Alaric's P.O.V.
I thought to myself about what would happen if I lost torin or anyone else.
I knew that their plan was to lure me, and then see what I've become in the past five thousand years. And then, they would try to take advantage of any of my weakness studied by them.
My whole life, I have never had the thought of losing torin, I never even knew that this day would actually come.
I could be very brutal, the only thing that I was thinking about was nothing more than torin.
All I needed to do was to bite them. They knew our bite could cost them their lives.
That was why they always used their speed as advantages whenever we both clash.
Their speed was thrice the speed of an average wolf and twice the speed of a little above average wolves.
Then suddenly, a thought crossed my mind.
How many would they be?
What if they were three of them?
What if they were five?
What if ten?
I continued to ask myself questions upon questions.
All that matters to me now was getting torin away from them.
I don't really know their fighting skills but I was ready to die for torin.
I jumped down from a tree, to a long distance. I landed with my legs on the floor and my hand used to support.
I saw torin at my front as I raised up my head, smile crept to my lips.
I finally saw him and he was not hurt anywhere. But it was not only torin that was there.
Iris was also there with him.
I looked at these vampires and they were not any amateur kind of vampires, they were almost equal to a professional.
Vampires can remove hearts with just their hand and no sharp weapons.
We really needed to be cautious.
Author's P.O. V.
The wolves charged towards the vampires with anger in their eyes three of the vampires went towards Alaric
.
Alaric smiled as claws slowly grew out of his fingers, his cannies transformed to fangs sharp enough to bite through bone.
His eyes diluted from the bluish color it was, to a golden color.
Furs sprouted out of both sides of his face, he didn't transform into a full wolf this time.
Same applied to Torin and Iris.
The teeth of the vampires grew into fangs and their eyes became a bloodshot like eyes. They had their muscles active, the tallest among them was about six feet eleven, and the shortest was six feet three his muscles reformed and his body became hard like a rock.
"This really is an unfair fight, but you might not survive out of it alive." Alaric said as his eyes glpeed brighter.
The three man charged towards Alaric with anger and the urge to kill in their eyes they sent down their attacks at Alaric, he had the first one dodged, same to the second one but the third one came right after he had the second blow dodged it landed on his face and it caused him to stagger.
Alaric jumped high and kicked a tree in which changed his direction, he slashed one of them in the face.
The latter healed almost immediately, causing Alaric to shake his head negatively.
The latter charged back at the former who stood in one spot waiting for the right time to strike, the latter stretched his hand forth with an attempt to remove the heart of the former.
The former bent swiftly, the former held the hand of the latter and bit deep into his bone.
Alaric threw the vampire to the ground after he slashed his forehead.
"One man down." Alaric said after he cracked his neck.
"Let's get this started." The second said as he cracked his knuckles.
Alaric looked at Iris and torin, the both of them were doing great.
Torin had brought one of them down.
Alaric received a punch in the face by the vampire in which came at him, he groaned slightly, as he approached him.
Alaric made an attempt to slash him with his claws but he was too fast, he held the hand of Alaric with his gaze still on Alaric, he head-butted Alaric to the floor causing him to fall to the ground with one knee.
Alaric looked at him as he stood up slowly.
Alaric slashed him on the face, he touched the blood and rubbed it, he ran to a far distance, he turned immediately, he grabbed him the neck, and smashed Alaric's back against an oak tree causing it to break into two separate parts.
Alaric groaned in pain, he dusted off his clothes.
He received multiple punches at his face causing his head to move from the right to the left.
He then spit out blood from his mouth.
The vampire sent a blow which had almost connected to his jaw, he held his hand and slashed his face multiple times, before he regained balance Alaric sent a blow to his jaw, which left him in the mid air.
Before he came down Alaric held his legs and slammed his back on the floor, he hit the rib of Alaric with his knee.
Alaric dropped him down, the both of them fell to the ground each of them clutching tight to where they had pains.
They stood up, as their gaze met one another's gaze.
The vampire snarled and Alaric growled.
He walked slowly, towards Alaric direction, he picked up a stick and ran in an inhumane speed, he targeted the forehead of Alaric but Alaric intercepted it with his palm causing it to pierce through his hand in which had started bleeding.
Alaric held him from the neck, lifted him up and hit his spine against his knee, his spine cracked.
Alaric ran towards him with a branch in his hand, he inserted it into the heart of the vampire causing him to yelp in pain.
The third stood up and plucked out the heart of the nearly dead vampire, he munching sound could be heard.
