Chapter 51: Is This A Dream

Gabriella.

When I opened my eyes, I saw Alpha Viktor here by my side. I smiled even though I felt weak. I grabbed his hand and quizzed it.

Not long after, he woke up. He immediately looked at me.

When he saw me I was awake, he stood and asked me, "What are you feeling right now, Gabriella?"

"I'm thirsty," I horsily answered.

Alpha Viktor looked at the maids inside and ordered us to get water.

"Do you need anything else? Are you hungry?"

I tilted my head, "I'm fine, Alpha Viktor," I replied.

"What about you? How are your wounds?"

"There is no problem with my wounds, Gabriella. They will heal in just a few days," he answered.

"It's good then. What about Mom? Where is she?"

"She comes here every day, Gabriella. If you ask about her condition, the doctor says she needs Therapy to fight her condition. But if you see her, she is fine and no longer attacks her PSTD."

I took a deep breath because of what he said. Thanks to Moon Goddess, our problem with Alpha Arman also ended.

"Get well soon, Gabriella. I haven't gotten over what you told me before," he said.

"You haven't forgotten what I said, Alpha Viktor?"

"Nope. Those words remained in my head and my heart, Gabriella. I can assure you, you will not escape on me!!" he said, there was a smile on his lips.

I spent almost two weeks recovering. Thanks to the Moon Goddess, my stomach wound did not become deep. I know that Tala did everything in her power not to let me down in the match.

Speaking of Tala, the last words she mentioned to me were that she needed to regain her strength, and until now, she was not talking to me. I understand her, so I let her recover.

"Why? Is there something that will happen today?" I asked Eury.

Since the end of the fight, Eury came here at the Silver Fang to watch over me.

"Just come with me, Gab! I have something to show you!" she said.

I frowned. I knew there was a plan running in her head. While I was resting this afternoon, she suddenly showed me a dress in her hands. She fixed me up, and now, she's pulling me out of my room.

"Tell me what's happening now, Eury!" I demanded.

She just looked at me and smiled. She didn't answer my question, so I didn't ask again.

When we got here behind the Palace, here in the garden, my eyes widened when I saw what was here.

I saw Alpha Viktor walking towards me. I asked him with the use of my eyes, and he just answered me with a smile.

When he got close to me, he held my right hand. He pulled me closer to an altar in the garden. My eyes wandered all over the place. It's clear, and I can smell the fragrant scents of the flowers around. I had no idea that something like this would happen today because Alpha Viktor wouldn't let me out of my room.

I saw Mom smiling at me. There were also elders here waiting for Alpha Viktor and me. The warriors and maids were on the side, watching us walk.

"What is the meaning of this, Alpha Viktor?" I asked in confusion.

He did not answer my question. He just looked at me and smiled.

When we arrived before an elder, Alpha Viktor grabbed my hand. He faced me. I noticed his eyes twinkling before he spoke.

"I know we haven't known each other long, Gabriella, but the bond I feel with you is unbearable," he began.

I gulped. Is this a proposal?

My body started shaking. I feel the heat on my face as I look at Alpha Viktor.

"Even so, I am here in front of you. I will ask for your permission if you will accept me. Will you agree to be my Luna to build a family with you." he continued.

"Gabriella, will you accept me into your life? To be my Luna? To spend your life with me?" he asked.

I couldn't stop the tears from coming out of my eyes. I looked at Alpha Viktor while smiling. My heart was beating fast, and I felt like I was in the sky.

I nodded, "Yes, Alpha Viktor, I accept you in my life!!" I answered.

"I promise you that you will not regret your decision, Gabriella. I will do everything I can to give you a good life!" he pleaded.

"Thank you very much, Alpha Viktor. I saw all the sacrifices you made for me. You reached out your hand to help me through my trials. You never left me," I replied.

"If you ask me, the best life I can think of is to be with you, Alpha Viktor. I will also do my best to provide you with all your needs. Together we will face the problems that come, and together we will build a happy family with love," I assured him.

"Alpha Viktor and Gabriella," and I looked at the Elder who spoke.

"You may now do the traditional dance," he said.

Alpha Viktor and I looked at each other and did as the Elder told us.

Alpha Viktor let go of my hand as traditional dance music began to play. I didn't know what traditional dance was because we didn't have it in the Blood Lust Pack.

Alpha Viktor stared at me until he started to move. I frowned. I didn't know what he would do until he touched my shoulder.

I looked at Alpha Viktor. He turned to me while staring into my eyes and smiling. Eight rounds later, he faced me. He held both of my hands and motioned me to dance.

"I don't know what to do," I murmured.

"Just follow me, Gabriella," he said to which I answered with a nod.

He spun me around him three times. Then he sat me down. He turned to me again, and when he was facing me, he bowed. Eight times again until he made me stand up.

What is this traditional dance he is doing? What is it for?

When I stood up, he spun around again. When he faced me, he knelt and kissed my hand. Eight times again, until the end.

"And now, let's all dance!" The elder announced.

I looked around. The warriors and the maids started moving by partners. They faced each other, and when the music changed, they started dancing.

I smiled. The dance they do is like a wedding dance. They smile, facing their partner while dancing.

"Gabriella," Alpha Viktor called me.

I saw his hand stretched out in front of me. I reached for it and started dancing.

Is this a dream?

I could not explain what I was feeling right now. While staring and smiling at Alpha Viktor, there was something inside me that I didn't understand. Happiness and the feeling of love from Alpha Viktor made me believe this was just a beautiful dream. But no! It was real!!

It was a fun night. After the dancing, there was a meal. Unlike other Packs, only the high ranks mingle and participate in these kinds of events. Here at Silver Fang, no matter your rank, as long as you are a member, you can participate!

We are no longer aware of time. Alpha Viktor and I held hands while mingling with other members of the Pack. According to Alpha Viktor, since I'm Luna, I have to get to know the different members of the Pack. I had no problem with that because I knew that Alpha Viktor was preparing me for my future role as a Luna of Silver Fang Pack!

While everyone was happy, Jenny, the daughter of Alpha Romulo, the Largest and strongest Pack in the Kingdom, suddenly arrived.

We all looked at Jenny. My eyes widened because he seemed so different, from his clothes to the state of her weak body.

"Alpha Viktor, please help me!" She hoarsely shouted before she passed out.

The warriors quickly went to Jenny to assist her. Alpha Viktor and I approached Jenny together. When we got closer, Alpha Viktor asked what had happened.

"Lycan King Gregory killed my father!"
