The Dragon Prince's Forbidden Affair

In a world where the concept of mates has been lost, Aqua and the dragon shifter prince discover that they're the first mates in centuries. Unfortunately, their love is forbidden because he's engaged and she lacks status. But that doesn't mean she doesn't have unique abilities passed down from her ancestors. Aqua was raised by the humans who found her as a baby. She had no idea another world existed, but when she turned nineteen, she was visited by a strange man who claimed to be her birth father. He brought her back to the kingdom of dragon shifters to live with them and serve the dragon shifter royal family. Aqua has many secrets to uncover about her family, the new world she is now a part of, and the other people in it. She doesn't want to reject her mate, but is an affair the better option? To add to her problems, there's a conflict between the dragon shifters and werewolves within the kingdom. If her mate's love fails, can she survive with the love of her friends and family?
