It was not close to been over

"So you're saying I should dwell my thoughts on the part of my life where my friends abandoned me and my best friend killed me? If I wasn't a blue fox, I would have passed on quite easily." James scoffed and the other team mates just stared at him with hurt in their eyes.

"If thats the past that you want me to remember then I'll have to say this literally 'NO, THANK YOU' I can't risk my mental health, I'm in more turmoil as it seems." James concluded and everyone seemed tongue tied.

When James had resurrected and returned to the team, none of his friends had talked about it and he didnt talk about it either so he thought it best to erase that part from his memory.

And besides, now be wasn't surrounded with the same friends though they were of the same circle but Alec and Kate weren't there when any of those happened so he couldn't share with them.

"Okay, the tense in the atmosphere is enough to keep the room warm for some time so why don't we all just cool off a bit." Rico suggested.

"No."

"We still have to save Peter and as long as I'm concerned, any minute we spend inside of here is just enough time for him to get devoured by the shadows." Kate nodded as James spoke out.

Literally, no one had the nerves to even breathe a word against James decision at this time and it made him smile to himself.

It felt good to be the one that everyone was listening to at this point and he vowed to himself not to be the one at the bottom lost from that point onwards.

"So what's your plan?" Rico asked and James peered at the laptop again and sighed.

"We are not used to all these so we would use the most convenient thing that we can use, and its something we're all very familiar with." James explained while kate twitched her eye brows.

"And what is it?" Sam and Alec swerved to stare at Alec as Kate asked.

"Our powers, weaponry, information." He breayhed out all at once and Alec smiled.

"Sounds like its going to be fun." Alec commented.

"Rico, we would need you to help us get the exact location where Peter is. Sam, when you were imprisoned earlier, some properties were with your right? And I believe one of the stone of Avalor was one o your belongings. Retrieve that." James be ga dishing out instructions and he felt proud of himself while Rico just sat on his rocking chair, smiling to himself.

"Kate, when Sam retrieves the stone of Avalor...we need weaponry which you would get from the guards here.

"Alec, you'd go with Kate to retrieve some weaponry. When you retrieve the stone of a valor, it should be crushed. Its not enough to make actual weapoms and we dont have much time on our side now, so here's what's going to happen."

"We would submerge the weapons inside of the crushed stone of Avalor. That should work." James finally concluded and everyone of them nodded as it seemed like a perfect plan.

"I appreciate the fact that youa lo are finally starting to use your brains to think and not just to nag but you don't need all that." Rico announced patting James on the back.

"What do you mean by we don't need all that? Clearly, if I'm not mistaken, that's all we need." Alec stated and Rico just gazed at her to some.minutes like she wss in some kind of trance and lifted his head to meet her eye.

"You don't need all that stone and weaponry when you have the only weapon that you would ever need." Rico repeated and this time, they had leaned in to hear what this legendary weapon was.

"Well, what is ut? The suspense isn't good for my mental health." Kate whined and Rico simply pointwd at James.

"There he is." He announced and James blinked twice, at this time his eye color had gone back to Normal.

"What do you mean? How am I a weapon? Are they supposed to use me as bait?" James asked all at once as he looked puzzled.

"No one is using you as bait, little boy. You are a descendant of blue fox."

"No trash that. You are a blue fox and the last one of them if I'm correct. Do you not know any of your uses at all?" Rico asked looking more frustrated than he usually looked.

"I don't." James said smiling like it was something to be proud of.

"Why do you think that in all of your team mates that were sent out to capture the elders, you were the only one that needed backup?" Rico questioned and James looked down subconsciously.

"I guess you'd say I needed backup because I'm weak." James said and Rico smacked him on his head.

"How pathetic do you think yourself." Rico sneered and sat back down while James winced from the pain that he had inflicted on him.

"You had problems becaus the Beast couldn't stand your presence so he immediately started acting up." Rico announced and James just stared at him.

"What do you mean by that?" Sam, Kate and Alec just stared with their mouth open while James stood perplexed.

"I have no time to explain the legend of the blue fox that you probably know by now but just want me to repeat so you could spit me and frustrate the shit out of me but all I can tell you right now is that there is no time on our side as it seems."

"The demons are already closing up on Peter and the more time we delay, the higher chance it is for Peter to die before we get to him. Or maybe not just peter might and up dying but Carly as well."

"Why would Carly die?" Alec inquired with her hands on her chin

"Yeah, why? I thought they wanted to only Peter dead?" Kate concurred.

"Carly might try to save peter but they would be over powered making it a room for the demons to end both Carly and Peter's life." James stated slowly as hepkaced both hands on his head like he was tired of the hard test that life was throwing on his lane.

"Good think you know that, so you're going to stop asking questions and start your journey." Rico affirmed sternly.

"Hold up, you're not coming with us?" James queried and Rico just scrunched his face up like that was the most annoying question he had heard in a while.

"Of course not, why should I? Its not my mission to begin with so its better you giddy up." Rico solicited and continued rocking on his chair.

Few moments later, they were on their way out if the home of homes knowing fully well that the chances of returning were slim.

The battle might just throw them to the other side of the world again.

They and already learnt all they were supposed to learn.

"Not to forget the beginning that they began with*

And that advice was to stuck in their memory forever.
