Bowing her head and sniffling Hilda gave a small nod, shutting his eyes for a second then squatting down next to the bed he said very quietly to the trembling women ‘first of, you went on this quest to find the Faye and try to stop a war, secondly your been tortured but remained loyal to Genevieve and our Pack and last but not least you escaped. Saying out loud now so Hilda could hear what was going on, Genni said Proudly ‘I will do it Jonas, I will tell Silas to come here, it will be safer for everyone if all correspondents with the Richdale Pack comes from me’. Looking at her incredulously Greg asked how she could do it? He was genuinely confused now. Genni just smiled up at him from her seat next to the bed, she was still holding Hilda even though the latter was sleeping, ‘my Dear Friends’ she giggled when she heard the small growl leaving Jonas ‘I can link to any wolf anytime, anywhere. Jonas took a good few minutes before he responded to her. Turning to her now he said quietly, but was heard by all. ‘I will allow this. But only if he accepts a guard on him at all time. There was silence, Genni waited, her hope of settling this reasonably was getting smaller with every passing second of silence. When she had almost severed the link she heard a quiet voice now ‘will I be able to see my mate’ his voice sounded tortured as if the separation from Hilda was almost to much to bear.
‘Of course, we have no intention of keeping Hilda from you, she is my friend and I will always want whats best for her’ Genni squeezed Hilda’s hand gently as she said this and found that she meant every word. ‘Please come now to the packhouse, once you get to the gate you will be escorted here by two of my best warriors. Greg raised his eyebrows ‘wolves?’. Genni nodded but still looked at Jonas. ‘I have no doubt the the two Jones brothers will be in their wolf form. They will have their guard up’. Jonas nodded and his eyes flickered as he made the link then said to his mate ‘do you realise what just happened to you now’? Looking at her he could see that she didn’t have a clue. He looked at Hilda now ‘can you explain what just happened’? Bowing her head, hilda explained ‘of course your grace. When Her Grace uses her abilities she is essentially using her birth right and her magic. To this end, when you see it happen you will see her skin take on an ethereal glow.
