Alpha Alder pov

“What do you mean you were unable to find her? She is somewhere around and also for some weird reasons I am unable to connect with her, which was something I was able to do before but now I can’t do it, so frustrating.

I stood up from the throne and couldn’t help but pace back and forth in frustration, was it because I rejected her and we lost our connection but I was still able to feel her and even sniff her out from afar but now I can’t do anything but just try to find her naturally which is very frustrating.

“What do you want us to do now Alpha?”The guard said to me and the only thing I could think about was finding Aurelia…

I hope she is not missing or in danger, I hate her for being so weak but that won’t stop me from still caring for her, because she seemed to be the only one that cared and always followed all my orders.

“You don’t fen have any clause like her foot prints?“ I asked in desperation but he clearly didn’t say anything which meant she was no where to be found.

“I know you might find hard to be belief but it still the truth, her footprints from the minute she left the palace is no where to be found like it vanished.” He said and I nodded, i now understand what was going on and what all this meant.

Someone had taken her and to make it all so easy.,.the footprints were wiped out so I won’t ever be able to find her.

“If we can’t trace her and we also don’t know where she must have followed, let’s just make it easy by searching all the nearby pack:” I said to them as I had a very good plan of how everything would go,

She thinks she is so smart but I would find her and make her my slave and torture even more for ever trying to leave me for another man.

“What should we do when we find her?” One of the guards asked.

“Bring her to me alive and i don’t mind you torturing her till she agrees to follow you.” I said to them and they nodded before rushing off and just then one of the council members walked up to me.

“You do know there is no use of you finding her? She is not your mate anymore and neither does she belongs to you.” The council memeber said and I couldn’t help but turned in annoyance, how could he say something like that to me, was it because I am being too soft with them.

“How dare you! Is it because I rejected her? That did not change the main fact that she is mine and would forever belong to me no matter what…so don’t think you can change that just because you think it’s right…” I said to him and he was about to speak but I beat him to it by grabbing his neck and pulling him closer with it.

“You need to shut your mouth up and don’t say anything.” I muttered to him and he nodded…he was on of the old members and knew a lot of secrets and things going on in the palace and because of tht he keeps threatening me.

“Please let me go…all I did was point out the wrong things happening here and don’t make me regret doing that.” He said and I couldn’t help but chuckle, who was he to dare have the mind to say that.

I looked at the other council members and they looked angry, they respects this council member and that’s why if anything is to happen to him they would make me regret it by opposing me when I need them the most.

I looked back at the council member and gently let’s go of his neck which made him chuckle.

“You still just the same person that you are and that’s not change, stop acting fierce like you are strong and just give it all up. The only person you can beat whenever you want is Aurelia and she isn’t even here anymore.” He said and walked away and I felt like everyone had always monitored everything I did to Aurelia and now they won’t let me rest by continuing to disturb me and rub it on my face tgat I was the cause of what ever had happened to Aurelia.

“I think your reign is going be limited, we need an emergency meeting to discuss something’s.” They said and I immediately what all this would lead to and I was not ready for that.

“The meeting should be canceled, I don’t think you would want us to talk about this…it is of no necessity.” I said to them and sat back on the throne and just then one of the guards rushed in with an envelope in his hands and I couldn’t help but wonder who would invite me to their gathering when everyone treats me like an outcast and usually claim I was too ambitious.

“What is that?” I asked out of curiosity.

“It’s an invitation for you to the nearest pack.” He said to me and handed it over to me and I couldn’t help but quickly check it and it really was an invite letter.

I read through it and got to realize I was invited to a ball, Alpha Dorian had finally found his mate:.. that’s crazy because all his mates always die and leave him alone and that drives me crazy….the moon goddess did not stop and instead continued to give him more mates to kill.

But nothing intrigued more than the fact that he did not state who his mate was, she was covering her face with a mask and it was crazy.

This made me even more interested in attending. I want to find out who this woman is.
