My Weakness
It feels unbelievable to say this while some may think I say lies I must say, my male is opening up to me. Each passing day he shows me something new, something of his past. The little things he did when he was alone, the emotions he once felt with the death of his parents. I can't help but feel so at peace. When you want something for so long with a burning passion and once you get it, the fire stops and you drown in pure calmness.
The night he showed me his cabin by the hills, it ended in burning heat but it didn't go past that. We didn't mate and I am not ashamed to say I was quite disappointed. I wanted him to devourer me yet he stopped and said it wasn't the time. I don't understand this male, which male out there wouldn't have his female when she's lying half bare ready for him to take her. Yet he pushed me away, prepared for the night and slept like a pup while I watched him mouth open wondering what the hell happened.
Deimos is like a puzzle. He possesses all the pieces but they are scattered deep within him, where one cannot find them no matter how far they dig unless he willingly gives it to them as he is to me. He has been giving me a piece a day and I have been spending time putting him together. I wish to see the final picture; I wish to see the real him.
Thinking to myself, putting my finger in the cake batter I prepared I swipe some to taste it but before I could, a large hand grasps it halfway putting my finger into the warmth of his mouth, the batter swiped by his soft tongue. Deimos watches my reaction as my mouth opens in a gasp and my throat swallow’s saliva.
"Who is this for?" Deimos questions me.
"You." I reply trying to hide my smile.
"I don't like sweet things." He tells me without hesitation as he gulps down water quenching his thirst after his workout. What? Disappointment drowns me, I don't even know how to bake yet I worked so hard researching and reading cook books just to make him smile.
"But since you made it, I shall eat." He leaves the kitchen while his reply making a huge smile come across my face.
Baking the cake was quite the task, it even made an Alpha like me feel frustrated. However, without giving up in the middle I baked the cake as perfect as I could. Placing a slice on a small plate I take it to where he sat with the pack's males. The room grew silent the second I entered. I thought it was because of either respect or the aura I often possessed.
However, my predictions seemed wrong as Elriam's laugh broke the silence making the wolves break out into chuckles as Deimos just stared at me. I look around trying to figure out what's funny with the plate still in my hand. Elriam walks forward with a beer bottle in hand.
"Didn't you look in the mirror before you came, Alpha?" She gently asks me but before I could answer my head snaps to the sound of a click from a camera. Ragon takes more pictures with one hand holding the phone and the other covering his mouth trying to control his laughs. I place the plate on the table where Deimos sat and pounce on Ragon before he ran with the pictures.
It leads with him landing on the ground and me on top of him. I grab his phone from his grasp and swipe through the pictures he took. I have chocolate and flour all over my face. I have no idea how it got there; this was really embarrassing. As my cheeks heated up to my embarrassment, I feel myself being lifted up in one quick movement. As I look up startled Deimos is fuming, carrying me in his arms. He snarls showing his fangs to Ragon who is chuckling on the ground.
"Delete the pictures before I burn that damn phone." He snarls to Ragon.
"You mean send you copies. Got it, Alpha." Ragon playfully bows and answers him while Deimos walks out the room without answering him.
Pushing me onto the wall, lifting my thigh and putting it across his hips he thrusts his tongue into my mouth. My eyes widen but slowly close to the pleasure. Rubbing my thigh, he slowly kisses and nibbles on the soft skin of my neck as I hold his head pushing him deeper, moaning in response. My hands feel the hard planes of his back that his tight shirt tries to hide.
Moving away he breaths in and out, chest heaving as he looks into my eyes and I look into his. "Forgive me, my wolf didn't like that you were on top of Ragon so he had to put our scent on you. His jealousy is above me." He tells me softly.
"Perhaps I should make you jealous often." I tell him slyly as his eyes widen to my response. But before anger and jealousy consumes him once more, I stop him. "I am kidding, don't take it seriously." I tell him chuckling softly. He just quietly stares at me looking all over my face making my embarrassment come back again.
Pushing him away I try to go to the washroom to which he doesn't allow and traps me once more against the wall. "The cake was good; I detest sweet things but I liked the one you made." He tells me softly making my eyes widen. I am happy that he liked it but when did he even eat it, I never saw him eat.
"When did you even eat it? And how did you eat it so fast?" I ask him curious.
"Well, what can I say, my mouth can do wonders." He tells me with a slight smirk licking his lips as he lets me go and walks back towards the room of laughing wolves while I rush to the bathroom to take a shower with bright red cheeks.
As I dry my hair with the blow-dryer a knock interrupts me. Opening the door, I am face to face with Deimos who is wearing a white Asian-style Lanai pullover making me salivate. This male can have any female in his cage in a matter of seconds. He looks seductive even when he's not trying to be.
"Y-Yes?" I ask him while his eyes drown into my body. He slowly analyzes me from the tips of my hair, the curve of my breasts, my hips all the way to the length of my bare legs. Every time we come in contact with each other the desire to mate grows, the desire to become one grows.
Clearing his throat, he answers me, "Come, I have somewhere to take you." He tells me with his ever so husky voice trying to keep his eyes off me. We both know what would happen if it continued.
With a single nod I get ready not asking him any questions. If he wants me, I'll go. That's all there is it to it.
Stepping out, following him I look up at the sky only to notice the full moon shining ever so brightly sharing her light with us. As I walk behind Deimos looking at his back, his loose white shirt that flows softly to the breeze I say a small thanks to the moon goddess for what she's given me.
The drive was pretty short, the place he brought me to is the sea. The night breeze that pushes my hair backwards and the sound of the waves hitting the shore overwhelms my senses. It makes my heart feel joyful and content.
"Come." His voice distracts me from my haze as I turn to look at him. Following him he takes me towards a blanket that was placed on the sand very close to the water. Sitting down we spend some time enjoying the peaceful serenity the sea provided us with the light of the moon.
"Do you like it?" He breaks the silence with a question.
"Like what?" I ask him in return. What does he mean?
"The sea." His husky voice answers me.
"Yes, it is my first time to see the sea. It's marvelous." I say with a gentle smile looking at the water.
"I know that's why I brought you here. I thought you'd like to experience the pleasure the sea provides." He says looking at me surprising me. How did he know?
"T-Thank you for bringing me here, Deimos." I sincerely thank him.
"Are you happy?" He asks me again looking deep into my eyes. He wants to see my truth not just hear it.
"Yes, very much." I tell him my truth. I am very happy right now. I haven't felt like this before.
"Then mission accomplished." I chuckle to his answer. Even though he doesn't know some of the things he says are cute, it's funny how he doesn't notice it.
"Do you like knowing about me, mate? My past?" He questions me gently.
"Yes, it keeps my mind at bay." I answer him without hesitation.
"Would you like to know more?" He asks me once more.
"Yes! I mean y-yes please." I scream at first but lower my voice. I don't want to seem desperate.
"Then you must tell me too." He says getting closer.
"Tell you what." I ask him frowning.
"About your past, your fears, your pain, your happiness. I want to know it all. But first your past, tell me." This male never ceases to surprise me.
"There is nothing to tell." I tell him looking away putting my shield up. My wolf shows her presence baring her teeth. She's protecting me. He can see her in my eyes, this angers Deimos.
"Do not hide behind your wolf!" His loud voice startles me as I begin to get up to go back to the car, anywhere I can to leave where this conversation is going. I need to run or he'll make me tell him. But before I could he grabs my hand and pulls me down in a harsh tug making me land back onto the blanket. My wolf begins snarling and baring her fangs at Deimos.
"I do not require your presence right now. I need hers. Give her control!" He commands my wolf to which she replies with another angry snarl. She is an Alpha and she will not back down when it comes to me. She knows of Deimos's strength yet she's willing to take the risk to protect me.
"I wish to be gentle with you, mate. But I can also do the opposite. Do not anger me!" His voice grows with every word. He seems to be losing his patience. My wolf pays no heed to his threats and continues showing her dominance but before he or she does anything I take back control pushing her back against her will.
I look away my hand still in his warm grasp. "P-Please don't make me do this. I don't wish to tell you." My lips quivering. He just pulls me close to him with one single tug making our faces close to the other.
"Tell me...please." He tells me gently looking into my eyes making me take a deep breath in. After some time that was drowning in silence, I finally begin to tell him the things I've never told anybody.
"I wasn't born to live; I was born to die. I was born into a family and a pack that looked down on and detested the existence of females. The only females in that pack were my mother and me, all the wolves were male. My pack had a potion that would help the males not feel pain when their mate died...." I stop in between to take a deep breath silently begging Deimos to stop this with my eyes.
He just nods asking me to continue. "S-So after the females gave birth to pups, their mates would.... would kill them. If the pup was a female, they would kill it too. That's the kind of pack they were. Murderous and blood thirsty. Each day my mother was passed around from one male to another like a toy while I could do nothing but watch. Watch the life leave her eyes." A huge growl thundered through his chest as he clenched his jaw and fisted his hands.
"Were you touched? I'll kill them, I'll kill them all. You can watch them burn." He snarls while I shake my head.
"No, I was never touched. I was kept in a prison cell most of my life, deprived of food and water. When I tried to escape, I was whipped at the pole and as a result my health started deuterating. I was dying. But before I could take my last breath, the healer of the pack visited me with my father. She had visions, something of my reign that would bring prosperity to the pack." I look towards him to notice him trying to control his anger.
"In other words, I seemed to be some sort of a golden goose. So, they fed me and kept me alive. As I grew up, I trained however I could. I watched my father day and night, his routine, his attacks. I was preparing myself for the kill, my wolf wanted his blood. The day I killed him was the day he killed my mother. I lost it, I murdered him and feasted on his flesh. My heart was finally at peace and my thirst at bay." I notice Deimos watching me quietly, he doesn't interrupt me once.
With a sadistic smile I tell him, "You don't have to burn them for me, my male. I already have. Every single one of them."
Brushing a strand of my hair behind my ears he whispers gently looking into my eyes, "You are strong, mate."
"Not when it comes to you. You make me weak." I tell him my voice trembling. With a sigh putting his hand on my cheek, softly sliding his thumb across my cheekbone.
"So do you, mate. So do you. You have grown to become my weakness. You make me weak, so much that it frightens me." Deimos softly whispers as the water hits the shore.
