The Heartwalker And The Dragon King

The Dragon King slammed her against the door, one hand gripping her jaw, tilting her face up to his burning red eyes. “You walked into my castle, little spy. Lying and hiding, pretending to be one of my slaves while seducing me with your body.” He growled low against her throat, soa close she could feel the heat radiating off his skin. His dark magic curled around her wrists, binding her in his chains, spreading her legs apart for him while she whimpered in fear. “Did you really think I wouldn’t find out exactly what you are?” For a thousand years, Heartkind and The Nexium have been locked in a war over the fate of humanity.
