Obsessed

Laura immediately looked away. Her gaze turned elsewhere, trying to avoid it. "What's wrong with him? Why is he so obsessed with me? Wow, that's impossible. I still can't believe it. Surely he just wants to play with me. It's impossible for a crown prince like him to like a woman like me who doesn't have any special qualities." Laura was so busy with her thoughts that she didn't realize that Reynold was already beside her.

"Laura? What are you doing here?" Reynold touched Laura's shoulder, surprising the woman. She still didn't want to give up.

"Of course I want to eat." Before Laura had time to utter her voice, Prince Stevan was ahead of her.

Reynold's gaze now turned to the prince, who was also looking at him. The focus of all the students' attention in the canteen was on the three of them. Many women are jealous of Laura because she can be close to two powerful men on campus. The campus god, who has many fans, and the crown prince, who is so respected.

"I feel like there will be a fierce war between the three of them," said Jennifer, who was looking pityingly at Laura.

"That's for sure. Who do you think Laura will choose?" added another student.

Without saying anything else, Reynold immediately sat next to Laura. He didn't want his future to be taken by another man. Moreover, the man was an honorable crown prince who had power. "Laura, this afternoon, my mother wants to meet you." Reynold deliberately raised his voice so that the prince could hear him.

"No way!" said Prince Stevan suddenly.

"Why can't you?" Laura asked, looking seriously at the prince.

"If I say you can't, then you can't! You are the future crown princess." Prince Stevan's flat face annoyed Reynold.

"Sorry, Prince. You have no right to stop, Laura. She has her own life and has nothing to do with royal matters." Reynold tried to be polite.

"Just so you know. From now on, Laura's business is my business." Prince Stevan showed his signature smirk.

Laura's eyes widened even more. She couldn't understand what was on the crown prince's mind. "Please. Don't joke around." Laura tried to lower her voice so that other students wouldn't hear her.

"I'm serious. Wouldn't my attitude be clear if I was chasing you?" Prince Stevan replied, making Laura want to stuff the woman's mouth.

Reynold squeezed his hand tightly. He had expected that the crown prince would not just give up. He immediately stood up from his seat. "Please pay attention, everyone. There is one thing I want to share with all of you. I want to announce that Laura is still my fiancé." Reynold looked at Laura's face, full of love.

The atmosphere in the canteen suddenly became excited. Laura's heartbeat seemed to stop for a moment. Today, she was surprised by various things beyond her expectations. It could even be said to be very ridiculous. She was faced with two men who were the dreams of many women, and the two men openly wanted her.

"Oh, God. What should I do?" Laura's gaze was now focused on Jennifer. She motioned to her friend to help her get away from the two men who shocked her so much.

Jennifer, who understood what her friend meant, immediately approached Laura. "Please take me to the lecturer's room." She grabbed Laura's hand and took her away from Reynold and Prince Stevan.

Reynold looked annoyed at the crown prince. Without saying anything else, he immediately left. Prince Stevan just smiled in response. The students immediately returned to their respective activities, afraid of being caught by the prince if they were paying attention. At that moment, Gabrio approached the prince and whispered something. They both then left the cafeteria.

Now the two of them are on the rooftop. "Prince, here, have a drink." Gabrio gave him a drink bottle containing fresh blood.

Prince Stevan received the drink bottle, which was made of black glass, so no one knew what was inside. "What do you think is special about Laura?" asked Prince Stevan while looking at the view from the rooftop.

"What I can see is that she is a brave woman. The proof is that she is not easily conquered by the prince," answered Gabrio.

Prince Stevan smiled when he remembered Laura's annoyed face. "You're right. She's a unique woman. As for Reynold, what do you think?"

"What is clear is that this man is Laura's fiancé," answered Gabrio quickly.

Prince Stevan immediately turned his head. "Is he much handsomer than me?" His facial expression showed displeasure.

Gabrio swallowed hard. The prince's face looked scary, as if he wanted to swallow him alive. "Of course the prince is much more handsome."

"Fact. I am indeed more handsome than Reynold," said Prince Stevan with great firmness. "But why does Laura look annoyed when she looks at me? Is it possible that Laura prefers Reynold over me?"

Gabrio scratched his hair, which didn't feel itchy. "I don't know either, Prince." This was the first time he was confused by the crown prince's attitude.

Prince Stevan immediately took a sip of his drink. Imagining Laura's face made his body heat up. The feeling of wanting to own a woman is increasingly dominant.

In the afternoon, Reynold was standing in front of Laura's class. He didn't want his chance to be taken over by the crown prince. His arrival at the economics faculty received attention from the students there. He didn't care if there were rumors that he was too obsessed with chasing Laura, because in reality, that was the case.

Not long after, the lecturer who taught the class left. Reynold became increasingly enthusiastic. He couldn't wait to see Laura's beautiful face. The female students who had just come out of class immediately smiled happily to see Reynold in front of their class.

"Hi, who are you looking for?" asked a beautiful woman with long hair.

"I'm looking for Laura. Is she still in class?" Reynold stared at the door.

"Yes." The woman looked disappointed, then left.

"What about her?" Reynold was surprised. At that moment, Laura left class with Jennifer. "Laura!" he called excitedly.

Feeling her name being called, Laura turned around. "Reynold. What brings you here?"

Prince Stevan, who was behind Laura, stared sharply at Reynold. He doesn't like it when Reynold approaches the woman he is targeting.

Reynold didn't care about the crown prince's gaze at him. "I'm here waiting for you. Come with me. My mother is waiting for you."

"I'm coming," said Prince Stevan suddenly.

Laura immediately looked back. "You're crazy?" She couldn't understand the crown prince's thoughts.

"Yeah, I'm crazy. Why?" Prince Stevan replied casually.

Reynold wanted to come forward to face the crown prince but was held back by Laura. "Dear Prince Stevan, please don't interfere in my personal matters. I'm nothing to you. We do not yet have a special relationship. I haven't made a decision to accept being the future crown princess. So, stop. I hate your attitude like this," said Laura with a sharp gaze.

Laura immediately left Stevan and Reynold. She was too tired of facing the two of them.

A few minutes later, Laura chose to go home alone by taxi. She didn't see Stevan on campus. She thought that the man was angry with her. She also hadn't seen Reynold's figure since meeting her in front of the class earlier.

After waiting for ten minutes, the taxi he ordered finally arrived. Laura immediately got into the taxi. She told the taxi driver to go to the restaurant whose address her friend Helena had sent her.

It didn't take long, Laura finally arrived at a restaurant appointed by Helena. The restaurant looks quite luxurious. She stepped forward quite confidently. She couldn't wait to meet her childhood friend.

"Have you been waiting long?" Laura asked when she was in front of Helena.

"Ah, not really. Sit down! How are you?" Helena looked closely at Laura's face. She didn't expect that her little friend had grown into such a beautiful woman. She was even amazed to see every facial sculpture that looked perfect.

"My news is very good. How about you?" Laura asked, answering in a friendly manner.

"Me too. Wow, I didn't expect you to become crown princess. I wanted to meet you, I just wanted to congratulate you," said Helena, smiling happily.

"Oh, yeah? I think you have something else in mind," said Laura, laughing. The two of them chatted happily with each other, letting go of their longing.
