CHAPTER 12
She let out a sigh from Her lips as she felt herself smuggled into the chair. He looked toward the bag of chips as she felt her mouth water. She couldn't forget the last time that she had been allowed to have a genuine meal of food, and she was relieved that she was able to have that opportunity.
Without warming up, she pulled open the bag of chips and began to scarf them down. She had almost entirely forgotten that she wasn't the only person in the car, and she couldn't help but blush lightly at the realization.
Okay, if I hadn't known that you were that hingey, I would have gotten you a lot more food. I am sorry." He said to her, and she couldn't help but blush as she shook her head at him.
"She eats like a pig . I Believe that you should fix your face". He said To her in a mutter and she couldn't help but blush. Dli rolled his eyes at him in response as he reached in his pocket for a handkerchief and helped to clean around her mouth.
"Don't mind him. He just hates everyone." He said to her, and she couldn't help but smile slightly. She didn't know whether or not it would get her into any trouble, but she decided to take her chances with it.
"You won't last long in there. I can assure you, and soon enough you'll find yourself returning here". He said to her in a mutter under his breath. She felt her breath hitch in her throat. She didn't want to have to come back.
Hey, don't munch him. He doesn't know what he's talking about. You're Not alone anymore. You have me. And I will keep you safe." Eli said to her, and she couldn't help but smile. She didn't know where she would have been if she didn't have him here with her.
She let out a sigh as she tried to stretch out her limps slightly. Her whole body felt as though it ached, and she only wanted to be able to make her way out of the car. "Don't worry. I know the pack is dark, but that is only because we are using the cars, which would have been much faster if we were going in our wolf forms." He said to her And she couldn't help but smile at the realization that she was probably one of the reasons that they were going through the cars.
"But we are going to be there in a little under an hour. And I will be your assigned tour guide, so don't worry. You will not be getting lost on my watch." He said to her and she couldn't help but feel slightly excited at the thought of going somewhere new.
She sat giddily in her seat as she felt as though she were a child that was being taken on a new adventure, and then that was because she seemed to notice as well. She watched as they shook their heads at her, and she couldn't help but chuckle lightly at the sight of it.
She let out a sigh from her lips at the very thought, but she did not try to react as she watched as they delved back into their own conversations. She was beyond grateful that they didn't seem to be paying much attention to her. She liked that fact, and it meant that she could worry about herself.
She didn't have to think about the gruff man that was sitting on the opposite side of her, and the only thoughts that had to ring through her head were her own. She let out a sigh from her lips at the very moment she took a moment to compose herself.
"You know there is a whole grand entrance that was planned for all of you. I think that you will like it, and I think I am a bit more than excited to show it to you." Eli said to her, and she wasn't sure about that. She doubted that it would be anything special for her to see.
Sue only allowed herself to sink her body further into the cushions as she longed for the journey to be over soon. She didn't know how much longer he would be able to last with The man in the room.
She felt as though the next hour seemed to go by in a blur, and she was grateful when the car soon came to a stop. She let out a sigh from her lips as she felt as though she could breathe properly again. She let out a sigh from her lips as a small smile made its way onto her features.
She didn't know why they had stopped, but the moment that she looked out the window, she let out a sigh as her eyes widened at the sight that
She was lent from outside. She was struck by the sight of the tall iron gates and the uniformed men that she saw.
What shocked her even more were the embers of fire that seemed to have been peered into the fates. She watched as the cars came to a stop in front of the door, and she watched as the guards stepped forward. They had serious expressions on their faces, and they held nothing in their hands.
There was no need for weapons in any case. Fire was known to be the most destructive of the elements, which is why those who were blessed with it would have no Trouble defending themselves.
She watched as they made their way through as the man at the door nodded his head at them before the door was pulled open, and he lowered his head before he allowed them to pass through.
She looked at what was around her, and she took notice of what appeared to almost be a fire fountain in the distance. Her eyes went wide as her mouth fell open at the sight.
She found herself almost entirely entranced by the marvel and wonder that she was met with. She couldn't stay calm on her feet as she found herself fidgeting.
She couldn't believe just how beautiful everything was abroad.
"Welcome to the fire kingdom." She heard Eli say to her.
