“You want to say that Rhiannon has been kidnapped? How? I thought that you were taking excellent care of her,” the first prince said angrily as he couldn’t believe that even the only work that they had given him wasn’t accomplished.
“Where did you hear me saying that Rhiannon has been kidnapped?” the second prince asked with a frown. He didn’t understand why the latter was thinking like that.
“Didn’t you say your brother and sister?” the first prince asked, his tone filled with confusion.
“Yeah, I did say that but not that Rhiannon is that sister, I have another sister apart from her who is older than Rhiannon,” the second prince replied after he understood what the latter meant.
He was wondering why he was telling him everything well there while there was nothing he would get from giving out too much information other than the queen would be said which he didn’t know whether it was a good thing or a bad thing.
Although the queen portrayed that she loved the equally, Prince Ernest couldn’t help but wonder why she did that while she must be hating him inwardly. He took a deep breath promising himself that he would protect his siblings from every harm they encountered when they went to the royal kingdom as he was the one familiar to everything and everyone.
“What! Does that mean that we have two sisters? Who would have thought that we had a sister? We have already envied those young men with sisters wishing that we were them and we could pamper her but now, we have two sisters! You need to hurry up and get back here with them,” the first prince said softly, his cold tone gone and replaced with some joy causing the second prince to roll his eyes.
Yeah, that once more, just like the queen who wished that she had a daughter, the princes wished that they had a sister whom they would shower all their love as they always felt awkward showing love to their fellow brothers.
“Well, sorry to disappoint you but that sister is only my sister unlike Rhiannon who is also your sister although she is half-related to you,” Prince Ernest said with a smug on his face.
How could he be willing to share both sisters with those guys and the queen, he felt that it was too much that he had to share Rhiannon thus he vowed that he ill make sure that Yadira was only pampered by his twin and him. He didn’t care how he would be portrayed.
“What do you mean?” the guy asked with a frown as he couldn’t understand what the latter was trying to say.
“He is my half-sister as mom was forced by a man when she was in the organization resulting in her getting pregnant. Although she wasn’t born out of love just like the rest of us, mother loved her so much and so do we,” Prince Ernest said as he knew that even though he failed to tell them that Yadira was tehri half-sister and hide it from them, they would eventually find out and the matter wouldn’t be so simple at that time.
He told him how Yadira was conceived as he was afraid that they would start hating them, the siblings while claiming that their mother had cheated on their father’s love which wasn’t true.
“Well, I really don’t care whether she is not related to us by blood. She is Dad’s lover’s daughter. A lover who couldn’t be considered the only concubine in the palace thus her daughter is also a princess,” the first prince said causing Prince Ernest to clench his hands into a fist as a wave of hatred overcame him.
Concubine? He wondered why their mother had to be labeled that while their father and mother had met first. He wondered what the royal family would say when they found out that the prince they loved so much was the son of the woman they hated the most and refused her to get married to their son.
He remembered, remembered that he had heard that there was a time when dad wanted to take a concubine and it was approved however, the royal family, especially the imperial queen rejected it when they discovered who it was that he wanted to bring back. With this on his mind, he could already tell that Rhiannon was conceived at that time but.
He didn’t dare show his dissatisfaction to his first royal brother as he knew that the princes loved their mother so dearly.
Although he felt hurt, he knew that even though Yadira would go to the kingdom with them in the future, she would be pampered equally as she was their sister and there was no way his majesty wouldn’t pamper the child of his beloved woman. He would be mad at that for a while before he started blaming himself for not keeping his promise of marrying her as he would feel that if he had, she wouldn’t have been forced into such a state.
“Just fuck off! It's already kind of me to share one of my sisters with you all,” he groaned making the first prince laugh loudly.
“The act that Rhiannon herself is a princess would make mom love her so much as her daughter, you know she always wished to get a daughter. There are sometimes she would even ask father to take a concubine who will give birth to a daughter so that they could share the daughter,” the first prince said making Prince Ernest speechless.
“She would be happy to take care of Yadira also because of you and Rhiannon. To her, having two daughters is a blessing!” he added making Prince Ernest groan.
“Well, it is still a mystery whether we will be able to rescue her or not. Just wish us the best and please don’t intervene!”
“Why?” the first prince asked in confusion as he was even ready to deploy a troop of their soldiers to ruin that organization and get his other brother and new sister.
“If you intervene, it would make that leader suspicious that both Rhiannon and I never died and we already know which organization is after us. If you do that, he will search for us and we aren’t in the royal kingdom that our safety is ensured. So, we will use other methods first to rescue them so it might look like it was a coincidence or that the siblings escaped during the war between two organizations. When we get brother and sister here, they will help us know more about the organization and it would be easy for us to attack them,” the second prince said his plans which he had shared with us and was already approved of.
