I hear him exit the car, shutting the door. Suddenly I hear my car door open, and he grabs my hand gently pulling me out from my seat. He begins to guide me, which we then stop to my knowledge not far from where we parked the car. I hear him shut and lock the door behind us, he then starts to untie the blindfold. Once it is off I take a look around at where we are.
“SURPRISE!!!” I hear him yell. I turn towards him.
“This is my business, isn’t it?” I asked him.

“The realtor should be here shortly, you need to sign the papers as owner/buyer so the deed can be placed in your name.” He explains to me. I nod going over to the last cubicle on the right hand side of the room. I wanted these to be mine and Ace’s workstation, and the other four on the other side of the room is for when I have enough in the budget to hire employees. A knock is heard at the glass door and just as the overhead bell rings out announcing that the door is open, I walk out to the front of the store. I see the woman that Ace was with two weeks ago and go over to stand next to him.
“Mrs. Romano, this is my fiancé Jaycee Garcia.” He says introducing us.
“Hi, nice to meet you.” I say holding out my hand to her. After our hand shake she walks over to the reception area and paced some documents down onto the desk.
“Here are the documents that I need you to sign, on this page I need your signature just above Mr. McCormick’s. she said pointing to where there is an ‘X’ marking the line to where I sign. As I sign she explains a few things to me about the building. “After signing I will sign the deed over to you, which I do have with me. Another thing is, and I’m guessing your fiancé hasn’t told you with this being a surprise and all, but there is an apartment above the store that you also own. You can either move into it or rent it out your choice.” She finishes as my mouth drops open.
“Can I see this apartment?” I asked.
