Andros’ P.O.V. Continued
Going over to John’s desk I grab my pen and write John a note of where I went off to on a post it and left the office for the design department. Looking back for information on who wrote it, so I will know who to see, I noticed that it was written by two people, A Lala Taylor and Mark Sanders. So, I head over in their direction. I also grabbed the folder for the meeting in case I had to leave from here to go to the conference room. I stand in front of the department, and I call out to everyone. “Can I please see Lala Taylor and Mark Sanders.” A couple comes up to me and I ask them: “Do you know who is taking care of the marketing and accounting for this project?” “Yes. It is Carrie Wong from accounting and Dean Stapleton from marketing.” Mark answered.
“Thank you. Your proposal needs significant revisions, and we have only thirty minutes before the meeting. I need you both to go back and redo the parts that I have commented on, and I will be with you shortly.” “Yes sir.” They both said together. After the walk back to their desk I go back to the front and call out to everyone once again. “Can I please see Carrie Wong and Dean Stapleton.” When they come over to me I motion for them to follow me to the same corner that I took the other two. “We did not receive your reports for the meeting. It will start in thirty minutes. Do you have everything ready?” “Yes sir, I was just putting on the finishing touches and I will have the needed copies printed out soon.” Dean stated. “I have all my reports ready and copied.” Carrie informed me.
“Then why didn’t we receive it with the designs team proposal?” I asked. “I was waiting for Mr. Stratton to come Back into the office.” She told me of her excuse. “That is not how it works here. I and his son Jonathan were waiting on these reports. There was no need to wait as he could receive the reports whether he was in the office or not. Am I right? Unless you had another agenda in mind?” “No sir, I am sorry sir. I will have them in your hands right away.” She says as she walks away from me. These thirsty females have got to go. I said to myself as I walked towards where Lala and Mark was working. I helped them produce a better proposal and Lala made all the copies needed. Now I am just waiting on the other two. They came back and the each gave me their reports along with the copies. “We are missing one copy from the accounting report.” I said directing my words to Carrie. “Oh, I will print off another copy right away.” She said with her face red.
At this point Liliana came up to me. “Andros is everything settled?” “Just about just waiting on one more copy from Carrie, then we will be all set.” “Ok, why do not you three make your way over to the conference room and I will wait on the other two. I will take all the copies from you and pass them t once I get there. I was also informed that Mariann has the beverages taken care of, so just meet up with John.” “Ok, thanks Liliana.” She nodded her head at me, and I made my way over to the conference room.
Analina’s P.O.V.
Nothing eventful happened over the weekend, I did, however, studied for my exam. I am telling you the weekend came and went by so fast that it is hard to believe that it is already Monday morning. We were all seated to have breakfast in the dining room, when I came down, I was surprised to see my Uncle James here. Before I could ask my father about it he starts to speak to everyone. “You may be wandering why my brother James is here with us. It is because Analina has her exam today and Liliana and I would like to be there for moral support; I figured that since you had guidance from Jonathan on Friday that having James with you today because you can also learn a lot from him. It is good to have learning experience from different people in this line of work.
Now Stavros, Rodrick and Enzo will be joining Liliana, Analina and I. Andros you will have James, his guard Matteo and Diego. Sorry, that today you will not have an assistant until we get back. I did not want you to have to deal with an obnoxious female and I did not have any male employees that I could spare.” “I understand, John.” “Since that is settled here are your schedules for the day.” Daddy said as he passed the schedules out to me, Andros, Diego, and Enzo. Looking over my schedule I noticed that after I am done taking my exam I will be going back to the company with my parents. It is a good thing that I dressed presentable for the office. I chose a lavender colored blouse with a black shirt and matching blazer and lavender high heel sandals.
After breakfast we all separated to go to our destinated locations. When we got to the school we all walked into the building. My parents and their guards sat down in a waiting area outside the administration office while I walked in through the door with Enzo following behind me. I went over to the secretary to announce my arrival. “Hi, I am Analina Stratton, and I have an appointment to take my final examination at 9:30 this morning.” “Oh yes, right this way. Who are you?” she directed this question to Enzo. “I’m her bodyguard, ma’am.” He answered. She nodded her approval and continued down the hall.
She ushered me to a vacated classroom and after entering I went up to the teacher to introduce myself. She then handed me my exam and went over the instructions and time limit for the examination. I chose one of the desks in the front and sat down and opened the exam booklet.
Andros P.O.V.
I walked into John’s office with James, taking my seat at my appointed desk, I pulled out the notes from the meeting on Friday. I called James over to look them over with me as he sat down next to me with John’s copy of the same notes. We together made some notes of our own and decided to call the employees that are assigned to the project to have a lunch meeting. “Which conference room is available?” I asked James. “Room number 4.” Ok, I will page the employees to the project to conference room 4 then.” I paged the four employees that are assigned to work on the project and then we made our way to the conference room.
