Chapter 583 Throw Her Out

Isabella finally caught on to Carol's scheme when she saw the piece of cloth she pulled out. It turned out Carol was having the company employees sign something.

"Carol, do you even know what you're doing? Isabella isn't even related to the Taylor Family by blood. I'm the only heir."

Bianca stood up in a rage, slamming the table and yelling at Carol.

Carol shot Bianca a look of disdain. "Good luck making CEO with those brilliant ideas."

"You've got some nerve," Bianca hissed, her face flushing. "Take that back."

Furious, Bianca was about to lunge at Carol for a fight but was held back by her bodyguard.

Bianca's bodyguard whispered in her ear, "They outnumber us, it's best not to get physical with them."

Bianca glanced at the burly bodyguards behind Isabella and her anger subsided.

"Carol, explain yourself. You know Isabella isn't a Taylor by blood..."

Bianca paused, then seemed to have a realization as she looked at Isabella.

"You must've just gotten out of prison, right? Did you visit Jasper? Planning to come out as his daughter, huh? Bold move."

Arms crossed, Bianca mocked Isabella.

Isabella smiled faintly. "My father did suggest that to me, but I declined."

Isabella's words left Bianca stunned, even Carol glanced at Isabella in surprise.

"Even without the Taylor blood, I'll always be part of the family. While you have the blood, Grandpa has never shown you any love."

Isabella's words made Bianca clench her fists. Despite being granddaughters, Patrick and Sloane's favoritism towards Isabella was evident.

"Plus, legally speaking, even though I was adopted, I still have inheritance rights! If you disagree, take me to court."

Isabella ended with a challenging look at Bianca, knowing any lawsuit would be baseless. Isabella's actions were all above board.

Bianca glared at Isabella with hatred, then turned to Carol.

"This is absurd. I have the purest lineage in the family. I deserve this inheritance more than anyone. Why won't any of you back me?"

Carol coolly glanced at Bianca. "Do you even need to ask? You're just not up to the task."

Carol's words nearly drove Bianca over the edge.

Isabella waved her hand, impatiently saying, "Enough, this is my company. You've overstayed your welcome in my office. Leave now."

"Isabella, don't push it! Your and your husband's secrets, you think no one knows about them!"

Before Bianca could finish, her bodyguard muffled her from behind.

"Ms. Taylor, please calm down. Remember what Mr. Williams warned you, some things can't be revealed yet."

The bodyguard whispered to Bianca.

Bianca was on the brink of losing control, feeling like the world was against her.

"If you won't remove your employer, then let me do it."

Isabella gazed at the two bodyguards and spoke calmly.

Realizing they had no reason to stay, Bianca's bodyguards forcibly removed her from Isabella's company despite her protests, shoving her into the car and driving off.

Onlookers outside the office were shocked. Was this Isabella's way of handling things? She was undeniably in control.

Isabella waved at the employees outside. "Alright, the drama's over. You can all head out now."

The employees dispersed, leaving only Carol and Isabella in the office.

"You all know I'm not family by blood, so why stand by me?"

Isabella chuckled, locking eyes with Carol.

Carol smiled in return. "We follow the one with the ring. Bianca may have the blood, but she lacks the ring. If your grandfather gives you the ring, it shows bloodline isn't his priority. Besides, as Wilmer said, true family isn't about blood but shared values."

"Profound words. Thank you for your support. Display that flag prominently in the company, let everyone see our shared values."

Isabella watched Carol depart.

Alone in the office, Isabella reclined in her chair, contemplating Carol's words. While touching, she couldn't fully trust them.

Isabella dialed Michael's number. "Dear, things here are settled. Carol and Wilmer remain loyal. I hope they're sincere. I've grown fond of them."

Michael's voice came through. "Be cautious with local matters. I'll return once I wrap up things abroad. Our identities will be revealed then."

Isabella nodded and ended the call, massaging her temples with her eyes closed.

Carol and Wilmer were reluctant to support Bianca, which might be justified, but their main issue was really that Bianca was completely devoted to John. If it weren't for this loyalty, Bianca might actually have gained their support.

Compared to the clever and cunning Isabella, someone like Bianca—who wasn't particularly bright—would be much easier to control. If the real Isabella ever showed up, Bianca simply didn't have the intelligence to mount any meaningful resistance.

Additionally, the Taylor family couldn't afford another CEO change, especially with Owen and Henry watching their every move. With such powerful enemies circling, Carol and Wilmer needed to tread carefully. This was exactly why Isabella wasn't worried about Carol and Wilmer betraying her—their interests were temporarily aligned.

'I hope it's just my speculation,' Isabella thought, smiling as she prepared to leave for home.

Meanwhile, online discussions reignited about Isabella and Bianca's power struggle, capturing media attention once more.
