Chapter 17 My little Woman
"Oh, my King, why are you having an interest in my dreams?" She asked with a brave tone.
"Thank goodness you are not afraid now," He let out, and again his eyes glowed.
"Why am I here? What do you want from me?" Esperanza asked in a low voice.
"Glad to see you are not frantic now," Ezra said.
"I was scared, now I believe it is my fate." Esperanza was helpless and flimsy.
"Maybe your fate is not really bad right?" He asked with hesitation, pulling his brow as well.
" You can trust me, tell me why this room is haunting you?" Ezra was making her calm and building trust.
"If I tell you, you would never believe," she let out.
" I believe every inch of your aspect, every single word that came out of your mouth is real for me," he assured her.
" But you came to kill us, right?" She asked, and he chuckled. He looked down while his eyes were smiling.
"No, I was there to help you. I wanted to solve your problem with water. I cannot see you surviving," He said.
"Are you serious?" She went profound in his eyes, and now he was losing his senses; he nodded, and she flinched a little.
" What.... What is this place," she turned to the balcony and looked outside her eyes sparked.
The environment was dynamic; she saw towering crystal architecture that she had never encountered in her life, the streets were paved with beauty, and everything seemed unrealistic. The air was graceful, touching her gentle skin, and the point of music was explicit in that.
Everything was magical, people were happy and prosperous, the visuals were unrealistic, alluring.
She had never seen something like that in her whole life.
" This is beautiful," she whispered with her expressive lips.
"You liked it," Ezra was happy to hear this, and she nodded.
"This is exceptional," her eyes were glowing while seeing the happiness of those people.
" But this place belongs to the dragons, not to me," she let out.
"If I stayed here longer, I would be dead," she let out, and this twisted Ezra's soul.
"Do you really think this way," he looked deep into her eyes and clutched her arms.
"But you cannot see humans, this is what we know," Esperanza said.
"Aren't you bringing me here to tell me punishment?" She asked with innocence in her eyes.
"You fainted, and I brought you here in the Drakon kingdom," he let out with a bit of a smile.
" Do you have any sickness or illness?" He asked and she looked nervous.
"Oh, my King, why are you having an interest in my dreams?" She asked " No...., there is nothing wrong with me, that was you, your eyes, I do not know what I felt, but I became lifeless," she elaborated.
" Maybe it's the same but different," Ezra let out and she frowned.
"What do you mean?" She asked with questionable eyes.
"I mean, you see me and become lifeless, and the moment I see you I become full of life, maybe you became lifeless to bring me life," Ezra said, and she smirked.
" You lived here, and still you were not living, can you live in our valley?" She asked and he softly replied.
"If you want me then I can," he replied and her soul stopped.
" Why would I want this," she took her arms back and turned towards the balcony.
Ezra predicted the nervousness in her eyes, and also predicted the urge to explore the drakon world.
" Esperanza!" he let out and caught her attention.
"Do you want to explore this place while flying in the sky?" He asked and she frowned.
"What? Are you serious? Please be real," she rolled her eyes.
" I am being real, if you let me, I will let you experience that," he said, and the urge to hope in her heart.
"And if you tried to kill me then?" She asked with concern.
" I cannot, I would never, I would kill myself before even thinking of this," he said and she felt somehow calm.
"Why would I trust you?" She makes him smile again.
"Okay, do not trust me, but for once, come with me so I can let you explore. Before dying, you should experience that, he let out and saw her gulping her fear. He smiled again while seeing her situation.
"Do not think twice," he asked again and she nodded.
He forwarded his hand. She parted her lips and took a deep breath.
" Let me make this mistake again," she let out and placed her hand in his.
He bent his back and bowed, "Come, my little woman," he said, and she flustered.
" You.... You are the King, please.....," she tried to take her hand back, but his grip was tight on her.
" So what? Can't I?" He frowned.
" No.... You cannot you are a King," she said.
" Yes, but for you I always want to lower myself," he smiled politely and she lowered her gaze while breathing heavily.
"First, we need to change these clothes," he said, and she looked at the clothes.
" But I want to take a bath as well," She said and he nodded.
"We have plenty of water here, and I have prepared your dress before you could know," He said and she was perplexed to hear that a King had prepared everything for her.
" My father never let me compromise and never let me survive, there is no single day that he let me go without bathing because he knew how much I loved it," Esperanza said.
"He put his life in danger just to let me live the way I wanted without surviving," she looks emotional.
"But you should thank me, that water belongs to my territory," he let out, and she chuckled.
" Thank you, my King," she said and bowed at him, his surrounding fetch stopped, his heart skipped a beat, his lips parted, and he felt that affection in the air which had burst due to her presence.
"This way," he showed her the door where she could change and get the bath, she bowed and entered.
Before she closed the door, she turned." Please do not go anywhere," she let out and made it clear that she had trust in him.
"Do not worry, I am just here," he assured her, and she closed the door.
" She is special, in her eyes there is no notion of betrayal or raven,"
"She is kind, she is pure, she is everything I want, I can't let her go, He gasped and lay in the same place where Esperanza was lying.
He was closing his eyes while Esperanza came out, in a beautiful lavender gown, puffed from upper sleeves and fitted from lower sleeves, the length was down to her ankles, a little bit puffed and sizzled. She looks exceptionally gorgeous and Ezra got dumbfounded after seeing her beauty.
She brushes her hair and takes a middle partition, her hair was a little bit wet but it looks perfect, her every feature was protruding and was highly beauteous. Her skin looked plumped and more pristine.
