Chapter 215 Pwincess Brianna

Chapter 215 Pwincess Brianna

Caden’s POV

The room was quiet except for the rhythmic beeping of the monitors and the soft cries of the tiny newborn. Cassian and Atlas hovered near Trixie, their golden glow still shimmering faintly in the air. I could see the exhaustion on her face, the pale skin from the ordeal of the c-section, but also the glimmer of relief, of hope, in her eyes. She was fragile, yet fierce
“Careful,” I muttered, gently lifting our daughter from the surgical bed. She was small, warm, and perfectly alive, and I could feel her tiny chest rising and falling under my careful hands. The sheer weight of this moment made my heart pound so violently I thought it might crack my ribs.
Eugene and Barry were hovering close, preparing to stitch Trixie back up, but Eugene paused mid-motion. His hand froze in the air, his eyes widening. I glanced down at Trixie, confused. That’s when it happened.
A soft, pulsing golden light emanated from the area where her incision had been. The cut, the long gash that should have been raw, red, and delicate, was knitting itself closed. Faster than any natural healing, faster than anything Eugene had ever seen. His jaw dropped. Barry leaned closer, murmuring something I couldn’t make out, and both doctors exchanged hurried whispers.
I looked down at Trixie, trying to read her expression. She didn’t look frightened. She didn’t even flinch. The cut healed before our eyes, smooth and seamless, leaving only faint warmth.
I shook my head slightly and looked at the doctors. “She’s a healer,” I said, shrugging, my tone calm even though my chest still hammered. “She’s always been one. And now, she has this power.”
Eugene’s hands dropped to his sides, mouth slightly open. “I’ve never” he began, but Barry hushed him, still staring in disbelief. I ignored them both. This wasn’t the moment for lectures. This was the moment for our daughter.
Carefully, I positioned her near Trixie’s chest. I didn’t lay her stomach-down on Trixie; her body had just endured surgery, and the last thing I wanted was to hurt her. Instead, I held Brianna close, her tiny head nestled gently against Trixie’s shoulder and chest, the skin-to-skin contact immediate and soothing. Trixie’s trembling hands reached up to cup our daughter’s head and body.
“Look at her,” Coban whispered beside me, his voice low, awe-struck. “She’s perfect.”
Trixie let out a shaky laugh, tears threatening to fall, her lips curving into a smile that radiated pride and love. “She’s  beautiful,” she whispered. Her hands ran lightly over the baby’s back, brushing the soft hair at the nape of her neck. Her eyes met mine and Coban’s in perfect harmony, three hearts beating as one.
Cassian and Atlas had been watching the whole time, their golden glows dancing across the room like flickering candlelight. Then suddenly, in a burst of excitement and unfiltered emotion, Atlas’s small voice rang out clearly.
“Pwincess Brianna!”
The room froze for a moment. My breath caught. Trixie gasped, eyes wide, staring at our son. Cassian blinked rapidly, then a smile broke across his small face as he looked at his brother.
“Yes,” I whispered, my voice breaking slightly. “That’s her. Our princess.”
Coban reached over, resting a steady hand on Trixie’s shoulder, the other hand brushing over the tiny fingers of our daughter. “Princess Brianna,” he said, repeating Atlas’s words, soft but firm, as if saying her name aloud anchored her existence in the world.
The doctors whispered among themselves, still astonished. “The healing,” Barry murmured again. “Her incision, it’s completely gone. That was impossible.”
Eugene nodded slowly, his professional facade cracking with awe. “I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. Her body, it’s extraordinary.”
Trixie looked up at us, exhausted but radiant. “Leigha, she helped,” she said softly, still catching her breath. “I could feel her guiding it. I didn’t have to think, just trust.”
I lowered my gaze to our daughter, watching her tiny chest rise and fall, her fists curling and uncurling. The warmth radiating off her was almost magical, but I knew this warmth was real. It was a promise of life, strength, and legacy.
Coban’s voice was quiet, but it carried weight. “She’s ours,” he said simply. “She’s ours and she’s going to be everything we’ve ever hoped for.”
I nodded, brushing a hand through Trixie’s hair, feeling the sweat and the soft warmth from her body. “And she’ll grow surrounded by love, by family, by strength,” I said, looking at the twins, who were now shining golden glows in tandem, calm, protective, proud.
Atlas’ small hands reached forward instinctively, brushing over the tiny limbs of their sister. Cassian’s glow pulsed softly in response. I could feel the energy in the room shift, the golden warmth settling over all of us.
Caden’s hand found Trixie’s again, squeezing gently. “You’ve done well, love,” he whispered. “Both of you.” He nodded at the twins, then at the princess. “We all have.”
Trixie leaned her forehead against mine, whispering, “She’s finally here, she’s really here.”
I held her close, feeling the fragile but undeniable heartbeat of Brianna against my chest. Coban’s hand rested over mine, and we all shared that silent understanding and nothing else mattered right now.
Then Atlas, in a rush of excitement and pride, let out another tiny squeak of delight. “Pwincess Brianna!”
Cassian laughed softly, a happy, high-pitched laugh that made the tension in the room melt just slightly. Trixie giggled in exhaustion, a laugh that was half relief, half joy, as she brushed a hand across Atlas' hair.
I watched them, the queen, the twins, and our daughter. The golden light shimmered across the room, dancing across walls, floor, and ceiling. The doctors, still whispering, finally began to step back, giving us space to absorb this miracle.
Coban and I exchanged a glance, both of us fighting back emotion. “She’s going to change everything,” Coban said softly. “And she’s going to be incredible.”
I pressed my lips to Trixie’s temple. “Our princess, she’s already incredible. And she’s ours.”
Atlas reached out again, his tiny hands covering his sister’s, and Cassian mirrored him, golden glows wrapping them in warmth. I could feel the pulse of life, of magic, of family in that room stronger than ever.
And in that moment, the world narrowed down to one thing: the three of us, the twins, and the tiny, perfect life we had just brought into this kingdom. The rest of the world could wait.
Because Princess Brianna was finally here, and everything else would follow from her.
