Chapter 41

It was very nice of saying such a cool thing, and the more he glared at them, they all cheered for him. At the front stage, a young lady had now taken the microphone and was singing. Her vocals were in order but could not beat Olivia's own, thinking about it made him shake his head in a weird manner. It was funny but he considered it as one of the things he would be better if he brushes away his mind from it. It might not always be natural, but damn, there are a lot of things going on in his damn mind right now, and it revolves around him. He had several thoughts to tell them and the most important one is to talk about leaving the stage for Olivia to perform on.

Deep down in Ashton's mind, he knew that this was a crazy idea, just a thought of it caused shivers to run down his spine, but then, he wasn't even sure if all these issues as his mind were about faltering.

The boss of the stage part walked in front separating himself from the crowd and as he stared at Ashton, he smiled brilliantly, flashing him his pair of white teeth.

"We are trying our best, Mr. Taylor. By the way, is there something you would like us to do for you? we have a live band, they've performed twice or thrice this evening, but it doesn't matter, they can do it once more if it will make you happy, huh? how about it?" he inquired raising their brows and as he swirled around as if asking the consent from the rest of the crew, they all nodded their heads positively.

The degree of joy that was spread on their forehead is one that no one has ever thought about, it was pleasant, as they all revisions lived with a big, "Yes!"

A small smile spread on the young man's face, it was fine and the look on his face was now going straight as he made his way to tell them why he is here.

"If you do not mind, can you all not mind about stressing yourself about me, by the way, I don't you all thinking that I want to address you all again after singing several times. I have a lady out there, her name is Olivia Harmony and you all might know her. We are here for fun, and if you all don't mind, I will like her to come on stage and sing for these people. Your support is needed," Ashton said.

The shock that was plastered on the people's faces is one that no one has ever imagined, that was crazy, and truth be told, just staring at them is enough to make them brighten their faces in excitement. It truly was something to take note of.

"Wow! Olivia Harmony? Mr. Taylor, tell us you are lying, I mean, isn't she supposed to be in Brentley? how true is that?" the young man asked in bewilderment.

There were a group of about five men in here and they all had that shock on their faces, it made Ashton want to laugh, but a part of him warned him, thus, making him have this stern look on his face. So far, the whole thing was working out as planned, and heaving a gentle sigh, he tried his best to be as humble as possible.

Glaring at the man in his eyes, Ashton deliberately said,

"If I was lying at you all, I wouldn't have been here, would I? if you don't mind, look at the back of the concert ground, there is she, confirm it yourself. Now tell me, how much do I owe you all for this awesome work?" he inquired with a small smile on his face.

To Ashton's greatest surprise, he was shocked when the man in front of him spoke out declining money.

"Nothing, Mr. Ashton, we do not want your money, Sir, we are a great fan of her, you can bring the lady up the stage whenever you want it. We love her so much, and the least we can do right now is to support her. She has our hundred percent support," the young man said in a sweet voice.

Nodding his head, the young man decided to walk away, and his heart was filled with excitement.

Ashton had not spent until ten minutes, outside, it was really precious to him because he had succeeded with what he wanted, which was a great opportunity for himself.

Olivia had stayed there for a while and she was now bored, that was really crazy, but then, she couldn't do anything.

All he needed right now is a small confirmation on her part, he wanted to be sure that the lady wouldn't run away.

"I'm right here, Ashton, I promise that I wouldn't run away," Olivia murmured and as if that was not enough, she chuckled naughtily.

Leaning closer to her face, Ashton blurted out the words that had been hiding there for a short while now.

"That's it, baby girl, you better don't," Ashton joked.

They laughed for a second and catching her breath, Olivia looked at his centralized eyes as he said to him,

"You better go now before the fair becomes empty before you even notice it," Olivia said as she murmured.

Laughing, that was enough to make the young man walk away in a happy move. It was quite spectacular, but then, there isn't much to even go about it right now, the look in his eyes where that precious, and she enjoys it.

Ashton had made his way to the backstage of the concert stage, it was a locally organized one for fairs and the outwards look was a little pretty. That is really cool, and the amazing effect was breathtaking. The moment the people at the back noticed him, they called out to him politely.

"Mr. Taylor! Mr. Taylor, we have the pleasure of having you here," They muttered out in unison.

This is really cool, and in Ashton's mind, this is the first part of his success routes especially as he wants to use it to his effect. Ashton's face suddenly brightened up, he wasn't the anti-social one thus, everyone loves his vibes and everything that goes along with him is so important. So far, calling him this way is a positive sign in which he can use to his advantage.

"Good evening everyone, I love the show so far, and I want to felicitate you all for doing a great job," Ashton explained.
