Stevan's Arrest

“Where is he?” Laura kept calling Stevan's number. However, there was no answer at all. She continued walking towards the lecturer's room.

Laura is now in the lecturer's room. She saw the lecturers searching Stevan's room. Some even called Stevan a criminal. “Excuse me, where is Mr. Stefan now?"

“Why are you asking about him? You should be more careful when dealing with that mysterious man. Don't be easily tempted just because his face is handsome," said the female lecturer.

Laura was getting more and more restless. She did not find Stevan in the lecturer's room. In fact, all the lecturers there were reluctant to reveal his whereabouts. She immediately left and looked for Stevan elsewhere.

"Could it be that he is in the chancellor's office?" Laura muttered as she continued to walk.

Reynold already knew about the news that Stevan had been fired from campus. He smiled in relief. Finally, the man he didn't like was gone from this campus. He felt proud of his father, who quickly helped him investigate Stevan's identity. Coincidentally, the situation was on his side. He didn't expect that Stevan would dare to create a fake identity.

"Hey, have you heard about the new lecturer?" Reynold's four friends approached.

"Yes, I know. From the start, I suspected him. It turns out it's true. He faked his identity.” Reynold smiled faintly. He wanted to know what Stevan's fate was like now. He stood up from his seat. “Don't you guys want to see an exciting show?”

“What show?” asked Reynold's friends.

"It looks like the police will come to our campus to arrest this handsome lecturer," Reynold answered very confidently. He and his friends immediately left the classroom.

Laura is now in front of the building where the chancellor and campus officials are located. She saw that there were many students gathered there. She approached one of the students there. “Excuse me, may I ask something?”

"Oh, of course. What do you want to ask?" answered the female student with a friendly smile.

“Is Mr. Stevan still not out?" Laura asked.

“Since I came here, I still haven't seen him. It looks like he's still inside," the woman answered.

Laura's thoughts became increasingly chaotic. She was so worried about Stevan's condition. She looked at her cell phone several times, but there was no reply from the man. At that moment, she saw Reynold and his friends coming. She immediately averted her gaze, reluctant to look at Reynold. She felt that the Reynold she knew was no longer the same as before. The man has changed a lot now.

Reynold smiled when he saw Laura in front of him. He knew so well, even though the woman had her back to him. "Laura," he called softly. All the students around him noticed him.

Laura turned her head and only responded to Reynold's greeting with a faint smile, then she looked back towards the main door of the building. Reynold chuckled softly when he saw the attitude Laura gave him.

"It seems your mind has been poisoned by Stevan. Are you not aware?” said Reynold beside Laura.

Laura looked at Reynold irritably. “Don't accuse him carelessly. He was never mean to anyone.”

Reynold was increasingly disappointed to see Laura's attitude, which continued to defend Stevan. “You will know who the man you are so proud of really is. He is not a good man.” After Reynold said that, several police cars arrived. The students there whispered to each other. Several police officers immediately entered the building.

Laura became increasingly anxious to see him. "No. I'm sure he's not a bad guy.” She said those words many times to reassure herself.

Reynold immediately turned Laura's body in front of him while his hands gripped Laura's shoulders. “All the evidence is clear that his identity is fake, Laura. The police came here to investigate because he was suspected of being a wanted criminal who had been wanted for a long time. Why are you so stubborn about accepting reality?” His gaze focused sharply on Laura's face.

Laura shed tears. Her heart still believed that Stevan was a good man. If it is true that the man faked his identity, there must be a reason. "I still believe in him," she said softly.

Reynold laughed while holding back the tightness in his chest. He didn't expect that the woman in front of him had quite a lot of love for Stevan. He released his grip on Laura's shoulder. “I'm your fiancee, Laura. Why do you have the heart to defend another man in front of me?” he said softly.

Laura shed more and more tears. Her mind wasn't focused right now. Stevan's name filled her brain. She continued to stare at the main door of the building and ignored the people around her. “You promised me. You will make me yours. You have to be fine, Stevan," she thought.

In the chancellor's office, Stevan was closing his eyes while thinking about what steps he should take when he was in a tight situation like now. He was kept under surveillance by the people in the room, who did not allow him to leave. Even his cell phone was confiscated. At that moment, he heard the footsteps of a group of people heading towards the chancellor's room. He immediately opened his eyes. "He doesn't play around with his words," he thought, looking at Martin.

Not long after, a group of police arrived. They greeted the campus rector and showed him the report letter. "He's the suspect. Please bring the man," said the chancellor, pointing at Stevan.

Several policemen immediately approached Stevan. “We will take this man away immediately.” Stevan's hands were immediately handcuffed. Stevan tried to stay calm. He was sure that this news would reach the kingdom. He refrained from acting rashly before the king made a decision.

The police immediately took Stevan away from the room. Conditions outside the building are getting busier. Many students want to see Stevan's case, which has shocked the entire campus. Soon after that, the police appeared with Stevan, who was already handcuffed. Laura widened her eyes when she saw the condition of the man she loved. Laura was about to approach Stevan but was held back by Reynold.

"I want to approach him. Let me go!" said Laura while struggling. Stevan, who looked at Laura, felt very annoyed with Reynold. Stevan immediately stopped in his tracks.

"What are you doing?" asked one of the policemen.

"I ask for a moment," said Stevan. The police granted his request. "Laura," he called, looking at Laura.

Hearing her name called, Laura immediately turned to look at Stevan. With all her strength, she let go of Reynold's hand. After she managed to escape, she immediately approached Stevan. "Are you okay?" Laura asked when she was in front of Stevan.

“Hmm, I'm fine. Do you believe me?” Stevan looked closely at Laura's face.

Laura nodded her head. "Yes, I believe you." Stevan smiled in relief.

“Your time is up.” The police immediately arrested Reynold. However, suddenly, a line of royal cars arrived, making the police immediately bow in respect. All the students there also did the same thing.

The car door opened. All the royal guards came out and lined up beside the main royal car. Not long after, the main car door opened, and out came the figure of the king, who was so respected in Spain. The chancellors and campus officials ran when they heard the king's arrival on their campus.

Stevan, who saw the king get out of the car, could only sigh. There was a sense of relief in his heart. However, he also prepared himself for whatever decision the king would issue.

King Rico stepped towards the front door of the building, where Stevan was. At that moment, the chancellor and campus officials arrived and immediately saluted the king while gasping for breath. Even Martin and his secretary were there too.

When he was in front of Stevan and the police, King Rico stopped in his tracks. His gaze was now focused on Stevan's hands, which were handcuffed. He felt so angry that his beloved son was treated so disrespectfully. “What did you guys do to the crown prince?” he said loudly. Everyone there looked confused about the meaning of the king's words.
