CAN'T TAKE IT

Ella woke up the next morning finding it extremely hard unable to sleep due to a commotion that didn't allow her to return to the peaceful slumber she was previously enjoying.

Geez what the hell. She thought as she finally slammed her fists against the pillow in fury before sitting up on the bed and adjusting the unruly curls of her smooth blonde hair obstructing her view behind her ears.

She sat for a while and listened when she kept on him hush loud voices of her father coming from the sitting room. She frowned and looked around for a while.

What the hell is going on? Why is his voice so loud? That is something she deeply detested in her family. Her father shouting that loud predicts a lot of trouble coming up.

Oh my God. She thought as her heartbeat pounded her in her chest. She thought for a while and got out of bed before heading down to the living room where her parents both stood with her father scolding Luke and Marcus as they stood before him with their hands folded behind them and their heads bowed to the ground.

Okay. It looks like they must have committed something and their father must have caught them both. But what exactly could it be? Could it be about yesterday's incident? She didn't say anything and she was happy she didn't. if she had, these two brothers of hers would have made sure her life was terrible in this house.

"This is just so absurd of the both of you. I can't believe this. What the hell were you both thinking.? Are you kidding me? I have how many times do I have to warn you that the kind of lifestyle you are living doesn't exist in this apartment? Look, I don't care whatever lifestyle you grew up with or wherever you came from but I tell you and I'm repeating it once again that it ends in my house. " He thundered while they both kept silent and I was left standing at the door post leaning against it and watching the scenery before me.

Yeah, I guess I must have thought about the right thing. She thought.

They have done something abominable. And one of the things that Dad hates the most is the rugged harsh lifestyle of corrupt individuals. She thoughts.

She is still watching the scene before her before Marcus suddenly looks up at her and their eyes meet. She blinked softly with confusion and looked away from him when she noticed the heavy angered look on his face. The look on his face seemed to be telling her that she got them into the situation the way in and she was going to pay.

She shook her head and tried to wave off the thoughts. She did nothing so why the hell would he be looking at her like that? She returned her focus to look at him and noticed him gritting his teeth together.

Marcus kept on glaring at her and clenched his fists as their father continued to bring down heavy lessons upon their head. The thought that he was about to be punished for this angered him.

And it was all her fault. it is all her fault. She ruined it all. He thought to himself as he glared sharply at little Ella standing by the doorpost watching them.

The fact that she is standing there innocently looking like she isn't involved in the entire thing angered him to the core. He felt the urgent power to put her in trouble and punish her for exposing them.

She must go down for this. She must not be set free. He thought to himself.

He pointed sharply towards her taking her off guard as she gazed at him with her eyes wide.

What exactly is he doing? She thought.

"Ella was in on it too Dad. She helped us to set up the girl. " He said and Ella looked stunned as he gaped at him with her eyes wide.

"Say what now?" She muttered.

What the hell is going on? She thought. Luke also looked up to her and smirked.

"Yeah. She did. And now she is trying to expose us. " He said and Ella looked like they had fired a catapult against her skull.

What the f***?!

She screamed in her head. She looked totally confused as she glanced at all the individuals in the sitting room staring at her intently as if waiting for her response.

She scoffed with confusion.

"I honestly do not know what is going on here." She said as her parents looked at her with wide astonished eyes.

"Believe me, mom and dad. I don't know what is going on here. "

"You are a liar." Marcus rasped.

"No, you are a liar." She fired back. "I don't even know what you are talking about. What exactly are you even saying? What did I do? I can't remember doing anything that concerns you two." She said but Marcus and Luke weren't just going to let it easy on her.

"Just shut up and stop pretending you lying bitch." Luke raved and their dad returned his focus to him.

"Watch your words, Luke. I have told you such words do not exist in my house." He said. Then he returned his focus to Ella.

"Enough of all the noise." He suddenly said shutting them up since their noises were beginning to fill up his senses and he was getting fed up. He turned to Ella.

"Believe me I do not want to believe this. But is it true Ella?" He asked and she looked confused.

" I don't know what is going on Dad. Is that true? What exactly are you talking about please?" The confusion on her face was evident before them and anyone coming in for the first time and watching the case will know that she was innocent.

Mr Anderson decided to take things straight to the point without holding anything back. He folded his arms and scrutinized her deeply with his eyelids squinted.

"Did you lure a girl of your age in here for your brothers to fuck?" He suddenly blotted out of the blues and Mrs Anderson turned to look at him with shock. She didn't expect him to put it out that way before their very young daughter. But it was so obvious on his face that he was fuming with anger and hoping that she did not understand what he just said. The image of yesterday immediately flashed in Ella's mind and she gritted her teeth before she glared at the both of them.

Oh my God. I can't believe this is happening right now. She thought. They are trying to frame me. She thought these two bastards before me were trying to frame me. This can't be happening. I am hoping that I'll be able to defend myself right now because the look on my parents' faces doesn't look like they will be forgiving me anytime soon if this is true. She thought.

But she knew deep down within her that she was innocent. So she had to say something to defend herself. But for her to do that, she has to think of something very very convincing quickly and fast. She knew that these silly brothers of hers might counter whatever she said.

Are these guys kidding me right now? She thought. this has gotten to the extreme and she can't just take their presence anymore.
