In a week, after Gustavo started training the men and also the youngsters in the organization, they showed tremendous improvements which shocked everyone.
“Do all organizations practice like this?” one of the elders asked as they were watching the training and Yadira who was on a short break shook her head.
“No, we weren’t trained by the organization. Before mom left, she said that our bodies were weak and couldn’t withstand the harsh training,” Yadira said causing everyone who was there speechless.
They looked at the harsh training in front of them, then at Yadira who was labeled to have a weak body.
“You? A weak body?” one of them said then scoffed as to him, if Yadira really had a weak body then didn’t that mean that he, he had the weakest body which didn’t even lift a spoon.
“Yeah. She said that and Dad didn’t bother training us,” Yadira said ignoring the shocked expressions and the mockery.
“Then how do you guys know how to fight?” another asked with a frown as she did believe what Yadira had said
“Mom trained us when we were young. When I used to visit Brother with her, she would distract the guards away for an hour or so and then train us. By the time the guards were back, they had already finished what they were being taught and would start playing with each other. Hence, to the guars, we never did anything and so does everyone in the organization know that,” Yadira said making most of them nod their heads.
“Yeah, now that you have spoken about that, I can see familiar steps but it seemed that the two of you modified it to be on the level it currently is,” one of them said and Yadira just smiled at her without replying to it.
“But what I said about our bodies being weak was true. We would train and then continue taking some herbs to improve our body muscles and everything. We did the same thing with them. Do you remember the pills that we make the feed them?” Yadira asked and they nodded now understanding why there had been such a big progress.
“Keep up with the good work,” they said before Yadira nodded her head then went back to the field.
“We had always thought that the men in our security group were the best around the country but now, I am starting to doubt ourselves. We were at the top but their skills still have improved. I can’t wait to see the changes after three weeks as a week has already flown,” one of them said before they noticed Rhiannon walking towards them and they all frowned as she was supposed to go and meet up with Cecily Sanders.
“Youngest miss, what are you doing here?” One of them got the courage to ask as they could see that she was in a bad mood and didn’t want to face its wrath.
“Of course to watch the training,” Rhiannon said as if it wasn’t a big deal.
“What! Weren’t you supposed to meet up with Cecily Sanders?” another asked softly.
“Yeah,” Rhiannon replied without looking at them as she didn’t want to remember what had happened also, the fight had caught her attention, and was intrigued.
“I think am going to join them,” she said happily as she was about to run to the field when Ernest caught her arm.
“Brother, are you so tired?” Rhiannon asked as her eyes blinked while Ernest stopped what he was doing on his other hand and looked at his baby sister who was pretending to be clueless about what he wanted and chuckled then used his other hand other than the one holding her to pat her head.
“Yeah. The training is so harsh. Also, you know most of the moves. As for the rest, Yadira will teach you personally in some simplest methods so that you cannot get so tired,” Ernest said making Rhiannon pout.
“What going on here? Why is she pouting like a small baby?” Mary asked as she walked towards them but her eyes were full of doting.
“She wanted to go to the field and train with the others but Ernest blocked her way,” one of the elders said with a smile causing Mary to chuckle.
“Oh,” she replied and didn’t pay attention to her anymore.
“Wasn’t she supposed to go and meet that woman? How come she is here now?” one of the elders couldn’t help but ask Mary as they were curious and knowing their young miss, she always did what she said, and, wasn’t like her to just change her schedule any time without any reason.
“That wrench! Can you believe she said that since we didn’t show her face to meet her with her when she needed us urgently, we can wait till she finishes her schedule? Like heck. Who needs us between her and us? Luckily, Rhiannon had not left as we would have become the laughingstock,” Mary said angrily as she wanted to beat the woman.
“If she didn’t go then how did you find that out?” another elder asked curiously.
“I called the hotel where they were supposed to meet and relied on the message Cecily had passed on when Fred called her to inform her about their meeting date. Ruby was the one who told me to do that as she had seen many people changing their schedules. Although we didn’t believe it as the woman was the one who needed us, we were so shocked,” Mary said.
“Then what will you do? When did she say that she can meet up with youngest miss?” another asked as she was sure that Rhiannon wasn’t that good-tempered.
Mary glanced at Rhiannon who was seated with Ernest while they watched the training and she chuckled.
“She asked me to call Cecily and tell her that we had even squeezed our schedule to meet with her and also listen to what she wanted to say but since she said that, she could then arrange the line like the others and she should know that the last appointment date is a month later. Thus she can just wait but that is only after she has an appointment card. She shouldn’t think that we will just add to the appointment list. She should present herself to our company and write her name down and wait for the others,” Mary said causing the other elders to chuckle before they looked at the ‘busy Rhiannon’ who had appointments till next month.
“I am sure she was so furious,” Another said and Mary nodded her head.
“Yeah. She even said that we don’t know what's good for us as we are refusing her help with the Rodrigues,” Mary said as she shook her head.
“I told her that she was wrong as most of our businesses, we work with only top companies, the Rodrigues, Andersons, and the Sanders, she was so shocked and her voice started cracking saying that we started working with them after she said she could help us. However, in the end, she applied for an appointment time, I just received a call from Clare telling me that,” Mary said before laughing out loudly.
But what they didn’t know was that the woman had borne a grudge against the organization because of that as there was nowhere she went she wasn’t given respect. Most organizations would run to welcome her when they heard that she wanted to work with them but there they were, treating her like trash and even mentioning that her mother was exposed.
She vowed that when they met, she was going to make the leader regret it and even started making the arrangements.
"However, would it be safe for her to go after a month?" one of the elders asked worriedly as she felt that something wasn't right somewhere.
"What else would she do? Huh? We don't want people to start saying that we choose who we should meet and who we shouldn't!" Mary said as she was also distressed about the same thing.
"But haven't we always rejected the Rodrigues and Andersons when they want to meet with our boss? Why should Rhiannon be the one meeting with her when we can just send one of the CEOs?" another said as she also didn't want Rhiannon to meet with that woman.
"I understand what you all are afraid of but at least we should trust on eldest young miss disguise talent! Have you forgotten how they had disguised themselves so as to get out of the organization? She said that she would be the one helping the youngest miss with her disguise when meeting the woman. I am sure that that woman wouldn't be able to see through the disguise. Actually, I don't think that she will even think that Rhiannon is wearing a disguise!
