Chapter 259: The overwhelming emotions

"Hold on, let's remain this way for a bit, okay?" Wesley said in a muffled voice as he hugged her tightly. Madison felt his yearning just from the hug, so she nodded and let him hug her for however long he wished.
The two stood that way for a while before Wesley disengaged from the hug and held Madison's hand. He stared earnestly straight into her eyes.
"Maddy, did you ...mean what you said earlier?" Wesley asked nervously. What if he heard his own things? Or what if she didn't mean any of the things she said and was just doing it on a whim?
"I did. Wesley, let's get married." Madison repeated the same statement. That would definitely make him understand that she meant it, right?
"Yes, let's get married, baby. Thank you so much." Once again, Wesley, with tears in his eyes, hugged Madison. He wanted to express whatever he was feeling at that moment in that very hug. Only God knew how long he'd been wishing and waiting to hear those words. He was overwhelmed with emotions, and the only way to express it at that moment was to do it through actions.

As Madison was hugging him neck, she felt a hot breath on her neck, and this made her breath hitch.
"Wait, what -"
"Maddy, can I?" Before Madison could complete her statement, Wesley asked. His voice was hoarse, and when Madison looked into his eyes, all she could see was desire.
She'd wanted to protest by reminding him that her grandfather was downstairs, but she decided against it.
"Okay." She said and relented. She understood how he was feeling and decided to give in to him.
Wesley, upon getting the go-ahead, immediately carried her and placed her on the bed before he sateted ravaging her. Grandfather, as if sensing something, glanced meaningfully upstairs and continued sipping on his favorite tea.

"Brat, how is school?" Grandfather looked at his grandson and asked with a smile on his face.
"School is okay, Grandpa." The little guy, who was suddenly called out, looked up and responded before he continued fiddling with the block puzzle he was holding.
He wondered why his grandfather suddenly asked such a question. The guy couldn't care less about and continued with his business.

An hour later;
"Slow down, okay?" Madison softly reminded Wesley, who was rushing down the stairs as if everything couldn't wait.
Before she could say anything more, Wesley was already standing before her grandfather.
She was just about to say something when Wesley beat her to it.
