TRAPPED

Ava took off her clothes and put on a red shirtdress and walked over to the door. She grabbed the doorknob, trying to pull the door open, but it was locked.

"Why would mom lock me in here?" Ava thought pulling the doorknob, but it was useless.

"This shows how much she is scared of the alpha," Ivy said.

"You are right, that must have been the reason to keep me away from the castle, so I can't save Belle. I didn't expect this from mom." Ava said with a frown and made her sword appear in her hand. She moved back and was about to cut through the door when Ivy stopped her.

"Stop! she locked you in there, if you cut through the door, she will be alerted that you have escaped, so why don't we use the window?" Ivy suggested.

"You are right, that way she won't know if I managed to break out, but what is mom thinking? Has she forgotten that I have powers?" Ava said, rolling her eyes, and walked over to the window, staring at the plank.

"This looks familiar. It's just like the way they blocked Belle's window. Jackson must be involved in this. Why did I have to sleep? Anyway, I have to get rid of it." Ava said, clutching her sword. She looked into the bathroom and sighted a plank in the window.

"Just like I thought." Ava said, and cut out the plank in the window that fell on the ground and nearly hit her feet.

She broke the window flames, and climbed out the window, and started running to the castle. She stared at the sky. The sun was already rising in the sky and the warriors in the castle would have already woken up trying to get to Belle. Ava increased her speed and bumped into Belle's mom on the ground, causing the bag she was holding to fall off her hand.

"I am sorry," Ava said and picked up the bag from the floor, wiping off the dirt.

"You don't need to be sorry. I have seen you before, haven't I?" Belle's mother inquired, scanning her with her eyes.

"Yes, I am Ava, Belle's friend," she replied.

"Oh, nice to meet you. My daughter has been missing since yesterday. I have told the pack security council they are looking for her. Do you perhaps know where she is?" Belle mother asked with pleading eyes, and her eyes were also swollen.

"I don't know if I should tell her, but I have to go before the sunset." Ava thought.

"You have to tell her. She is Belle's mother. She deserves to know the truth." Ivy said.

"Huh, she was abducted by the alpha yesterday because she is the future of this pack. She is the one that is going to overthrow the alpha and take over this pack, so the alpha wants to kill her today." Ava said she was trying to walk away when Belle's mother pulled her back .

"How did they know that she was going to do that?" her mother asked.

"It was the pack seer that saw the vision. Please, please I have to go to the castle. She is going to get killed this morning. I need to try my best to save her." Ava said, pulling her hand from her grip, and running away from her at great speed without looking back, to know how Belle's mother felt about the whole situation.

**********

Hours later.

By the time Ava got to the place, everyone was already awake and she had to hide from everyone she saw. She ran to the dungeon and paused along the way, hiding behind the armor that was in the hallway as she sighted Jackson and a huge man with tattoos all over his body beside him. He was holding a huge sword that was dripping blood.

Jackson dragged Belle out of the dungeon along with other warriors who followed him as he tugged Belle with him, walking in the direction of the back door of the castle.

Belle was pressing her weight to the ground, so they couldn't move her, but it was useless because she was as light as a feather in their arms.

Ava ran after them and hid behind a bush as she saw Carlos sitting in a throne-like chair in the backyard of the castle with his legs crossed and a huge smile on his face.

She gulped when she saw Belle being dragged with her hair by the huge man who was ignoring her screams while trying to yank her hair out of her scalp. He tossed her to a huge stone and put her head on the stone.

Belle knee in front of the stone with her hand tied behind her back. Then he lifted her and put her head on a piece of wood that had a huge hole in the middle for resting head. Belle stood there face down with her neck on the wood. The huge man lifted his sword in an attempt to cut off her head when Andrew and Anthony came into the picture.

"Wait for us," Andrew remarked, with an evil grin. Hot tears started falling down Ava's pale cheeks as she lay in the grass, trying her best not to look up at Belle, who was also crying. Jackson stared at her with pitiful eyes. His wolf was pushing him forward to stop Belle from getting killed, but he ignored his wolf.

The man was about to cut off her head when they all started hearing the sounds of drums.

"Where is that coming from?" Carlos inquired, staring at Jackson.

"I have no idea, your highness. I will go check it out." Jackson said. He took a sword from one of the warriors.

Ava looked in the direction the sounds were coming from and couldn't see clearly because there was a huge fog in the area where they were coming from.

"Stop!!" they heard a loud voice from a speaker. The huge man put down his hand and started stroking his sword.

"Are you sure it's sharp enough to cut into a human?" Anthony inquired and started sniffing the air as he grabbed Ava's scent.
