Chapter 13 : Rescue

In the car, Akash introduced Tani, Sayani and Rishita to his friends. Akash said Tani, “You give Anu’s number to Arka. And Arka, trace the location of the number.

After a while Arka looked at Tani and smiled, “Got it. Anu’s location is showing 1. 5 km ahead.”

Everyone breathed a sigh of relief that at least the location was found.

“Rishabh drive the car quickly, we have to catch them before something bad happens.”, Akash said.

Sayani and Rishita continuously encouraging Tani, as she was a bit worried.

“Do we need to inform the police?”, Rishita said to everyone.

Aakash said, “First, let’s go and see what the situation is there. After that, the police will be informed. What do the rest of you say?”

“Yes agree.”, Arka and Sayani said. Tani nodded. Rishita said, “When did you become so sharp minded, Akash? I’m confusing you with an earlier version of you. Sayani pinch me here. Is this true or am I dreaming!”

In spite of so much tension, everyone laughed after hearing the words of Rishita.

On the other hand, Rohan and Akanksha are driving along the road with Anu to their destination. There are not many people on the streets. Their car is going towards the farmhouse. Akanksha tells Rohan that he should have brought his friends. Rohan said, “No need now, I’ll call them later if I need back up.”

“I knew it right, she was watching us all these time. Hurry up, else she will come here too.”, said Akanksha in a worried voice.

“That’s why I had to change the plan many times. Otherwise I would have ruined this girl long ago.”, Rohan said with great pride.

“But you should have kept Prabhas with you, I’m worried if they come later!”, said Akanksha.

“Hey, let them come. I’ll finish my work before that. Haha…”, Rohan chuckled.

Anu was unconscious but their words were reaching Anu’s ears. Her head was on Akanksha’s shoulder. Anu was trying to get up again and again but she was failing.

“Bro, her consciousness seems to be coming back. I mixed two pills together. Did the drug not work? Oh, I’m feeling sick now How far are we?”, Akanksha said holding Anu’s head.

“Hey, I didn’t know there was so little intoxication in drug shots! Haha.. I already knew they were spying on me, so I arranged for a quick mask dance. Catching Rohan is not that easy! Come on, here we are.”, Rohan said puffing his chest.

Rohan stopped the car in front of a huge gate. The farmhouse belongs to Rohan. When the watchman saluted and opened the gate, Rohan went inside with the car. And while leaving, the watchman was told, “Don’t let any stranger in. Say no one lives here.”

Rohan takes Anu out of the car and enters the farmhouse, along with Akanksha. He laid her on a bed in a room. Rohan said to Akanksha, “Let’s have a drink, there is no fun without intoxication. Both left Anu in the room and closed the door.”

After some time they left, Anu slowly regained consciousness. She clutched her head as her head was exploding with pain.

“Where am I? Ahh my head feels so heavy, why does it hurt. Whose house is this, and what am I doing here?”, these thoughts continued in Anu’s mind. She was slowly trying to sit up. She slowly raised her head and sat up. “Oh my head is spinning!”, Anu said to herself. Suddenly flashback came in her mind, “I was at the party, we were dancing. I asked Akanksha to give me some juice, as my throat was dry. I consumed that drink. That.. then.. I started dancing again. Then.. then my head was spinning… I don’t remember anything else after that.!”

“Where am I? Whose bed? It’s not even Tani’s room.” After thinking for a while, she remembered how badly she had humiliated her. “No, I should go home.” Thinking in her mind and going to get up from the bed, she suddenly saw that someone is opening the door.

Seeing Rohan opening the door and entering the room, Anu said, “Oh I’m at your place? I’m so sorry for giving you trouble. And thank you for bringing me here safely. I should go home now, can you drop me a little closer to my home? I don’t know why my head is still aching. I must have ruined your fun!”

“Hahahahahaha”, Rohan laughed hysterically. Rohan said in a drunken voice, “Fun? The fun will begin now.” He entered the room and locked the door.

“Ro.. Rohan what are you saying! Why are you talking like that? And… why did you close the door? Rohan I will go home now. Why are you coming at me like this?”, Anu asked the questions in a scared voice. Anu’s heart continues to conflict, hearing Rohan’s laughter and words like this.

Without giving Anu a chance to speak, Rohan grabs Anu’s face and takes her to the wall. Anu’s back hits the wall. She starts getting scared seeing Rohan’s intoxicating eyes. The smell of alcohol is coming out of Rohan’s breath. Tears came to her eyes, thinking about Rohan’s demonic behavior and the current situation.

“As much as you cry, no one will come. Even Tani will not come to save you. You know why I brought you here? To suffer you. You think, ‘Rohan, who loved me, cared for me, why is he doing all this?’ To answer your question, I don’t love you. Not one percent. Nahh… I am the one who planned everything. Everything that is happening now was my plan. Do you remember the first day of college, Tani raised her hand on my friend? That day I decided to create a trouble between you two. Me and my sister had to carry a lot of stress. Oh yes.. Akanksha, forgot to mention her, she is my sister. Shocked?? Haha.. I sent her to ruin your friendship with Tani.”

Anu can’t believe her ears, what she is hearing for so long. Rohan’s every word is spreading fear in her heart. Anu’s eyes are getting watery. She hates herself so much. Anu has pushed Tani, her childhood friend, away for these traitors! Anu started squirming, trying to get away from Rohan’s grip.

Rohan held Anu’s hand with another hand and said, “Don’t be so fussy, nothing has started yet. Listen. I told Akanksha in the party to mix intoxicants in your juice. You know your friend Tani tried hard to save you from me… But bad luck, see now you are here with me, in the same room. Facing car cruel truth. Knowing how the real Rohan is like. Saying this, Rohan tries to kiss Anu’s neck. Anu started to scream, she started to squirm. She started crying out of fear and disgust.

Rohan throws her on the bed. Rohan opens the button of the shirt. Removes the belt of his pant, goes to Anu, tries to kiss her. Anu kept pleading and crying, “Please let me go. Don’t do this to me.” Rohan grabs Anu hard and tries to molest her.

While Rohan is forcefully molesting Anu, suddenly the door of the room opens with a loud noise. Rohan was shocked to see Tani. Rohan stood up and said, “How did you come here? You bitch, how dare you come to my house and break the door?”

When Tani entered the room and saw the scene, she could not control her anger. She immediately grabbed Rohan by the throat, and punched in his eye. Tani shouted, “How dare you touch her? You think you’re so clever don’t you? You think nobody can do anything to you? Oh… for some hellworms like you, it’s becoming a liability for girls to survive in society. I will finish you today.” Saying this, Tani bangs Rohan’s head against the wall.

Anu keeps crying sitting on the bed. On the other hand, Rohan held his head and said, “You .. you put your hands on me, look what happens to you now.” Saying this, Rohan grabbed Tani’s hands and pressed her head against the wall. Tani and Rohan started fighting. Akanksha is restrained by Rishita and Sayani.

As Tani was beating Rohan, Akash entered the room with the police. Rohan saw the policeman and said, “Sir, it’s good that you have come. Look sir, this girl entered in my room and is beating me. I was spending some privet time with my girlfriend and no one can’t enter anyone’s private room. It’s illegal and this girl..”

After listening to Rohan’s lies, Tani kneels between Rohan’s legs. Rohan sat on the ground in pain.

The police officer said, “Come on.. Come on, I came here knowing everything.” The officer grabbed Rohan’s neck and said, “Come with me, I’ll show you what’s legal and what’s illegal. Come on, your sister is waiting outside in the car, you’re being arrested for drugs and trying to rape and molest a decent girl.”

“Sir you can’t do this, she is my girlfriend. We love each other, and two adults have the right to spend private time. Why are you coming in the middle?”, Rohan was trying to convince the police.

Tani said, “You think you are so clever. Look, good wins in the end. Police have enough evidence to catch you. Think twice before playing with a girl’s life.”

Anu was silently shedding tears. But this time Anu burst into tears. Tani also couldn’t resist herself anymore seeing Anu’s suffering. Tani went to Anu and hugged her tightly. Anu hugged Tani tightly and cried loudly. Tani couldn’t hold back her tears, she cried too.

The police officer said, even after this, will you say, you love each other? Don’t be ashamed to ruin a girl’s life. No more proof is needed, the girl’s tears are telling the truth. By saying this, the officer ordered the constable to handcuff Rohan and take him to the jeep. The officer said to Sayani, Akash and Rishita who were outside, “I will call the girl if necessary. She will have to give a statement. Take her home, keep her safe. We are here. More than that, she’s lucky to have friends like you all.” After saying this the officer left. Within a few moments, the police jeep left for the police station.

Sometimes silence is necessary. Sometimes a hug makes everything right. Tani was caressing Anu. But Anu could not stop crying. Tani controlled her tears and told Anu, “We are all here, nothing will happen to you. Let’s go home. It’s too late, Aunty called me many times. I said that, you will stay at my house for a few days. Anu was crying like a baby. Tani hugged her tightly to her chest. She rubs her hands on Anu’s head and back and kisses on her forehead and cheeks. Sayani and Rishita also cried seeing both of them crying.

Anu calmed down after some time. She released Tani from her embrace and wanted to say ‘sorry’ to her with red puffy eyes. Tani got up from the bed as soon as she realized that. Tani comes up and says to Sayani, “Take her out of here, I am in the car.”

Anu understood the reason behind Tani’s sudden rude behavior. Tani is angry with her. It is quite relevant. Anu thanked Sayani, Rishita and Akash. Sayani said, “She only did it for you, we only helped her.” Anu started feeling very guilty about what she did earlier with Tani. She swears to herself that she will never hurt her again and will sincerely apologizes to her for what happened earlier.”

On the other hand, as Tani came outside to the car, Arka said to Tani, “You love Anu a lot, don’t you? There will be love, anger and pride in friendship, but if a friend apologizes from the heart, she or he should be forgiven.”

“How did you know that Anu wanted to say sorry to me? But I can’t forgive her so quickly. I want her to understand her mistake. I want her to learn a lesson from it. Now I am here with her but in future if I am unable to stay with her! Then she has to handle everything alone.”, said Tani.

“Yes you are right. But I’m sure that she’ll learn from it. Don’t worry. Oh, she’s coming with them.”, Arka said Tani.

“Ok let’s go.”, Tani said and got into the car. Anu and the others also got into the car and left for home.
