Chapter 21

Chapter 21
A few days later.

Lisa was hospitalized, and the doctor was astonished by the wounds on her body as if a wild animal had attacked her. Lucanne accompanied her, and she didn't comment much on Lisa's wounds because there was no way he could tell if the wounds were obtained due to a rampaging werewolf attack.

"Alpha, usually Luna can heal her wounds; why not this time?" asked Mark.

"An elf has her limits, too, especially since I seriously injured her," Lucanne replied.

After the doctor left the room, Lucanne stroked Lisa's head while giving her a loving kiss, and it wasn't long before Lisa opened her eyes.

"Alpha?"

"Luna, I'm sorry."

"What about the Pack? What about the werewolves in our clan?" asked Lisa.

"You don't have to worry about them because they're fine," Lucanne replied.

Lisa stroked her stomach, and for some reason, it felt different; Lucanne and Mark looked at each other because Lisa didn't know that she had miscarried. I don't know how long Lucanne had to hide this, but she couldn't keep the secret too long.

"Mark, you go back to the Pack! In case there's another attack," Lucanne said.

"Alright, I'm going home. If there's anything, just let me know!" Mark replied.

Mark walked out of the room and saw Elle standing there; Mark took her hand and led her out of the hospital area. Somehow, he didn't like the girl, as if there was an ulterior motive that they didn't know about.

"I told you not to go near Luna again!" said Mark.

"I'm her schoolmate, and I'm just worried about her," Elle replied.

Elle's hand touched Mark's chest, which felt warm and different; what was this? What's going on? Suddenly, Mark pulled her and arrived at an empty building. The man strangled Elle's neck, and he had always disliked vampires. Unable to see the girl unable to breathe, Mark removed his hands from Elle's neck.

"You are so mean to women," Elle said.

"What's your purpose? Did Moreno order you?" asked Mark.

"Who is Moreno? I don't know him; I'm just a schoolmate of Lisa," Elle replied.

"If you are Moreno's man to spy on us, then I will not hesitate to kill you," said Mark.

Mark's feet stepped away from there, but Elle hugged him from behind; the girl felt that Mark was the person she had been looking for. Mark's body was very warm and made her comfortable, especially since his blood looked fresh.

"Get away from me!" Mark said while pushing her.

"I need the warmth of your body," Elle said.

"You crazy girl! My blood will poison you," Mark said.

Elle hugged him again, making Mark, the man, continue to push him, but Elle's hug got even tighter. Mark, a normal man, makes his libido rise; it is undeniable that lately, he wants to have sexual intercourse.

"Don't blame me if I make you scream!" Mark said.

Mark pushed her hard and then kissed her lips. Elle was surprised, but she enjoyed it. The hot kiss lasted a while until their breathing became laboured; Elle broke it and started holding Mark's body. Her hands grabbed the neck, and she quickly bit it slowly; werewolf blood is not tasty, but this time it was different as she enjoyed it.

After taking a little of Mark's blood, Elle backed away slowly with a small smile; this time, she removed all her clothes as if deliberately provoking Mark's arousal.

"I warned you from the beginning," Mark said.

"I'm not afraid," replied Elle, who was wearing no clothes.

Mark looked at her from head to toe; the girl was voluptuous even when not wearing clothes.

"Why are you just looking?" asked Elle.

"What exactly is your goal?" asked Mark.

"Purpose? I don't have any important goals, and I'm a friend of Lisa's. If I were mean to her, I would have done it long ago," Elle replied.

"Are your words to be believed? Vampires have always been liars," said Mark.

"If you don't believe me, then my body is guaranteed."

Without thinking, Mark immediately kissed the sexy body; who wouldn't be interested in sexual things? Everyone wants it, including werewolves. Mark took the girl in his arms and kissed her; his instinct told him that Elle was a good woman. Elle cried out in pleasure. Was this the taste her friends had been talking about?

"Make me pregnant," Elle said.

Mark looked at Elle's face. "What do you mean?"

"Make me pregnant so I won't be lonely," Elle replied.

"I'm a werewolf, and you're a vampire; we're already different," Mark said.

Elle shook her head. "Our child will be great."

Mark lowered Elle from his arms. "You are a crazy girl!"

Mark left Elle.

"Hey, wait!"

Lisa saw Lucanne pensively sitting on the sofa; her husband must have felt guilty for hurting Lisa. Lately, there have been a lot of problems, including the destruction of the Pack due to Moreno's actions.

"Lucanne, I want a drink," Lisa said.

Lucanne took it and gave it to his wife; it was hard enough to tell Lisa that their child was no longer in her stomach.

"Lucanne, what are you thinking?" asked Lisa.

"Nothing," Lucanne replied.

"You're lying! You must be hiding something," said Lisa.

Lucanne looked at Lisa's face. "You're no longer pregnant. Our child miscarried, and it's all my fault."

Of course, all this shocked Lisa; she immediately grabbed her stomach and felt the flat stomach. She could not have miscarried; her body shook with shock, and her tears began to flow.

"I'm sorry, it's all my fault," Lucanne said.

Lucanne hugged her tightly; she kept saying she was sorry because it was her fault. Lisa shook her head and cried hysterically; she was happy to have a child, but now she had lost it. Lisa let go of his embrace and wiped her tears; she didn't want to blame her husband.

"It's not your fault; it's my fault for not being able to care for him," Lisa said.

"I don't want to mutate into a monster again; I don't want to hurt you," Lucanne replied.

Not long after, some police arrived, they asked Lisa for information about her parents' disappearance. Lucanne stated because Lisa was currently sick, she explained that her parents-in-law had disappeared for several weeks. Lisa continued to beat fast; she was afraid that the police would find out about the death of her parents. Only after the police left could Lisa control her heartbeat.

"Lucanne, did we get caught? Where exactly are the bodies of my father and stepmother?" Lisa asked.

"I buried them near the forest. You shouldn't worry because their bodies won't be found as wild bears have probably eaten them," Lucanne replied.

"I'm sure they'll find out eventually, and we'll be in jail," said Lisa.

"Just remember that I'm a werewolf! They won't be able to do that. Lisa, I love you so much," Lucanne said.
