Chapter 100 Untitled Chapter

Chapter 100 Untitled Chapter
HANS MORGAN

There is something hidden about Matilda that Amelia doesn't know. Matilda looks suspicious, she acts suspicious, and the way she talks sounds suspicious, too. I don't trust her, and it scares me that she might hurt Amelia someday.

I literally want to know from her who she is, where she came from, and what she is after in the Lunskye pack. But Amelia wouldn't give me the chance to ask her. She thinks I am bugging Matilda and scaring her.

The first day I set my eyes on her, my instinct rose into action. I don't seem to trust her, and whenever she is closer to me, the atmosphere seems like a heavy dark cloud, suffocating the entire place.

She seems dark to me, and I am confident that Matilda is related to demons. Only they can give out that aura.

To be sure, Matilda was the one giving off that stench; I had to go so close to her that day and also followed her to her room. My main aim that day was to ransack her room after I had succeeded in sending her out.

I'd wanted to go through her things, hoping to find something, but Amelia interrupted.

“Hans?” Kael called, stretching his paws. “You know…” he yawned, then shook his fur. “We need to keep a close eye on Matilda. I have this feeling that she is in this pack to harm Amelia and all that is in it.”

Absolutely. “If you can mind-link with Amy and let her know what we are feeling, it will be good. She will do whatever she can to talk to Amelia about it.” Kael scoffed as if what I had said was a terrible thing.

Amelia listens to her wolf, especially when it involves the things that would harm them.

“Amy has been acting weird these days, Hans. She isn't the Amy we both used to know. She now tries to poison Amelia’s mind to kill. I tried communicating with her about this, but she shunned me.”

Weird. That has never happened before. Amy loves communicating with Kael. Is he lying because he doesn't want to talk to her about Matilda?

“I’m not lying, dude,” he gasped. “And I can't believe you think I will ever do that to you. Do not forget I like Amy a lot, so there is no way I will ever lie against her.”

Hmm. That is correct. However, I need to act fast and let Amelia see what I am telling her. Only then would she know that Matilda isn't to be trusted.

I threw my hand backward, relaxing on the sofa. I inhaled deeply, taking in the fresh morning breeze in the garden. That always calms my soul, and every morning, I must go to the garden to refresh myself before going to the company with Amelia.

“Alpha Hans?” I turned around and saw Matilda hurrying towards the garden. Surprisingly, she wasn't in her usual baggy dresses; she was wearing a skimpy, see-through gown that stopped on her hips.

“Whoa!” Kael chuckled. “She is here to seduce you, Hans. And you know the rest. If you fall for her charm, Amelia is going to kill you.”

No, she will first of all castrate me, then kill me with her hands. Why on earth will Matilda dress this way? Is she going to a party? Is Amelia throwing a party in the pack that I don't know about

I doubt it. There is no way Amelia will do that when the demons attacked just two days ago. We are still mourning the pack members who passed away.

“Good morning, Alpha Hans,” she bowed slightly, beaming in delight. One would think she has won a lottery that is going to change her entire life in a second. “I went to your room to check up on you but didn't find you there. And the maids told me I can find you in the garden.”

The room? Meaning she went to Amelia’s place? Amelia and I share a room. This Matilda will only cause problems for me, I swear.

“Wasn't Amelia there?” I am curious, and I want to know how she must have asked Amelia about me. “Oh, she is. But I didn't ask after you with her. You know I can't,” she chuckled softly, then winked.

“See? She is winking at you. Send her away, dude!” Kael snapped.

And yes, I am going to send her away soon because I can't tolerate the drama she is trying to display. What does she take me for? A brostitute? I only do one, mate, girl.

“So what brought you here?” I asked, stealing a glance at the surroundings to be sure Amelia wasn't anywhere outside.

She sighed, sitting on the chair facing me. It’s normal to sit, right? Since she has something to say. But crossing her leg, exposing her thighs more, is out of it.

She is sitting right in front of me, showing me the forbidden things I don't want to see. If she is horny, why doesn't she go out inside the ack, grab a dude, and pay him to make out with her?

“About the demons you were talking about two days ago,” she said, rolling her hair in her index finger seductively.

Oh, I am interested in the demons thingy she wants to talk about, but her seduction? No, it won't work on me. Amelia is the only woman who can turn me on and make me want to fuck.

“Before you start confessing,” I leaned forward, “stop rolling your hair, stop smiling like a prostitute, and drop your leg. If you are looking for a fuck partner, the pack is wide enough for you to find one.”

That really got into her head because she felt so ashamed of herself instantly. “It isn't what you are thinking, Alpha Hans. I will never seduce you.” She dropped her leg gently and tucked a strand of her hair behind her right ear.

“I am sorry if that upsets you,” she said, lowering her head sadly.

Who cares? She can call me mean, rude, or arrogant; I give no damn. I just hate it when a girl is trying to seduce another girl’s man.

“Now I am listening. Start confessing.”
