When Hilda saw Genni standing there she broke off the kiss earning her a soft growl from Silas who was not aware the Genni had come up behind him. ‘Your Grace’ she gasped pulling out of the kiss ‘I’m so sorry’ and she lowered her head. Waving away the apology Genni simple said ‘he’s your mate, I would expect nothing less’. Hilda was clearly relieved by what Genni has said as the latter saw the Mage relax a little. Silas was now sitting beside her on the bed. As Dr Julia approached the small group so she could update her Luna on Hilda’s progress she spotted Silas with his feet up on the bed. Glaring at him in a very unfriendly Dr Julia berated him for having his feet up on a hospital bed. Growling a little at the Dr Silas was about to show his dominance when Dr Julia raised her eye brows and said calmly ‘Not even on your best day, settle down or I will kick you out of this hospital’ swallowing another growl Silas backed of when Hilda touched his arm gently and shook her head at him. His eyes softened while he looked at her but when he looked back at the Dr all traces of softness was replaced with hostility. Choosing to ignore the arrogant Alpha, she preceded to update her Luna. ‘As you can see, luna. Hilda is feeling much better and I can safely discharge her once all the hamper work is done’. Hilda did a small clap and threw her arms back around Silas who quickly crushed her to his massive chest. Hilda asked when she would be allowed to leave, what time would I be. Dr Julia looked at Hilda now and with a soft smile Dr Julia said ‘I am happy to discharge you within the next few hours, although please remember you are still very weak and will need a lot rest over the coming few days. Breaking in to the conversation Silas said with an impatient growl ‘I am aware of her wants and needs Dr, you can rest assured in that. She will be looked after very carefully and when we get home he will be waited on on hand and foot’. Hilda looked a little startled by this news as was Genni. ‘I’m afraid there has been another misunderstanding Alpha Silas. Hilda cannot go home with you to your pack, she is a valued member of my inner circle and is paramount to all our plans. She simply must say her’ turning from Silas to address Hilda directly ‘you do wish to stay here? I would not want to force you in anything….’ Genni couldn’t finish what she was saying as Hilda spoke up and interrupted ‘Your Grace. I will stay here with you as it is my sworn duty to assist you’ looking at Silas with a mixture of sadness and frustration she explained why she was needed at this pack. You could see that Silas did not like what he had just heard and got off the bed swiftly. Striding over to the other side of the room, which wasn’t that far considering they were all currently standing in a small hospital room. Silas was glaring at all of them now, as if he had somehow been tricked somehow and they all started to feel his Alpha aura. Even though it would have little effect on the members of the Luna Shadow pack they could all still feel it. ‘Why did you bring me here?’ He demanded in his Alpha tone ‘is it all been some kind of trick? Is that why My Fated Mate is not even my species? Was it all a rouse to get me here so my pack would be vulnerable’. He said this last part directly at Hilda and he regretted it immediately as he saw the heartbreaking look appear on Hilda’s face. ‘HOW DARE YOU SAY THAT TO ME’ Hilda screamed at him. She was becoming hysterical with the pain of what Silas had just said. Looking a little guilty and trying to approach Hilda to apologise he found his way blocked by Lucas. ‘Move Boy’ he growled a menacingly deep growl at Lucas and as the latter was getting ready to square up to the Alpha Dr Julia stepped between them and in an attempt to calm the situation got pushed to the floor by Silas. That was all it took for the room to descend into chaos. Lucas has grabbed Silas by the throat while Silas had slashed out with his clawed hand and shredded Lucas’s shirt and injured him. Hilda was screaming at Silas to let Lucas go while she got out of bed and rushed to the Dr’s side and helped her up on the floor. Next thing they knew Jonas followed by Wyatt and Jace crashed through the door of the hospital running for the small room. When Wyatt entered the room he saw his Mate on the floor rubbing one arm. In one stride he was next to Julia and was asking if silas had done this to her. At her nod Wyatt let out a massive almost feral growl and launched himself at Silas knocking him , Lucas and himself to the floor. The two men could have easily subdued the third on the floor but Jonas now stood over him and using his Grand Alpha aura put a stop to it all. It was so powerful that even Hilda was stopped in her tracks ‘I’m going to assume there is a reasonable explanation for this behaviour’ Jonas looked at them all as he said this. Looking at the panting man on the floor Jonas just stood there and stared furiously. As everything was now calmer than before Jonas told his two pack members to allow Silas up but still hold on to him. Julia had stood up now and was hugging a sobbing Hilda, finally he looked at his mate. Genni held her head up high in defiance and met his furious stare with one of her own and Genni was seriously pissed off with him. Linking with him to tell him she was mad at him she warned him that they were going to talk about this situation later. Genni turned to her brother and Wyatt and said ‘leave him go’ and they did as they were asked. Looking at Silas now Genni said in a tone that showed she was barely holding on to her temper ‘I allow you onto Our Pack Lands, I offer you a place to rest and I hold out a hand of friendship and you throw it all away, including your Mate all because you couldn’t get your own way and take Hilda from this place to your territory? Really Silas! Your behaviour today has deeply disappointed me. How could you do that to the women you supposedly love? I’m afraid I must ask you and your brother to leave our Territory and know that you will never be allowed back’. Genni finished with a snap, and walking over to her mate, she slipped her hand through his crossed arms. Looking at both of them now Silas could almost see a faint glow around Genni and it unnerved him. He’d known that she was something different as she could link to his mind and speak direct to Salem, his wolf. He had never known that to happen before. Silas knew he had royalty fucked up and knew his only course of action now was to beg forgiveness. Although it went against ever fibre of his being Silas knelt on the floor and showed the back of his head. Jonas snorted his disbelief at what he was seeing but Genni held up her hand saying ‘speak’. Silas actually had to swallow down his nervousness before he could speak ‘ please forgive me Your Grace’ addressing he said looking at Jonas and Genni ‘I am deeply ashamed of my actions here today and I beg your forgiveness. I didn’t like being told I couldn’t do something but this was before I knew why Hilda has to stay here. I wasn’t thinking straight and that was what made me lose my temper. I couldn’t even shift I was so confused and upset. And now I have lost my mate’ he finished sadly. Genni could hear Hilda crying softly at his last statement and decided to put the wolf out of his misery. ‘The reason you could not shift is quite simple, I did not allow it’
