Chapter 76 Untitled Chapter

Chapter 76 Untitled Chapter
Hams’s eyes bulged out, and he slumped. I jumped over him, jabbed his neck to be sure he had passed out, and hurried out of the room.

However, halfway to Casper’s room, I remembered Ham's phone; I need to take it lest he wake up and call.

I returned to the room, took his phone, went out, and locked the door too, so he wouldn't be able to get out.

Entering Casper’s room is the real problem. The girl is still in there with him, and from where I stand in front of the room, I can hear him shamelessly moaning and groaning.

The idiot even killed his wife and kids because they were opposed to him forming the Dark Shadows sect.

If I had known, I wouldn't have exiled his family, too. I would have exiled only him. Sighs. The deed has been done.

“We can't barge inside the room,” Amy yawns, and yes, I know that. I can't just barge in there; I will have to wander around first until they are done doing the nonsense they are doing.

As I hurried away, my eyes were fixed on Hams’s phone, going through his contact list, the messages, and emails to look for whoever the spy he had in my pack is.

I have to find them, so I will send their details to Hans as soon as possible.

Bang!

The phone fell out of my hand, shattering on the floor.

“Watch where you are going, dude!” I snapped, letting my eyes flicker. The butler who had bumped into me stepped back, looking so terrified.

Realizing why he was doing that, I blinked, sending back the power.

“Why are you behaving this way?” I asked, pretending I didn't know why he was acting that way.

“Your eyes, I think I saw something in them.”

“My eyes?” I touched my face, looking scared.

“Nothing. And where do you think you are going? Shouldn't you be in the room with Alpha Hams right now?”

Mtsss.

“He is asleep, so I decided to take a walk around.” I lowered myself and picked up the phone, but its screen had already shattered.

“He spoiled the phone; now we cannot see anything inside it. Teach him a lesson!” Amy snarled.

“No, leave him alone. We can't do it one more time.”

“You shouldn't wander around, lady. Go back to his room and keep an eye on him until he wakes up,” he commanded.

Keep an eye on Hams as if I were a bodyguard? The butler is out of his mind.

“Alpha Hams doesn't want any disturbance; he practically told me to go outside so he would have free time to himself. Are you trying to defy an Alpha’s order?”

“Absolutely not, lady, I was just…” He sighed, “Suit yourself, lady!” He snapped and scurried away.

The moment he was out of sight, my attention was drawn to the creature statue in the house. I didn't want to go there because I had no idea what to do in that place, but my legs kept taking me there, and Amy said she wasn't the one doing it.

I couldn't resist touching it when I reached there, and as soon as my hands touched it, fog surrounded it. I pulled my hand away, stepping back, and the fog withered.

However, even though I was sure it would collapse any time, nothing happened next.

“Let’s go back.” I mind-linked Amy and hurried away, hoping no one saw me when I placed my hand on the statue.

When I arrived at Casper’s room again, the moaning and groaning had stopped, and he was snoring, indicating he was already sleeping.

Gently, I turned the door handle, careful not to make any sound. I peeked inside the room, and luckily, the lady wasn't there. She wants to be in the bed, on the sofa, or in any other place; she must be in the bathroom.

I stepped in, tiptoeing towards the bed where Casper lay on his back, legs and arms spread under the blanket.

“This is your end, Casper, and your death is going to be an easy one.”

I chuckled, looking at him from head to toe, thinking of where to release the magic. I want him to die, crying in pain.

“Do it already, Amelia! I can't hold it anymore!” Amy screamed, her voice echoing in the wind.

I shut my eyes, lifted my hands, and wriggled my fingers. When I snapped it open, blue light flickered, illuminating Casper’s bare chest, and fog, a mighty fog, started to float on my hands.

As I raised it, all the furniture in the room, including the ceiling, the chandelier, and the windows, started to shake. The light keeps going on and off, and suddenly, a mighty wind rose.

“Release it!” Amy and the voice in my head screamed, making the fog fall so heavy above my hands.

I released it, and at that moment, the lady stepped out of the bathroom and shrieked.

Everything went silent, she fainted, and in the bed, only a large hole was left. My lips curled up, and happy butterflies flew inside my stomach.

Casper is dead, just as easily as I know it will.

“Now we will go destroy that statue.” I chuckled softly, waving off the fog flying on my fingers.

“Not so fast, Amelia.”

My heart jumped, and when I spun around, Casper was standing behind me, eyes glinting in red light. Black fog floated on his fingers, and a huge horn spewed out of his head.

“You think you can fool me? I knew it was you the moment you stepped into this house!”

When he laughed, his voice sounded like a tornado, and dark smoke escaped his mouth.

Each second, his appearance became horrible, like the statue in the house.

“You have brought yourself right into my hand, Amelia, and now, you are going to die!”

My heart palpitated, and my eyes kept quivering in my head. Casper fooled me; he wasn't the one in the bed; it was a hallucination.

Now I have played right into his hand, but I can not let him win.

I stepped back, raised my hand, and summoned a huge fog, bigger than the one I had summoned before, and as I threw it at him, Casper dodged it. It hit the door, shattered it into pieces, and in that moment, the chandelier fell.

While trying to shield myself from getting pierced with the glasses that were flying around, a huge object hit my head, and before I passed out, Casper stood in front of me, laughing devilishly.
