(Freya's POV).
This weekend, Devan took me and Adam to Theo's grave. We went together after all the things that had happened. This was the first time we came to visit Theo's grave because I hadn't visited it in a long time. I felt so emotional and immediately wanted to cry when we entered the cemetery. But Devan continued to hold my hand tightly while carrying Adam.
"Dad, where are we going?" asked Adam, who looked confused as we walked along the path in the cemetery.
"We're going to visit your uncle," Devan replied.
"Uncle? Do I have another uncle?"
Devan smiled. "Yes. He is your mom's brother. When we arrive, greet him warmly, okay?" Devan said.
"Um, okay!"
We walked a few more meters and finally reached Theo's grave. Devan immediately put Adam down and stood in front of him. My eyes filled with tears and I couldn't stop myself from crying. So, right then and there I sobbed when I saw Theo's tombstone after all this time.
I knelt at his grave and gently rubbed it. "It's been a long time since I visited you. You must have waited a long time, right?" I whispered.
"Adam, say hello to your uncle. Uncle Theo." I heard Devan talking to Adam and I turned to look at them.
"Hello, Uncle Theo. I'm Adam," Adam greeted as he squatted in front of Theo's grave.
I burst into tears when I saw Adam looking so sad at the grave in front of him. Instantly the image of Theo that appeared at the party that night came back into my head.
"I'm sorry for bringing them here so late. And I apologize for all the things that happened. I know I've behaved badly in the past. But I swear I'll take good care of Freya and Adam," Devan said. I sobbed at his words. "Don't worry. I will not break my promise. I swear on my life that I will make them both happy."
I looked at Devan with tears flooding down my cheeks and he immediately hugged me and Adam.
"Theo, you saw it, right? I have a son and I'm happy with Devan. So you don't have to worry about me anymore," I said in a trembling voice.
I felt so sad and happy at the same time. If Theo was still alive, he would be the happiest to see me have a child. Even though I'm not his biological sister, not my parents' biological daughter, they love me like their own. And I'm very grateful to have a family like them.
Now I have my own family and I will take good care of them. That is my dream. To have a beautiful family with my husband and future children.

After the cemetery, we returned home. Adam was so curious about Theo that when we got home, Devan explained everything. Because every time I opened my mouth to speak, I was crying nonstop.
I just watched Adam and Devan who were talking seriously on the bed. And I was beside them observing silently.
"So, he's my real uncle?" asked Adam. He seemed to be confused by the situation.
Devan chuckled. "Yes."
"What about Uncle Tristan?" Adam asked.
"He's not your mom's real brother, Adam. He's like your mom's cousin. He's also your uncle, but Uncle Theo is your mom's brother, so he's the only uncle you have," Devan explained.
"Oh... I see," Adam said. "Don't you have any pictures of Uncle Theo, Grandpa, and Grandma? I want to see them!" he exclaimed enthusiastically.
Devan immediately looked at me, confirming whether I had it or not.
"Do you have it?" Devan asked.
"I think I do." I went straight to the closet and checked the storage box section. I found the photo frame where we took a family photo right before Theo went to prison. And I went back to the bed to give it to Devan.
"Here we go," Devan said as he lay down again next to Adam.
"Wah!!! Are those Theo's mom and uncle's parents?" Adam looked so happy and I couldn't hide my happiness to see him so enthusiastic like that.
"Yes," Devan said. "Even though they're gone, they must have loved you very much."
"I think I've met them," Adam said innocently.
My heart was beating very fast. My eyes widened in surprise. "What do you mean, Adam?" I immediately touched Adam's arm with a feeling of panic and anxiety.
"At the hospital, I met them. They invited me to play and carried me."
"Wh-What? Adam... but they...." I covered my mouth in disbelief. My face was already deathly pale and Devan quickly sat up to me. He hugged my shoulders and tried to calm me down.
"Hey, calm down...." he whispered in my ear.
"I wanted to play with them, but they said I had to go back to Mom because Mom would be sad if I was gone too long. They said Mom needed me, so they told me to come back immediately," Adam said.
My chest felt like it was hit by a big rock. Did it happen while Adam was in the operating room? I cried hysterically after listening to Adam's story. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, making my body tremble violently.
I couldn't believe that they were still protecting us even at the last moment. They came to Adam's dream to protect him and brought him back into my arms. I immediately grabbed Adam's body and hugged him very tightly.
"Oh, my dear. Adam...."
"Mom, are you okay? Why are you crying? Did I do something wrong? Mom.... don't cry..." Adam's light, worried voice made my heart break even more.
"Your mom is fine. She just got too excited and cried," Devan said. He rubbed Adam's head.
"Mom, don't cry anymore," Adam said. He wiped away my tears with his small fingers. "Dad and I are here. We'll look after Mom."
I smiled. Feeling stunned and moved. "Yes, yes. I believe in you guys. Come here, let me hug you," I said as I grabbed Adam and Devan's bodies. I hugged them very tightly and was still sobbing.
"I love you, Mom," Adam whispered.
"I love you too, my dear..."
"Hey, what about me?" I chuckled as I heard Devan protest.
"I love you too, Dad!!" he exclaimed, throwing himself into Devan's arms.
"I love you, Dev," I whispered.
"Me too. Love all of you," he said, kissing my lips.
