Chapter 59
The moment Evelyn’s lips touched his, Roman felt all the heaviness in his heart melt away. This was how he’d wanted this to go from the start but... What would this cost him?
Evelyn’s lips were so soft as he kissed them and trailed them with his tongue. She didn’t pull away. She let him gently press his lips to her, pleading with her to have mercy on him. And when she responded, when she opened her lips to allow him to taste her, he put aside all the guilt he’d felt all day.
He put it aside so easily that he was disgusted with himself. But holy fuck, he was kissing her again.
He tried not to get greedy but the moment he started exploring her mouth he was completely lost. He pulled Evelyn across the small space between them until her luscious, supple body was flush against his, sending his already messed up head into a tailspin. He groaned into her mouth as he went deeper, as he took more. Evelyn’s hand went from his face to his hair and grabbed onto it as she pressed herself even closer.
She wasn’t going to deny him.
He could tell by the way her body had already surrendered to him. By the way she was rubbing her tits against his chest and clutching onto his shirt with her other hand.
He reached across her lap and pulled her leg over until she was straddling him. He was already so painfully hard that when she pressed herself against him, he almost lost it. It had been way too long since he’d had her that he knew a little stroke against his sensitive dick would be all it would take, but he needed to take his time. He needed to make this so good for her that she would keep coming back.
He released her mouth so he could whip her t-shirt off over her head, and then his gaze fell to the full, pert, lace-covered breasts right in front of his face. He brought his hand up to trail a finger between her cleavage and felt her whole body shiver in reaction. When he looked up into her eyes, he saw the lust in her heavy-lidded gaze.
There she was. The Evelyn that was a slave to her body. Her need was radiating off her in waves that he knew she was as lost as he was. He had to tense his body to stop himself from prematurely ending everything.
As if she couldn’t wait anymore, she brought her hands to the buttons of his shirt and started to undress him. Her gaze left his to look at his chest as she exposed it, and by the time she’d thrown his shirt somewhere on the floor, she was looking at him like she was ready to devour him. She could have him. All of him. Wherever she wanted.
With her eyes still on his body, he reached around her to unhook her bra and then lowered the straps down. He only looked away from her face when he’d thrown her bra to join his shirt. He wanted to make this moment last, to unwrap her like the gift that she was, but he knew he was beyond that now. He was throbbing painfully when he let his eyes feast on the perfect, unconfined breasts.
But Evelyn didn’t let him admire them for long, she grabbed his hair and pulled him forward. The moment he had one rosy nipple in his mouth, Evelyn let out a low, unfiltered moan that shot right through him and made him tighten his arms around her and roll his hips up.
But it wasn’t enough. He flipped her onto her back on the sofa and whipped off her jeans faster than he had ever undressed any woman before. It took him way too long to remove his trousers but when he was finally naked, he lowered himself onto his elbows above Evelyn.
“Are you sure?” he whispered.
“Yes,” Evelyn answered without hesitation.
And that was all he needed to slowly push himself into her welcoming heat.
Inch by exquisite inch.
The pressure in his balls increased as the pleasure threatened to kill him. Evelyn locked her feet behind him and arched her back, taking him in even further as her muscles tightened around him. She was so wet, so slick, but her grip on him was unrelenting. He bottomed out with a groan. He was seated so deep inside her, connected to her on a level more than just the physical one. And then he started to move, thrusting deeper, harder, fuelled by her screams and her chants. Her nails were biting into his back but he didn’t feel the pain as he raced to give her what she wanted, what he wanted.
When he felt himself about to fall over the cliff, he changed the angle to hit her spot. Once. Twice. And it was all over. He had never come so hard as he found the release he had been craving for months. Evelyn's walls greedily sucked everything out of him until he was completely spent, and only then did he roll them over so he wouldn’t crush her with his weight.
He was breathing hard as if he had just run a marathon but he still pulled her face down for a kiss.
His Evelyn.
Everything he had done would be worth it if he had this for the rest of his life.
If she didn’t find out about what he had done.
His guilt started to return as he thought of the shitstorm that was coming. Evelyn would never forgive him if she found out. He’d completely screwed himself over.
But maybe if he managed to get her back to London he could still salvage this. If he got her back into the house and showed her what their life together would be like. Showed her that she was his life and he would treat her as such while he had breath in his body.
And her playroom. He had to get her back into her playroom. That would be the ultimate test to show that she trusted him again and everything was back on track.
Evelyn shivered in his arms, bringing his attention back to her. She was fighting sleep but her gaze was on his face. He smiled at her as he pulled one of the throws from the back of the sofa and covered them. She could rest for now but he wasn’t done with her. They had a lot of catching up to do.
And if shit hit the fan then this would possibly be the last time he would have her in his arms like this. He had to make the most of it.
