Chapter 14 Amy’s Betrayal
As I was going through the comments, a knock came on the door,
“Come in,”
I called out, and the moment my eyes lifted and fell on the person at the door, my jaw dropped.
Hams? What brought him here? Has he already regretted what he did to me and come to apologize?
“What are you doing in my Pack, Hams?”
I asked, getting up from the chair. Hams mustn't be here with any good, so I must prepare for anything.
“Alpha Amelia?” He chuckled, pacing around the office with his hands inside his pockets.
He paused for a while, turned towards the desk, and sat in a chair. Annoyingly, he lifted his foot and placed his dirty shoe on the desk, littering the files with dirt.
“Hams, get your filthy foot off my desk!” I commanded, pointing a finger at his leg. But he only smirked and lifted the other leg.
“And where is your supposed husband?” he looked around as if Hans were standing in the office.
“Hans is busy, doing what he should do in the Pack.” Ahh, I shouldn't have told Hans to go away. This is the right time for us to pretend to love each other in front of Hams.
Amy? Can you mind link Kael? Let him bring Hans over here. I called out, but Amy ignored me.
As I tried to make her talk, Hams stood up and grabbed my wrist.
“Hans must have told you what I said I would do the day I entered this Pack.”
Excuse me? What nonsense is that? I tried freeing my hand from his grip, but he wouldn't let me go.
“What do you think you are doing, Hams? Release my hand, you fool!” I snapped at him, furrowing my brows into a frown.
However, he didn't release me and burst into laughter. His laughter echoed in the office like that of a predator who has caught its prey.
“Hans didn't inform you?” he ran his rough, long fingers on my face while holding my hand.
What did he tell Hans? I was curious, but decided not to ask him.
“Stop embarrassing me in my office, fool, let me go!”
I tried letting Amy take over, but she still ignored me as if she didn't exist.
Amy would have wanted to take over on a typical day, and I would have stopped her. But now that I need her, she is shunning me?
“I will…” he nibbled on his lower lip, drew me closer with full force, and whispered into my ear.
“Have sex with you, and if you try to run, I will rape you.”
What!
My blood rage, and my heart pounded. How dare he say those nonsensical words to me? Is he out of his mind?

I slapped him so hard that he staggered backward, releasing my wrist.
“Know what to say to me, you fool! The next time you utter those statements, I will behead you!”
Hams got up, laughing as if he were a maniac.
“Do you think you will be able to disgrace me the way you humiliated Rowan?” he cracked up, dropping his hands on the desk.
“I am not Rowan, Amelia, I am Alpha Hans! And your little wolf can not hurt me, you know it.”
Unlike Rowan’s, Hams’ wolf is vast and dangerous, but I ain't scared of him, I know his weak points and will be able to take him down.
“I didn't come here to fight, Amelia, just give me what I want and I will be off.” He stepped back, pulled off the first button on his shirt, revealing his hairy chest.
That was so disgusting. And I wonder why I even fell for that dude in the first place. He is so dirty, doesn't shave, and smells horrible.
And he wants me to have sex with him that way? Ham's brain must have been tampered with.
Amy? Take over!
I commanded, but my voice echoed in an empty hole
Amy? Do it now, or you will have yourself to blame if anything happens to me!
Nothing worked on Amy, not even my threats. She kept quiet like she wasn't there, and I didn't hear her breath or heartbeat.
What nonsense play are you putting on, Amy? Get the fuck out of there and help me!
I screamed at her, but got no response.
Since she wouldn't help me, I decided to stand for myself and deal with her later.
But even I know that I can't win this fight without Amy.
“Come here, Amelia, come sit here and open your pussy for me.” He tapped the desk, staring deep at me with eyes full of lust.
Fear gripped me, and my heart palpitated. My hands started trembling, afraid that Hams would get what he wanted.
But no matter what, I won't let him get his way. I didn't allow him to take advantage of me when we courted, so that it won't happen now.
“Do not get close to me!” I threatened with a pen, stepping back.
Hams laughed, walking towards me until he succeeded in pinning me to the wall.
He grabbed my chin, trying to kiss me, but I kept turning my head away from him, grumbling.
He pressed his fingers on my chin so tightly that my jaw began to ache, but even in pain, I didn't allow him. I lifted my hand and punched him on his right bicep with the pen.
He let out a loud growl, staggered back, holding his bleeding bicep.
“You monster!” he growled loudly, jerking towards me.
Before I could run away from him, he slapped me so hard that I fell on the floor.
“Get away from me, Hams!” I cried out, dragging myself up, but he hit me with his leg and pinned me down on my chest.
Amy!
I screamed for the last time, but only heard her growl as if I was disturbing her.
Hams stepped back, wiped the stain of blood on his bicep, and chuckled loudly.
“Kairos, she is yours!”
He jumped towards me, transformed into Kairos, and landed his paws on my chest.
Hams is a monster! He wants the wolf to mate me in my form, not Amy’s.
“Leave me alone!”
Tears flowed down my face, and my lips twitched in fear.
Suddenly, a wolf growled from the door, jumped, and slammed Kairos on the wall.
