Chapter 134 BOOK 2: CHAPTER 24

Chapter 134 BOOK 2: CHAPTER 24
—Amira—
My eyes rolled up, my breath snagging as I stretched to accommodate him.
He slammed into me with a reckless abandon. As if rearranging my tiny guts.
Each thrust drew moans from my throat and had my nipples grazing against the cold tiled walls of the bathroom.
A surge of pleasure swept through me.
“Nathaniel!”
I leaned against his chest, wrapping my arms around his neck. But he grabbed my wrists and pinned them back against the wall.
“Already losing control?” He used my own words against me. “I thought you said you were in control.”
“Please,” I cried.
“Please, what?”
“Please... don't stop!”
Silence. Then he looped my arms around his neck and caressed my breasts.
Lust painted me in invisible strokes.
Gasping, I rested my head against his shoulder as his hips rocked into mine.
My first orgasm was mild. But the second one had me trembling and plummeting to the floor as waves upon waves of euphoria washed over me.
Nathaniel towered over me.
When I was calmer, he pulled me to my feet again and his tongue found me, slurping every trace of my release.
“Yes!” I shivered, whimpering as he opened me up and sent his tongue into my core.
He scooped me off the ground and I wrapped my legs around his waist, my breasts brushing his chest.
The water engulfed us.
“Say it,” he whispered. “I want to hear your apology.”
“I—I've been a bad girl and deserve to be punished,” I breathed.
We kissed as though our lives depended on it.
“Tonight is all about making you cry with pleasure,” he murmured, and sucked my breasts until each nipple was taut with pleasure.
My core clenched around nothing, desperate to be filled.
“Please, Nate! Take me now,” I begged.
He hushed me with another passionate kiss, before guiding himself to my entrance.
“Sit,” he commanded.
I took him... inch by inch, until he was fully sheathed inside me. My moans echoed off the walls— only for him to answer it with a smack that stole my breath.
He spanked my butt again and again, until I was dripping around his cock.
I hadn't even recovered when he grabbed my waist and bounced me up and down his hard length.
“Yes, baby,” I gasped.
“Do you love it?” he asked.
I nodded. “Yes.”
“I want to see you unravel for me.”
The sensation built and built.
My next orgasm sent me to and fro the heavens. Thighs jerking. My pussy clenching beautifully around his hard shaft.
My moans filled the room.
He came after me—slamming into me for the last time and filling me up.
I slumped on his shoulder and panted.
Nathaniel cupped my face and nuzzled my temple. “You're so beautiful when you shatter for me,” he husked.
I straightened. “I'm exhausted.”
A smile curved his lips. “Will you ever challenge me again?”
I smirked. “Yes, I will.”
He shook his head, amusement crossing his eyes. “You're such a bad girl.”
“A bad girl for you.”
We kissed again, before he gently lowered me back on my feet. “Come on. We have a gala to attend.”
“I'm coming.”
“Take your time,” he said, and stepped out of the bathroom.
I let the water run over me a while, before I grabbed the towel and toweled dry in front of the mirror.
A wave of nausea swept over me.
I leaned over the sink, but nothing. Then I noticed my areolas had become darker than the last time.
“What's wrong with me?” I whispered.
Nate's phone rang in the bedroom, and he answered.
“Yes? Alright, thank you.”
“Baby. The glam team is here,” he called. “They're waiting for you in the dressing room.”
Wait. He had also booked a makeover session for me?
“Oh—okay.” I threw on a bathrobe and headed out.
Nate, already in white slacks, showed me to the dressing room where the team was waiting.
Time drifted in a blur as they worked on me.
The next time I glanced at the mirror, I could barely recognize the woman staring back at me.
My hair had been slicked back into a low bun at the nape, sculpted with baby hairs. And my makeup was a ‘Lumunious Editorial Glam’— a sultry smoked-topaz eye, paired with a high-shine, 90s-inspired nude lip.
I stepped into the champagne-gold satin gown. Slipped into the black strappy heels, and picked up my metallic clutch.
The head of the glam team approached with the five-million dollar diamond collar. She fastened it around my neck, and my entire look transformed.
“Paris won’t recover from this,” someone said with a smile.
The telephone on the table rang and a housekeeper answered.
“Yes. Okay.”
She lowered the device and met my gaze.
“Mr. Rivera is waiting for you in the foyer.”
I glanced at my reflection in the mirror and drew a deep breath, rising to my feet.
My heels clicking on the marble floor as I traced my way to the stairs.
I froze— there he was at the foot of the stairs, looking impeccable in his midnight blue tuxedo.
Nathaniel was tapping away on his phone, when he looked up and saw me.
He stilled for a split second, his breath catching as though he'd seen the most remarkable thing in the world.
He tossed his phone in his pocket.
“Wow!” he gasped. “I knew tonight would be special. But I didn’t expect to be undone before we even left.”
I descended the stairs and walked into his arms.
“You don't look bad yourself.”
He leaned to my ear, his voice dropping to a whisper. “This dress… Just so you know, I’ll be the one taking it off tonight.”
My breath hitched. “Is that a promise… or a threat?”
“That's up to you to choose,” he drawled.
We shared a smile and walked to the terrace, hand-in-hand.
The stars twinkled in the sky as we joined Nathaniel's convoy and eased out of his estate.
Paris was breathtaking, whether viewed from a helicopter or a car.
The car slowed as we approached the grand entrance of the gala venue.
Cameras flashed from the press barricades.
“It's a Rivera!” a reporter blurted as we finally slowed before the red carpet.
Nathaniel stepped out first and helped me out of the car.
“One shot, Mr. Rivera,” a photographer called.
Nathaniel turned to me. “Should we?”
I smiled. “Yes.”
We stopped walking and struck a cover-worthy pose.
“Mr. Rivera, who's with you?” a reporter asked. “A colleague or lover?”
Nathaniel and I shared a knowing glance.
“What do you think?” he asked.
“You seem in love,” a reporter called out.
“Should we expect wedding bells anytime soon?” another shouted from the press line.
Time seemed to stop. My chest tightened as I turned to Nathaniel, bracing for his answer.
“Yes. There will be wedding bells soon,” he said, voice calm but resolute.
A collective gasp rippled through the crowd.
More camera flashes erupted around us. He had just confirmed our future... our forever... in front of the world.
Relief and exhilaration surged through me. I caught Nathaniel’s gaze; a private smile passed between us amidst the public chaos.
He leaned down and pressed a soft kiss to my cheek. Then slid his arm around my waist and led into the hall.
The air smelled of champagne and designer perfumes.
A live quartet played.
Nathaniel picked up two flutes of champagnes from a passing server and gave me one.
“Thank you,” I murmured.
“Come,” Nathaniel said, looping his arms around my waist again. “Let me introduce you to some friends.”
The music swelled through the room as Nathaniel introduced me to some elite faces... and the French President too!
My joy was complete.
Lastly, Nathaniel led me to the dance floor and we swayed to a slow jazz.
“You do realize you’ve just stolen the spotlight from half of Paris,” he teased.
I raised a brow. “Should I apologize?”
“Never. I rather enjoy watching them stare.”
A chuckle passed between us.
“Come,” Nathaniel said. “There's something else I want to show you.”
“What's that?”
A knowing smile played on his lips. “You'll see.” He grabbed my hand and gently tugged me toward the exit.
