95. I'm going nowhere

Location: Unknown

Carlos the rogue wolf stepped into a dark dungeon where he was holding his captive. With a click of his fingers, one of his minions splashed cold water upon his captive's face.

With a sharp gasp, the man in his mid-forties got a rude awakening and shot open his half-tired eyes.

"Wakey-wakey Jon." Carlos sneered.

Jon had been bonded by iron shackles and had been tortured cruelly by Carlos, who'd slashed him by his chest with his sharp claws.

"So what will it be today? Another round of a twenty electrical whips or will you be a good minion and make the call to your sweet cute niece?"

"For the last time. She won't come you crazy wolf. She wants nothing to do with me anymore and I don't understand why you need her? Set me free and I'll get you your diamonds from the Torretos. I've done it before and I'll do it again!" Jon said but Carlos suddenly whipped him upon his back harshly.

Jon groaned painfully.

"I don't need the diamonds anymore. I need your niece and you will call her out."

Jon had been a terrible role model for that kid ever since he took her in after her parents died. He was a professional theif and a really good one at it. He'd let Rani down and now he'd have to do whatever it took to protect her.

"You rather just kill me now, feed me to the wolves because for the last time she won't come!" Jon said angrily off the floor.

Carlos darkly chuckled.

He snapped his fingers and suddenly another minion brought in a girl bounded by her arms and mouth. She was pushed right in front of Jon and he was shocked to see her. How long had they been watching him?

"Lucy?"

Carlos then grabbed Lucy by the back of her neck and pulled her towards her feet. He scented her crying blondie's hair and grinned down at Jon who angrily glared up at him.

"I've got a thing for blondes," Carlos said and licked the side of Lucy's face making her scream horrified as he back-hugged her and pulled out his claws. He was such a villain and he knew it.

"Don't you hurt her!" Jon said angrily making Carlos smirk. He finally had the fool's attention. He'd work hard to break him, but Rani's uncle had a strong head upon his shoulders. No matter how much he'd tortured him the fool didn't seem to comply with any of his requests to lure his niece out to him.

But now he'd found his weak spot. For Jon had a thing for the cashier girl who worked at Barry's hardware store.

"Last chance to make that call, before Lucy here get's the taste of my claws." Carlos wrapped his claw-like jaw around her neck and gripped her just tight enough to make her flesh bleed. Lucy whimpered out in pain as Carlos licked at her dripping blood and growled in delight.

"No!! Ok, Ok!! I'll do it! Please let her go, Carlos! Don't hurt her!" Jon complied crying in defeat for the girl he loved.

Carlos smiled and shoved Lucy towards his minion. She was shaking like a leaf and he grinned down at her with his yellow glowing eyes taking a whiff at her neck.

"I won't let anything happen to her. You have my word, Jon." Carlos snapped his fingers and another minion came around with a private phone and switched on his video app.

"Rani [cries] I need your help..."

Once Jon finished his desperate plea for an SOS whilst getting electrically whipped in the background by Carlos's minion. He then went over to Lucy his minion released her.

Carlos smiled and wiped her tears away and undid her bond with her mouth. Lucy's lip quivered as she looked back and forth between Jon and Carlos worriedly.

"Please, ss. Set me free?"

"Of course sweetheart." Carlos then took hold of her neck and snapped it like a twig, right in front of Jon. Lucy fell dead on the ground. Jon, who was stunned, got up to his feet to lash out at Carlo's betrayal. The iron shackles upon the wall held Jon back and Carlos sighed. The rogue wolf then sucker punched him cold making him easily knocked out.

"Clean this mess up Ryan and make sure he's alive until Rani gets here."

"You got it, boss."

Lucy's body was then dragged out of the cellar room.

Carlos then headed towards his private chamber and looked down towards his real mate who'd been long sleeping in a coma.

"You'll soon be free my love."

He then nervously looked towards the wall that had a trapped ancient beast who hadn't woken up in millennia.

The dragon beast.

Meanwhile, back in town.

Rani got a knock on her door.

She opened it only to see Hector standing outside.

"Can we talk?" He asked knowing he owed her an explanation for what he did out on the training grounds.

She scoffed and shook her head.

"No. I don't want to talk to you right now."

Rani went to close the door but Hector budged his foot through the door.

She met her angry gaze at him.

"I know you're upset."

"Get your foot out of my door Hector." She glared at him annoyed with his persistent ways.

"I'm going, nowhere, until you talk to me." He pushed the door with ease with his firm grip of his hand and made himself inside. He looked down towards his mate and dominantly held her gaze. Rani sighed out unable to keep him out, thanks to his crazy strength. Moreover whenever he was around he made her body tingle in ways she couldn't explain. His pheromones were high and attractive and she didn't want to feel the mate pull. Not after what he'd done.

"Fine, then I'll leave!" She grabbed her coat and shoved him away from her sight.

Hector sighed unable to stop her.

{A} Way to go Romeo

{H} She's angry

{A} Well do something about it.

His inner beast Achilles urged. He didn't like the way she was ignoring him.

"Hey, where you going?"

"Somewhere far away from you!" She snapped walking quickly away from him.

"C'mon, it's the middle of the night, Rani. Come back home with me?"

"No, I just want to be alone right now. So, can you please go away?" She stormed away from him.

However Hector didn't give up his pursuit and followed after her.
