Chapter 58 - Excitement Fills His Heart

Seeing the wide smile on her lips, the Alpha King feels relief all over him. "You agree now?"

Andreitte nods. "I want to see my family during our wedding day," she said unsmiling this time. She did not know what Alpha King Dantes thinks about her family, especially her parents, who seemed to have shown how glad they were when she was chosen as the new Alpha's breeder and how excited they were when they accepted the sack of gold as a reward.

"Of course, we will invite them. Don't worry, you will see them." The Alpha King agreed at once. Whatever Andreitte would request, as long as it is possible, he will grant it.

"Thank you," she murmurs and then looks at him with tenderness. She is now carrying his child, his first heir and until now she could not believe how the Moon Goddess played with her fate.

She thought she was being cursed to have a miserable life of being an Alpha's breeder, but the Moon Goddess seemed to have just tricked her first.

"What are you thinking? You suddenly fell silent," Alpha King Dantes asked with a furrowed forehead.

"Oh, nothing. I feel like sleeping again," she said while closing her eyes. She still feels weak and indeed sleeps is waving at her.

"Alright, sleep, Darling. I might go out from here in a while, while you are sleeping. Just mind link me when you wake up, if you see me not around here, alright?"  she heard him say before sleep devours her.

Alpha King Dantes kisses her forehead when he notices that she is already peacefully sleeping. He observes her breathing and then his eyes travel to her stomach. A sudden smile creeps through his lips as his hands reach out and gently caress her tummy. Excitement fills his heart.

The Alpha King bears in mind what the palace's doctor advised him. She needs to be well-guarded and well-taken care of. According to the doctor whatever food she will crave, it should be given to her outright. She should not be angered and she should not get too tired and stressed. 

While she is sleeping, Alpha King Dantes mind links to his Beta. "Beta Manro, please send our messenger to the parents of Andreitte to inform them to visit the palace five days from now for the wedding of their daughter. No mention however as to who the groom is."

"Instructions well noted Alpha King Dantes. I will send one of our messengers," Beta Manro replied in an energetic voice. Who would not be energetic if you will know that finally the elusive Alpha King is already getting married to his mate and the Kingdom will finally have a Luna Queen and eventually, Princes and Princesses? Beta Manro smiled widely.

"We will have a private wedding first. As much as possible the Medean Queen and the Rogue Alpha should not know," Alpha King Dantes conveys his message again to Beta Manro through the mind link.

Beta Manro outrightly agreed to the plan of the Alpha King. "Clear and loud, Your Highness. That would be a wiser and safer move," he said back.

"Yes. I don"t want anything that will ruin our wedding." After saying so, Alpha King Dantes already cut his conversation with Beta Manro.

He stands up and checks his Gamma, who has been patiently guarding the door. He came worriedly, just right after Beta Manro arrives a while ago. He felt even more guilty for not being there for the future Luna Queen when the Alpha King found his soon-to-be Luna Queen, lying on the floor of the shower room, unconscious.

"Gamma Reden, take charge here. Make sure to guard her well. I will be away for a while to meet our wedding planner. I will be back after the meeting," Alpha King Dantes told his Gamma before he left the medical facility. He takes steps with speed going to his office, where he is going to have a meeting with their Kingdom's wedding planner. Excitement is eating him up.

At the Medean Castle, Queen Erasma is sitting on her throne. She has an order that no one is allowed to disturb her, even Usmalie, her assistant or right hand, cannot come near her. Usmalie is just standing outside of the throne hall.

She is thinking deeply because there is something that keeps on bothering her mind. Alpha King Dantes let her feel like a very unlikeable woman. Her jaws clench in anger. She cannot admit to herself that she has no appeal at all to the Alpha King and that she even failed to seduce him. She felt insulted and highly offended by the way the Alpha King, the only man she wanted in her life, treated her like a damn piece of garbage. Her ego and proud character could not take the fact that a man she likes so much just rejected her.

Also, the thought of that woman, who was said to be the former Alpha's breeder, being executed seemed to be not convincing on her part. She can sense something fishy. She is just an Alpha's breeder but why was it that the Alpha King himself searched for her and even saved her?

"The Alpha King even tricked me and almost killed me just to get away and escape together with that woman,"  Queen Erasma thought. She could sense something deeper in the relationship of the Alpha King with that woman.

"Could it be that the said former Alpha's breeder is the Alpha King's mate, and to save her from my murderous hands, the Alpha King lied to me by saying that she was already being executed? the Medean Queen murmurs again but suddenly shakes her head n disagreement with what she thought, remembering the other Alpha from the Rogue Island, who came into her castle, claiming the same woman as his mate. 

The Medean Queen's eyes lighted up upon remembering the Alpha from the Rogue Island. She stands up from her throne and walks out of the throne's hall.

"Prepare the fastest boat, we are going to the Rogue Island," she said firmly upon seeing her Assistant outside of the throne's hall.

Surprised, the Medean Queen's Assistant bows her head but fails to keep her mouth shut thereafter. "What are we going to do on the Rogue Island, my Queen?" she asked curiously.

Queen Erasma looks straight into the eye of her Assistant. "He needs to know that his mate has been executed already, in case he did not know yet. He is the only one who can be able to sense if indeed his mate died already. He will easily feel her loss if indeed she has been killed," she replied to her Assistant who seemed to be eagerly waiting for her reasons why they need to go to the Rogue's island, all of a sudden.

The Medean Queen together with her right-hand woman and ten strongest lady warriors sails into the sea, taking the route to the known Rogue Island.

An hour later, their boat docks on the bay of the Rogue Island, with guards around suddenly in a panic, thinking that the Amazonians might have come to attack them. They ready their rifles and aim to fire at the boat of the Amazonians, who come uninvited and unannounced.
