“Okay,” Mary replied as she understood Rhiannon's temperature.
If she said something, it would be hard to convince her, especially at the moment.
“Most people got kids while their kids also gave birth. As the teacher instructed, none of us have taken in disciples as we don’t want to corrupt the organization or make our enemies send their people here as their spies. This is one of the reasons why our organization is still standing and feared since we are growing and moving fast unlike the others which are degrading,” Mary explained and Rhiannon nodded her head in understanding although, she couldn’t understand how the number had still reached a thousand since their numbers weren’t adding up.
“Sorry young miss, some of them are from the martial arts schools. As you know, it is a branch of this organization but those are some young men and women were taken in by the organization to work as bodyguards since they were kids. They didn’t have any families that this organization can be said to be their family,” another added when he saw the frown on Rhiannon’s face and understood what was going on.
As expected, when Rhiannon heard that, the frown on her face vanished.
“How many martial arts students are there so far? Even those who have been employed by some families and those following our people,” Rhiannon asked.
“For the elders, we have at least four bodyguards following each one of us and two of them following each member of our families. Those who are given the bodyguards are those who have a higher ranking in the government and also in business. As of now, we have a total of two hundred and fifty bodyguards that are outside working while in the school, there are six hundred and fifty thus totaling to nine hundred,” another replied making Rhiannon nod her head.
“I thought that they have reached a thousand?” Rhiannon asked as that was the number she had hoped for.
“Replying to the young miss, they are a thousand as my fellow partner here has forgotten to count the bodyguards who are in the organizations are the security as we have a hundred and fifty security and they work in shifts,” the man who had spoken about the martial arts school said.
“I am sorry young miss, please forgive me for giving you the wrong information,” the other said apologetically as she understood what her misinterpretation would have caused.
“It's fine,” Rhiannon said with a reassuring smile looking at the woman.
“Well, allocate to my brother the same amount of bodyguards I have and also, send at least a bodyguard to every CEO. After the heirs are chosen, they will opt to continue having the bodyguards their parents had or choose others while those protecting the old will be allocated some other job,” Rhiannon said as she didn’t mind working as they walked.
“Okay, young miss,” the woman who had written every discussion in their midst said.
“Have some tests to be carried out. And those some young men and women who will serve at my side and the mansion. The other things, we will talk about them tomorrow and I hope you will have given me the number and names of those who will be working under me,” Rhiannon said as they reached the living room.
“Okay young miss,” they said unison as they sighed in relief they had been wondering what to do about that and they didn't want to decide by themselves as they were afraid that their arrangements wouldn't satisfy her and make her unhappy
“Do you all live here?” he asked as she looked around.
“Young miss, this mansion was built specifically for the teacher’s family. She and her kids and also a grandchild. However, we have been living here for a couple of years but you don’t need to worry as we have already exited and taken everything that belongs to us and even exchanged some things with brand new,” a woman said making Rhiannon nod although she had initially frowned.
“Well, even when I leave, remember mom’s words, if this mansion is specifically for her kids, then don’t take advantage and live where you aren’t supposed to. Cause as far as I know, I have a few brothers and a sister,” Rhiannon said after they sat down making them shocked.
“Young miss,” they are called out as they didn’t expect her to be knowing that.
‘What? Are you shocked that I know about that? From your shocked faces, I guess it isn’t a secret over here, huh?” Rhiannon said with a cold chuckle as her eyes glanced at each one of them but lingered on Mary for a while before moving to the next person.
“Young miss. To answer your question. We the elders are the only ones who know about the teacher's past life and everything. Everyone else only knows that you are her only child,” Mary said in a hurry.
“It's okay. I have five brothers and a sister so the necessary arrangements should be made although they aren’t here or won’t be coming or visiting for the time being,” Rhiannon said as she didn’t want to make things difficult for them for not telling her as she knew that there was a reason behind that.
“Please show us our rooms and also my brother’s servants should be given rooms within.”
