Chapter 199 Fairytale Love

When Mark arrived at the office; he went to his father's office and knocked on the door. His father gave him permission to enter. He beamed when he saw his son. Mark put a lunch box on his father's desk and said, "Your daughter in love asked me to give you this lunch box and she sent her regards." His father was beside himself with excitement; he took his phone and called his daughter in love, "Hello my beautiful daughter, thank you so much for my lunch box. Blessings upon blessings." Victoria smiled, and then they hung up. Mark sat opposite his father and looked at his father's laptop smiling. He thought his father was busy but he was watching his grandsons' videos. Mark greeted his father and said, "Dad, I need a favor. Would you be so kind as to babysit Rafael and Gabriel this coming Saturday? We will be shooting Mr Brady's commercial." His father was overjoyed when he heard his son's request and replied, "I cannot wait to spoil those little dumplings, Son." Mark thanked his father and went to his office. He called his father-in-law and said, "Dad, Victoria and I will be shooting Mr Brady's commercial on Saturday. Will you be so kind to babysit Rafael and Gabriel for us?" His father-in-law was over the moon. He wished that it was Saturday already. Then they hung up the phone. He quickly called Timothy and said, "Timothy, we need a crash course on how to change diapers. We have the whole week to learn." Timothy laughed and replied, "Let's visit them after work for our training."

At 10 am Chairman Anthony, Mark and Deon went to the boardroom to attend a meeting. The board members and Cyril Bay were already there. The board members unanimously approved the funding, and then the meeting adjourned at 12 pm. On their way to the office, Mark told his father that he had a meeting with Mr Brady at 1 pm. Then he went straight to the parking lot and drove away. He arrived at Mr Brady's office at 12:50. Mr Brady's assistant was waiting for him by the lift. When he saw him, he greeted him and escorted him to Mr Brady's office. Mark was welcomed warmly by Mr Brady. He shook his hand and said, "thank you for coming Mr Anthony much appreciated." He led him to the sofa, and then they sat down. Mark asked Mr Brady to call him by his name. Mr Brady's assistant returned with tea on a tray, and then he left the office.

Mr Brady walked to his safe and retrieved a black velvet box. When he opened it, sitting on the box was a rare African tanzanite and diamond set of wedding rings. The rings were exquisite and unique. Mr Brady named them 'Fairytale Love'. He told Mark that he got inspiration when he witnessed their love at their engagement banquet. Then he decided to design this set of wedding rings for them as a gift. Mark was dumbfounded he didn't know what to say. He thanked Mr Brady and told him that he had designed the wedding dress for his wife that she would wear during the commercial shoot. Mr Brady was grinning from ear to ear and said, "Mark, you made my work easier. How soon will you be able to shoot the commercial?" Mark told him that they were available this coming weekend. Mr Brady was overjoyed then he told Mark the full details of the shoot. Mr Brady thanked Mark and he left.

After work, grandparents arrived at Mark and Victoria's mansion unannounced. Victoria was so happy to see them. Her father asked Victoria to teach them to change their grandsons' diapers. Victoria was dumbfounded and told them that Auntie Angel would be assisting them should the babies wet their diapers. However, the grandparents were adamant about being trained. Grandpa Anthony and Grandpa Lewis were passionate about their grandsons. Victoria checked the babies' diapers. Rafael's diaper was wet. She changed Rafael's diaper in front of them. They went to the bathroom to wash their hands, and then Grandpa Anthony checked Gabriel's diaper. He was disappointed to see that it was dry. He carried him in his arms and made funny faces. The baby was giggling in his grandpa's arms. Grandpa Lewis took Rafael from Victoria's arms and played with him. The babies were their pride and joy.

Since Mark and Victoria's engagement banquet was held at Sweet Lake Resort, Mr Brady decided to shoot the commercial there. It was lavishly decorated. Mr Brady's elder son was a famous film director; he volunteered to film the commercial. He fell in love with the Anthony couple when they were attending The Ark TV Talk show. He wanted to have a good relationship with them. Maybe in future they will agree to be part of his movies. He was famous for being strict but fair. The Anthony couple was in the dressing room getting ready. Mr Brady had assigned two make-up artists for them, a male and a female. Mark was very handsome and he didn't want to offend the Anthony couple by sending a female make-up artist to him. When the make-up artists saw them they were overwhelmed by Mrs Anthony's beauty and Mr Anthony's handsomeness. The make-up artists were in a daze but they quickly snapped out of it. They introduced themselves as Thando and Quincy. Their skin was smooth and flawless. There was no need for a foundation. They began to apply light make-up on the couple's faces. Quincy explained to Mark that he would put on black eyeliner to make his eyes more awake. Since Mark had beautiful eyebrows, Quincy decided not to trim them. After that, he used the setting spray. Quincy showed him a faint colored lipstick and lip balm and asked him which one he preferred. Mark chose lip balm, and then Quincy applied it to his lips. Quincy took a mirror and gave it to Mark. His handsomeness was indescribable.

Thando drew eyeliner to make Victoria's eyes bigger. She applied a setting spray and put red lipstick on her lips. Mrs Anthony was breathtakingly beautiful. She wore the necklace and the earrings. When Victoria saw the wedding dress, she was overwhelmed with sweetness. Even though Mark didn't tell her that he had designed the wedding dress for her, he knew that Mark wouldn't allow her to wear a hired wedding dress. Her handsome husband was so sweet. Thando helped her with the wedding dress. She was gorgeous in that wedding dress. Thando looked at her dazed; Victoria was the most beautiful bride ever. Victoria walked to the mirror. She couldn't believe her own eyes, she was stunning.

Mark was looking elegant in a three-piece charcoal grey custom-made suit. He had silver cufflinks as an accessory. Director Brady sent the assistant Director to fetch Mark from the dressing room. They went to the chapel to wait for the bride. The film crew was ready to shoot. Director Brady approached Mark and told him what was expected of him. He stood in front of the altar and waited patiently for his wife. Victoria entered the chapel and walked down the aisle carrying a bouquet. Mark was stunned when he saw his wife. She took his breath away. Tears streamed down his face. He took a step forward as if he wanted to rush to her, but he hesitated. The bride stopped in front of the groom smiling sweetly at him. The photographer showed their beautiful hands. Mark took his wife's left hand and slipped the ring on the ring finger. Victoria smiled sweetly at her husband and took his left hand; she put the ring on his finger. They embraced each other tightly and Mark kissed her on the lips. Mark looked at her affectionately and said, "You are so beautiful my love." Victoria wiped her husband's tears and said, "I love this wedding dress a lot. Thank you for loving me." They looked at each other's eyes in silence. Their acting was natural and effortless. It seemed as if there was no one else around them. The film crew was mesmerized by the handsomeness of the couple. Director Brady shouted 'cut'. It was perfect. The film crew was overjoyed they clapped their hands. He walked to them and shook their hands. He told them that the commercial would be on the billboards by Monday. He praised them for their amazing job. They went to the dressing room and changed into their own clothes. They took off their rings and put them on the velvet box.
