Chapter 60 Confess To Her Crimes
Emiliano’s face widened in a smile. Her cute face and hearing her voice just brightened his mood.
“My best girl, how are you?”
“I’m fine” she said but pouted and her blue eyes looked sad.
“What is it, my best girl?”
“You left me,” she pouted.
“I’m sorry but we will see soon remember”
She smiled and nodded “But I still miss you”
“And I miss you more and uncle has a big surprise for you”
“Really?” Her face brightened and she jumped happily.
“Yes I do and I know you will love it”
“Tell me what it is”
“No no it’s a surprise, you have to wait to see it”
She felt sad but smiled “Okay I will be patient”
“Good girl, so where is mummy and why are you with her phone?”
Thea shined her white teeth in a smile. She pointed the camera at her mother sleeping peacefully on the bed. “She is sleeping”
“Emiliano checked the time, it was 7pm. Why is she sleeping so early?”
“Mum came back from the court feeling so tired after the case she had”
“Oh I see” Emiliano looked at Ana sleeping on the bed and smiled.
“I will cut the call now and call her tomorrow. Do not disturb her and be a good girl. Uncle loves you”
“Okay and I love you too” she waved at him before she cut the call.
Emiliano smiled and put the phone back in his pocket.
He looks around the mansion. He loves it but needs to make sure Ana loves it. He will send her videos of the mansion and pictures too then call her tomorrow if she likes it.
He stepped out of the place and was about to get into his car when he noticed the same vehicle has been following him ever since.
He did not need anyone to tell him that it was Fernando Buenavista's people.
After what he told him, he thought he would stop trying to investigate Ana's family but it seems he had doubted what he said.
Emiliano got into the back seat of the car he came with.
Fernando should monitor all he can. They were done hiding.
“Where to sir?” his driver asked
“To my hotel”
“Right away sir”
The next morning after getting ready and having breakfast he called Ana. And this time she picked it herself.
Ana smiled at him “Hey Emiliano, good morning”
“Hey Ana” Emiliano smiled. He will never get tired of looking at her beautiful face. His heart still raised after years had passed.
“How was it?” Ana was referring to the meeting with his grandfather.
A year after he came to country A. He had opened up to her about his past life and who he really was.
“The old man wants me to take over as the headquarter ceo of blanco group”
“Oh wow, and now you can’t refuse”
Emiliano nodded
“I’m sorry, if you had not helped me then, you wouldn’t have found yourself in this situation like that”
“Don’t say that Ana, I wanted to help you and I did not regret it. And I will still help you no matter what. We haven’t still gotten evidence that Silvia did it”
Ana smiled "Thank you Emiliano, you are the best thing that ever happened to me. Apart from Thea though”
Emiliano laughed “Hope she didn’t hear you”
“She is downstairs having breakfast with the others before living for school”
“She had picked your call last night, said you were so tired and was sleeping”
“Yeah," she told me. The court case drained me but I won as always” she smiled proudly.
“Congratulations my best lawyer”
“Thank you,” Ana said happily. She got licensed to practice as a lawyer in this country after her law school.
“Fernando, he approached me and asked about your family”
Ana's face changed when she heard that name.
Emiliano noticed her mood changed. But he acted like he did not notice “I told him they were fine but he still had people follow me”
“We are not hiding anymore so he should investigate as much as he wants” Ana said.
“Also thought same”
“About the house?” Ana changed the topic.
“Oh yeah, so beautiful, it’s two mansions, a bigger and a smaller one. I would have waited for you to arrive to see it but they said it might be out of the market soon so I have to sign the deeds today.
“I saw the videos of the place, and the big one is enough for us. You do not have to buy a second house, Emiliano. You are family and I want us to leave together” Ana said
He shakes his head “I will refuse”
Ana pouted “Why, Thea will be sad. We have been living together for 6 years and now you want that to change”
Emiliano nodded reluctantly “Yes, I want my own space”
Ana sighed sadly, “What can I do to change your mind?” Ana asked.
“Nothing, it’s the best,” Emiliano said.

what you want”
The reason he was choosing to stay alone from now on was because living with her was so difficult. He has been unable to move on from loving her. He is trying to stop his feelings and staying with her won’t be helping matters.
“After 6 long years I will be returning back. It’s time to make Silvia pay for what she did” Ana said.
In the past six years, she and Emiliano had spent time investigating Silvia. Since nothing links her to the kidnappers, they had to track her activities before the incident that happened years ago.
From the old CCTV footage they collected they found out that Silvia was also a patient in the central hospital she used during her early stage of pregnancy.
One of the footage they retrieved from the hospital. Had made her confirm that Silvia got to know she was pregnant because she had seen her come out of the doctor's office.
Their investigation also made her know that Silvia’s pregnancy was fake and she is sure Fernando found out cause there has been no news of them ever getting married.
Silvia had threatened her before the tragedy, so she is now 80% sure that Silvia did it.
Silvia has hurt her family and she will make sure she pays for what she has done.
Even if they do not find evidence to acquaint her with the murder. She will make Silvia confess to her crimes herself.
