tensed because of me. He hugged me tightly

"Thank God" he kissed my temple and took me into the car. Is this why Mike didn't talk with me? He should have asked me. But

"Looks like Mrs. First is angry"

"Will you stop calling me Mrs. First, Mr. First" fuck "Sorry Jake please stop calling me Mrs. First"

"Why? What happened Mrs. First?"

"Stop it Jacob" I shouted, why Ell? He stopped the car

"Nothing Jake, please don't call me Mrs. First"

"Why?" I didn't say anything "Please Elena"

"They are thinking I'm married"

"To you" he laughed, is he finding this as a joke. Why?

"From when did you start giving fuck to what others think about you?" Damn yes, I don't give fuck to what others think about me, why I'm feeling sad and getting angry about that. Is it because of what Mike said or is it because it is not true? Come on Ell, what are you thinking. What is happening to you?

"Tell me Elena" he asked

"You are right let them think whatever they want to"

"We can make it real if you want to" he winked

"Let them think whatever they want to, we know we are not married" I said. His face got changed don't know his exact expression is but changed. He really has to see a doctor. He and his mood swings, if possible I’ll take him to a doctor.

"Mr. First" I shook him. He looked at me and smiled, that definitely is a fake smile. We started.

Inside Nat is busy in her call. I went and sat on the sofa. Nick came behind. When did he?

"Ell you've missed it”

“What?”

"Of course Mike's"

"What happened?"

"When you said Mr. First came, his was shocked. I told him, you are not married and you both tease with those names, his jaw literally dropped" we laughed. Nat joined us

"What is so funny?" She asked. Nick told her the whole story, she didn't say a word neither she laughed. Why is she serious ?

"You can make it real Ell" what? She is playing the same joke as Mr. first, did she talk to Mr. First, is he the one on the call.

"Did you talk with Jake?"

"Why?"

"Nothing" I rolled my eyes

"I am serious" she made her straight face.

"Nat you know.."

"Yeah I know you don't like relations, I'm not asking this for you, it's for the child, think about it" please Nat not again, I wish he loves me and he marry me, but he is not serious and at the same time I don't want any relation.

"Think about it Ell" Nick said. I want to yell but, I nodded. My phone buzzed it's him

"Mrs. First when can you be free?"

"Day after tomorrow I think, why?"

"Okay, I’m thinking to take you to the Cancer centre"

"That's cool, let's go"

"Okay then bye Mrs. First, please don't over think"

"Okay, bye" I disconnected the call. I turned to Nat, she was talking with Nick seriously, means she had a bad day at work.

"Jake said if we are free he'll take us to the cancer centre" I intervened. They both turned at a time.

"Cool let's go" Nat said

"Yes, but when?"Nick asked

"I told him day after tomorrow, if you are okay otherwise let's change"

"Great let's go there" Nick said, hope I changed the atmosphere between them, I smiled and went inside. Oh, I should message him that these two are going to join. I messaged him.

In the office Mike was trying his best to say sorry, I think. He comes to me says hi and goes. I think he is afraid. Whatever, I’ve finished my work. I’m trying to finish my work a day before; I don't know when I am going to sleep so, doing as much as possible when I am awake.

"Ell" it is Mike. I think he pulled up his courage, I looked at him

"Sorry Ell, I thought you are married, I should have asked you first"

"No problem Mike, you know I don't mind what others think and don't like relations so, it is not an issue"

"Yeah but"

"If I am married I'll share that and I won't keep it as a secret. I’ve that much of courage" I think I’ve slapped him with my reply, I smiled.

"So you guys are not in a relation" fuck man, why is he so interested in my relationship status, whatever, I nodded

"How is the baby" why he is showing interest in my baby now, I want to ask but, after all he is my friend

"What are your plans tomorrow?"

"Jacob, Nat, Nick and I, we are going to the Cancer centre"

“To spend some time with the cancer fighting children” I shrugged

Nat is really excited to meet the children; I think she wants to have a child, who knows. She called me thrice to make sure I remember, but Nick is not that excited. I'm not excited but, happy that Mr. First is introducing me to a new world. I think Mr. First is happy too. We’ve got some usable non-medical things. I don't know how to talk and mingle with them, a little insecurity is pinching me; we have to make sure they have a happy time with us. Nick said he'll pick Nat and join us. I hope it goes well. My phone buzzed it’s him. I started.

"Ell, where is Nick?" Mike asked

"He went to pick Nat"

"So looks like, you and I were left"
