Chapter 155 I Want My Wife Now

Chapter 155 I Want My Wife Now

"How did this happen, you idiots?" Kai shouted in his abandoned warehouse. Chaos filled the place, and all the papers and documents had been stolen.

"They took advantage of the fact that you weren't here and attacked the warehouse, sir," the guard said, his voice trembling with fear.

"Who told them that I was traveling, you idiot?" Kai growled angrily.

"Believe me, I don't know how they found out. It was supposed to be a secret, and none of the guards knew about it," the guard answered, trembling.

Kai punched the guard hard in the stomach. The guard groaned and grabbed his stomach, twisting in pain.

"What use are you, you idiot? Haaaa?" Kai shouted in his face.

"I'm sorry, sir. I was watching you like you ordered me to," he said, his voice broken by the pain.

Kai grabbed the guard's head with an angry grip.

"Who are they?" Kai asked.

"According to the guards, they said they were sent by Mr. A," the guard muttered fearfully.

Kai looked at him in shock, his eyes widening.

"What are you talking about? How could Mr. A come after me and my warehouse? He's a billionaire. Why would he steal my money and my company's documents? My company is small compared to him," he said in clear disbelief.

"I find it strange too, but all the guards said the same thing. Someone from the attackers told them to deliver a message to you: This is from Mr. A!" the guard explained.

"Who the hell is this man too? I don't even know what he looks like, but what confuses me is... how did he know that I was traveling!?" Kai muttered in confusion. A person came to his mind, and he smiled coldly as he trembled with intense anger.

"There is a traitor, then... a traitor I never expected!" he said in clear shock.

Kai shouted as if he had been betrayed and rushed to punch the wall with his fist several times with force.

"Find any information, and go get Miran. I left her there."

The guard was silent for a moment before muttering fearfully.

"Sir... there was no one there... I don't know where Mrs. Miran went," the guard said in a tense voice.

Kai looked at the guard in shock, feeling his heart speed up.

"How do you not know? I left her sleeping!" he shouted in his face.

"The worker there said he didn't find anyone in the house where you were staying... I wanted to leave quickly, but they didn't find anyone there."

"I want my wife now. Go find her, you bastard!" Kai shouted madly.

"Sir, according to some people, a helicopter was seen landing on the beach where you were staying. Adrian Blackwood, Mrs. Evelyn, and some others got on it. We believe Mrs. Miran was with them."

Kai looked at him in great confusion, unable to understand anything that was happening.

"What? A helicopter? How could there be a helicopter there? And why would Adrian get on it? Something strange is happening," Kai asked with clear suspicion.

"I'll look into it, sir," the guard said.

"Get out of here. What are you waiting for?" Kai shouted at the guard.

The guard hurried away, leaving Kai to think about everything that had happened.

"What the hell is happening!!!" Kai muttered in confusion and disbelief.

At the same time, Marcus slowly woke up and sat up in fear, staring at a strange room he had never seen before. Confusion and fear began to creep over him.

"Where am I?" Marcus whispered to himself.

He looked around, trying to remember what had happened, and remembered his mother. He jumped up and tried to leave the room, but the door was tightly locked.

"Get me out of here!" he shouted loudly and started hitting the door hard with his feet and hands.

"Where am I?"

He shouted again while continuing his desperate attempts to open the door, but without success.

Marcus moved closer to the window and looked down. He was very far from the ground, and he felt slightly dizzy.

"Is this my country? Have we already arrived? How?" he muttered in confusion.

He was in a strange place, a large garden with no one in it. It did not look like the Maldives at all, as if he were in a place completely empty of people.

"Where am I? Damn..." Marcus shouted in a voice hoarse with tears and sat on the bed, thinking about his mother.

He looked at his hands and found them covered in blood, as were his clothes. A shiver ran through his body as he realized a terrifying truth.

It was his mother's blood.

"How could I stab my mother? Did I really hit her?" he muttered in a trembling voice as tears began to stream heavily from his eyes.

He cried loudly while alone in the room, remembering everything that had happened. Guilt and pain were suffocating him, and there was no escape from the bitter reality he was living.

Alexander, Dominic, and the rest of the group left Adrian's place and quietly closed the door.

"Tell me that he'll be okay, please," Dominic said with deep concern.

Alexander looked at him sadly, without saying a word.

"Why are you silent? What's wrong?" Jack asked, his tension clear in his voice.

Alexander was still silent, his gaze lost in the distance.

"Talk..." he said in a voice hoarse with tears.

"Please, speak," Jack pleaded anxiously.

"I don't think Adrian has much time left, guys!" Alexander said with deep sadness.

It was a shock to everyone. Silence filled the place as they looked at one another in shock and helplessness.
