Chapter 92 Emptiness
As she spoke, her eyes held a lot of emptiness. Anyone who stared into her eyes will know she was already dead inside.
She is not afraid of death but the one and only thing she is afraid of is leaving this earth without taking Fernando along with her. Her obsession has filled and devoid her soul. The only thing that makes her still leaving is Fernando and if she can not have that one thing she will end it all and take him along.
Fernando could see the emptiness in her eyes. And he knows she is capable of doing what she just said.
Fernando walked towards her and threw the food she was eating on the floor.
Silvia smiled.
“Get up!!”
Silvia stood up and looked at him “You think you announcing our break up means things have ended between us. No Fernando because it is me and you for life, it’s either both of us live together and get married or both of us die together” she said like a declaration.
Fernando held her hand and dragged her along with him.
He dragged her outside the building and threw her on the floor and demanded for the maids to bring her bag in the living room.
When a maid brought her bag, he threw it on her.
“Get out!!”
“Never!!” Silvia screamed.
“Leave while I’m still being kind to you or you will see a side of me you have never seen before in your life” Fernando warned.
Silvia stood up while still limping and picked her things up.
“From today onwards nobody is to allow Silvia to come into his estate!! Anyone who goes against me will face a severe punishment. Have I made myself clear!!”
Everyone responded
Silvia smiled, got into her car and drove off. She was not done yet and Fernando knew that which is why he will make sure his men keep an eye on her.
She had her fathers company to run. It was not like she was broke or lacked money. But since she took over she has not once gone to work. He has been the one helping her manage her company because he thought she was still mourning and because she had used her parents death to blackmail him.
He has already handed ownership back to her. Siilvia needs to focus on growing and developing herself; she has revolved her life around him.
Right now he was scared of the life of his child and that of Ana.
He was going to make sure to have his people secretly protect his child in school and also Ana. He did not want anything bad to happen to them.
Fernando later left for work. But he could not concentrate on his work. Throughout the day his mind was on his daughter and Ana. Silvia is crazy and she is capable of anything.
He had called his friend for a drink in their private bar. Luis had been out of the country for 6 months now and only returned a week ago and they were finally going to catch up. Also he was yet to know all that had been happening and the fact that Ana is alive.
Fernando was already seated in the vvip room of his private club drinking when Luis walked in.
“Hey brother, it’s been months” Luis said as he went to hug him happily “I have missed you”
“But I know you didn’t miss me,” Luis said as he poured himself a drink.
“I actually did”
Luis was shocked “You miss me, that’s new” . It's the first time his friend was saying that he missed him.
“A lot has happened recently, there is a lot to overload” Fernando said to him as he gummed his drink down his throat.
“What has been going on, I want to know what happened that will make you drink this much so fill me in” Luis sat properly to hear all that has been going on.
Fernando told him everything down to what happened this morning with Silvia, not leaving any single detail out and Luis for the first time in his life is shocked to his bone marrow.
He is surprised, flabbergasted, scared, shocked. He was experiencing a lot of emotion right now.
Luis drank the alcohol in his glass then looked at Fernando like all he just heard was a fabricated lie.
“Fernando, are you serious or is this a fiction story?”
He picked his phone and called Ana’s number.
Ana was in a meeting with Emiliano and some investors..
Emiliano was sitting close to her so he had seen Fernando's name.
She did not pick it up.
Fernando kept on calling.
Emiliano frowned, "Just go outside and pick it” he whispered to her.
Ana stood up and went outside to pick the call.
“What is it Mr Buenavista? I’m in a meeting right now” Ana said
Fernando had put the call on speaker so the moment Luis heard her voice, he was yet again shocked.
“It’s really her,” Luis whispered as he held his mouth in shock.
“You are working by this time of the night” he checked his time and it was 8pm.
“Did you forget I’m a business woman and the vice president of my company, of course I will still be at work by this time. Now tell me why you are calling?”
“I thought you were home, I wanted to hear my daughter's voice” he said.
“Wait, are you drunk?” Ana asked him
“Yes he is drunk and in his club right now, you should come pick him up because I’m about to leave? Luis said before Fernando could reply to her.
Fernando glared at him, but later over the idea.
“You are in a club?”
“Yes he is,” Luis said again.
Fernando moved his phone away from him.
“Yes I’m, will you come?”
“No, I need to go home to my daughter after this meeting. You have a lot of bodyguards that can take you home and I'm not your wife?” Ana said to him about hanging up.
“Please do not hang up” Fernando said to her, right now he really wanted her to be here with him
“Can you please come? I had also called for another reason.
“What reason?” Ana asked impatiently.
“It’s about Silvia” Fernando said
“What happened with Silvia?” Ana became interested
“We should discuss about the safety of our daughter”
Ana’s heart raised when he mentioned their daughter. She knew him announcing their break up will make her go bazaar.
“I’m on my way, text the address” Ana said immediately before hanging up.
