Chapter 13: Late At Night

They slept another night, Jihyo was still awake thinking about the crash site.

'Someone must be here.'

She looked at the fire starter and was definite for sure someone is still on this island.

"I hope my family is doing well, just want to see them." Tears began running down her cheeks.

"Jihyo?" Someone said in a sleepy tone.

"Nayeon, why are you awake?"

She sat down next to her.

"I can't stop thinking about my family, they must be so worried." Nayeon laid and looked up to the stars.

"All we have to hope that help is coming." Jihyo joined her.

They watched the sun rise.

Suddenly, they heard rustling from behind the trees.

"Did you hear that?" Nayeon slowly backing away.

Jihyo crept forward.

"Uh... Jihyo, what if it's an animal?" Nayeon hiding behind Jihyo.

"What are you guys doing?" Jeongyeon waking up, eyes half open.

They could hear whistles from the forest, then arrows were shot at them, making them jump almost hitting them.

Jihyo could see a figure and it was running away, she decided to chase after it. They ran through the forest avoiding trees and branches.

She was close, close enough to grab it.

But as soon as she was about to grab it, she tripped and fell. The figure was nowhere to be seen.

'Dammit'

"Jihyo!" Shouts came back from the beach.

Everyone was now awake.

Nayeon held up a self made whistle that was attached to the arrow.

"Is this a whistle?."

Jihyo took it from her.

"Looks like the figure didn't want hurt us." Jeongyeon spoke.

"I'm sorry, but can someone explain, I just woke up." Momo stood crossing her arm.

"There was a figure behind the trees, shot this arrow making a whistle noise, Jihyo chased after it and here we are." Nayeon explained.

"A figure... like a human figure?" Dahyun questioned.

They nodded.

"So there must be another... person, right?" Chaeyoung looked at them.

"We should explore when the sun comes out." Jihyo said.
