Kieran’s POV
“Hey, where do you think you’re going?” She pouted at me as she tried to pull me closer.
“Well, you were fast asleep, so I was going to go and make sure that the house is locked. Then I was going to move you under the covers and climb back into bed with you. But of course, only if that is ok with you”
“Hey, I am awake now I might as well come with you. What time is it?”
“Don’t worry its only 10.30pm. You have been asleep about two hours”
“Wow you must have tried me out” she chuckled as she kissed me on the cheek “I think that I might go and have a shower before I go back to sleep. Care you join me?”
How was a man supposed to say no to a naked woman asking him to join her in the shower. I told her just as much before she walked off wiggling her naked arse at me. While she went to get the shower started, I quickly went to check the house and make sure it was secure. I was just about to go back up to Jess when suddenly someone banged on the front door. I was thankful that I had put my pants back on as I answered the door. I glared at the bunch of street kids that were stood on the doorstep trying to look intimidating.
“Can I help you?” I growled
“We are here for Jess” a chick snapped back “This is her pad, so what are you doing answering the door?”
Jess chose that moment to come to the door and glared at the kids on the doorstep. “What the fucks going on here?” Jess yelled at them “I have told you fuck wits not to come around to my fucking house”
“We are not talking in front of this punk. We are here to talk business” The same girl who spoke before told Jess.
“Well, he is staying so you either talk with him here or fuck off” Jess told them, and I smiled. I liked this side of her, and I hated to admit how much it turned me on.
The girl looked me up and down and I just smirked at her “Fine if you trust him then we can too. Did you do the job that we asked you to do?”
“Nope” Jess told her with a smirk.
“What?”
“No, I did not do the job. The lock was too complex for me. I could not pick it” she told them exactly what she told me she would.
“Really then how come Jo saw you come out of the building? He also said he saw you come out with a guy. I am guessing that this is the guy” she snarled as she pointed her finger at my chest.
“Yeah, you’re right this is the guy that I came out of there with. He is renting the place, and he is doing up cars in there. He has the good lock as he does not want street kids breaking in and stealing his shit”
“But why were you in there if you did not break in?” the girl asked her not looking convinced.
“Because I was looking around the place to see if there was another way in and he sneaked up behind me” she elbowed me in the ribs, and I knew she was telling me to play along “So he invited me inside and showed me around”
“How could I not show you around look at you? I wanted to impress you” I moaned as I kissed her, the kiss was hot and had me wanting to take her upstairs and have her again.
The street kids took the hint and started to leave while grumbling to themselves.
“Hey Jade” Jess called out as she pulled away from me “Just to let you know I will no longer be in the gang. I am going to focus on school”
“Yeah, sure you’re going to focus on school. Is that your guy’s name” the girl grunted as she walked off and Jess closed the door. She smiled as she turned to face me and dropped the robe.
“The shower is still running” She teased as she walked away from me and started to make her way back up the stairs.
“Fuck” I growled as I ran after her and lifted her into my arms as I followed the sound of the running water.
We made love again in the shower before I carried her back to her room and she curled up in my arms and went back to sleep.
I woke up in the morning and Jess was still snoring lightly beside me. I knew she had school today and I wanted to make sure she went on a full stomach, so I made my way down to the kitchen and started to cook. Cooking was one of the many things I enjoyed doing and found it relaxing, the only thing was I had no idea what Jess liked to eat for breakfast. So, I decided I would just make a large variety and then I could see what she ate and what she didn’t.
Jess came down just as I was finishing up and I pulled her into my arms and sat her on the bench in front of me. “I didn’t like waking up with you not in the bed next to me” she scowled why trying to give me the puppy dog look.
“I am sorry my darling but after the work out you had last night, I thought that you could use some carbs” I told her as I started to dish out our food.
“Ok I am never going to be able to eat all of this” she chuckled as she looked at all the food I had made.
I told her I didn’t know what she liked so I made a variety. I was glad when she then just told me what she liked. That would make things a lot easier for me in the future, because I was going to make sure that I had a future with Jess if it was the last thing I do.
