Chapter 347: Escape from Hell
“Stop!” a man barked at Alison in a harsh growl.
“Ugh…” Alison whimpered, her face flushed crimson.
“Buddy, she seems to be in pain. How about releasing her mouth and seeing what she wants to say?” another man suggested.
Alison’s heart began to race — a flicker of hope sparking through the fear.
“Fine. Don’t make any mistakes before he takes her.” The gang leader nodded.
Clearly, Pierre’s men already knew she had become his prey.
Suddenly, a hand tore the duct tape from her mouth.
“Speak up! What do you want?” a rough voice barked.
“I… I need to use the restroom,” she said through gritted teeth, overwhelmed by shame.
The cabin erupted in laughter.
“Haha! So you need to pee? Go ahead, then. Right here.”
The taunts echoed . , coarse and merciless.
Alison kept her head down; their laughter turned her stomach.
Seeing her remain silent, the leader grew impatient.
“Stuff her mouth, if there’s nothing else.”
“Wait… wait a moment.” Alison forced down her panic and said,
“I need to get off…”
“No way.” The leader cut in coldly. No room for argument.
“What are you afraid of? Could I slip away right under your noses?” she challenged.
“Impossible! Slut! Otherwise, please me…” With that, he reached out to touch her face.
“Buddy, hold off on her. If Pierre takes a liking to her, we’ll be in trouble,” another man chimed in.
Relief rippled through her chest; she shot the man a fleeting, grateful look.
“Yeah, you’re right. But Pierre is a playboy, preferring new acquaintances to old. We could play her after him.”
A wave of hooting and jeering erupted through the cramped car.
When the laughter died down, Alison gathered her courage and whispered,
“I need to get off to use the restroom.”
“Fine, but don’t even think about running, or we’ll be the first to take you down; even Pierre won’t save you,” the man warned menacingly.
“I won’t run away. Stop and let me out. I’ll be back later.”
Her eyes flicked instinctively toward the man who had defended her moments ago.
The car pulled over to the side of the road.
Several men scrambled to get out, eager to watch her humiliate herself.
“Edward, you two go first. Don’t touch her. Just keep a close eye on her. Keep it down. Pierre cares about her,” the leader commanded.
Under the watchful eyes of the two men, Alison was dragged out of the car.
The bright sunlight made her squint; the sudden light stabbed at her eyes.
Suddenly, she was shoved hard by Edward, who had spoken for her moments before.
“Edward, what’s gotten into you? Have you forgotten how to treat a lady?”
“She walks too slowly. It’s really frustrating,” Edward shouted.
Inside the car, the leader spoke up.
“Let her go to that thicket. Don’t let her wander too far.”
“Yes, sir.”
They led Alison to the thicket.
Edward instructed the other man,
“Untie her. She needs to pull down her pants.”
The other man ogled her with a leering grin as he loosened the ropes.
“Hurry up. Don’t keep me waiting too long.”
“Call us when you’re done.” Edward reluctantly turned away.
The moment they turned, Alison kicked off her shoes and scanned the thicket, bare feet sinking into the grass.
She padded through the grass, heading straight for the thicket a few steps away.
She ran as quietly as she could, the sound of the wind covering her movement.
The two men hadn’t noticed her escaping.
Alison ran desperately, surrounded by nothing but trees and grass.
Suddenly, she heard a sharp “pop” as a branch pierced the sole of her foot, and pain shot through her body.
She bit her lip hard to stifle a scream, afraid it would alert Edward and his men.
Gritting her teeth, she kept running.
Behind her, a man’s voice bellowed,
“She’s escaped! Quick, get her!”
