61: I look good

61: I look good
Chapter 61

I noticed my gaze completely glued to the ceiling of my room, the line on my jaw tightened and my lips shrinked.

The atmosphere of the room suddenly changed and the bed felt a little hard beneath me while the thought of turning around came but my body wasn't willing to take the responsibility.

There were loud piercing screams in my head but I didn't utter a word, feeling used, empty and downcasted.

'why would he do such, I believe you Rex!' my thoughts seemed to be hunting me, my throat suddenly dried and feeling soar too.

I shut my eyes and tightened my lips, causing my nose to get wrinkled I signed audibly and roll out off bed with a faint smile on my face.

Derek had being really clingy this days and the fact that he had claimed me makes me feel nauseous at the thought of it.

Getting into his head to find out what he must be preparing for me would be really helpful right now.

'Derek... Derek.. Derek, where are you?' I thought shrinking my eyes, rolling it from one angle of the room to another like I was expecting to see him anytime soon.

I tried repeatedly but couldn't get into his head or link mind with him, making me feel more agitated as I finally rolled from side to side of my bed.

"He must be smiling at his evil plot by now!" I mentioned, annoyed, glaring towards the door with rough lines appearing on my forehead and my jaw tightened too.

"I'm awake" I uttered reluctantly and stretched out my entire body, with a loud squeak coming out of my mouth and my eyes shut.

I woke up again with a start, staring at the opened window for awhile before stretching on bed.

'Oh...I went back to sleep, didn't I?' the left side of my lips line raised to a smirk and I rolled out of bed.

"Aouch!...what were you thinking?" I asked myself in a scording manner, walking to my bathroom, feeling weird already.

Today is my coronation but I'm not ready to be a fairly tale princess or a Luna of an unknown wolf kingdom.

"What's going on Elena?... if that's what they want, DO YOU" my words came out more fluently than I've expected from my shaking mind.

I sang my heart out as usual and danced to the beat of my imaginary drumming band, they will definitely get paid awesomely when we finally meet in real life.

My bathroom door had steam vapor with which I drew myself and a crown on my head, smiling.

"Soon enough...hmm" I felt my rising eyebrows and shoulder fall at once on remembering what today actually meant to me.

'So this is it' I thought uncertainly, looking straight into my reflection's eyes in the mirror before me.

'Not what I've seen myself becoming, not this' my neck felt weak and unable to continue it job of holding my head up for the moment, I bowed and thought of my future and past simultaneously.

"You look elegant Luna Elena" a maid's mild voice brought me back to the present and I took my head up to flash her a beautiful fake smile.

My hair was next to be fixed and another maid came around, it felt different immediately she came close enough to hold my hair.

I quickly touched her hand and held it gently, there was a gentle and yet intimidating vibration within me that seem to be controlled by my breath.

" Just be careful next time ok, thank you so much" Alice said gratefully as she took a well packaged food from the maid I was holding.

It feels like she has always been here to feed Alice from time to time, Alice has large eye sacks and dark cycle around her eyes from cry and pale lips, her nose red and probably hot from it look but her cheeks were robust.

"Be careful as I say because psycheia is real and dangerous...you must protect the Luna" she warned, explaining to the maid with her left hand holding the bar before her and the other, the food.

What? My powers. It's back.
I just saw a vision.

"No...come back" I whispered.

It went away and I reached out to feel and grabbed another size of hand which felt different from the first, I saw nothing.

"Who was that?" I softly asked, historically, breathing slightly different from the initial way I was.

Everywhere became grave silent, nothing and no one moved including the wind in the room.

"I said who was that?!" I half shouted and turned around to look at their face one after the other to see if I can recognize the face I partially saw earlier, noticing that my chair shook slightly at my voice.

"Not me ma'am" a scared, shaky feminine voice called out from among them, making me feel a bit guilty for scaring such a sweet little fellow like her.

"You've touched every one of us ma'am" a tall slender girl replied with her head slightly bowed.

I took a deep breath, realizing that it was a vision not a physical scene for them to easily unravel.

"Calm down princess, just relax and follow them" Derek's voice advised in my head and I found a reason to pick up my composure.

I smiled to myself, this is what I've been waiting for. Derek mindlinking me for me to be granted access in.

"As I stand before the mirror, I can hardly believe my reflection. I'm wearing a breathtaking emerald green wedding dress that feels like it was made for a fairy tale.

The fitted bodice hugs my curves perfectly, adorned with intricate lace and shimmering beadwork that catches the light with every movement.

The sweetheart neckline frames my shoulders beautifully, and the sheer long sleeves add an air of elegance.

As I twirl, the full ball gown skirt billows around me, layers of soft tulle and satin creating a magical effect.

The dramatic train flows behind me, embellished with delicate floral appliqués that add a touch of whimsy.

I adjust my sparkling tiara, which sits perfectly atop my head, and let my cascading veil fall gracefully.

The emerald jewelry glimmers against my skin, completing this royal look.

I can’t help but smile, feeling like the princess I’ve always dreamed of being on this special day."

"Hmmm... that's the look" my lips curved into a delicious smile as I stared into the mirror, admiring my appearance.

"You look stunning" my words came out as a whisper, I blew a kiss to my reflection and smirked.
