Rubby tried all her possible best to release herself from Diamond, she used force, she used her words but Diamond was rather too strong and adamant just as she expected him to be.

He seems to be enjoying watching her sulk as there was a little smirk plastered on his face. Rubby was slowly getting frustrated and losing her patient.

It's been 10 minutes and if she does not meet Silver in the next few seconds, he would leave without her judging by his temper.

But still, she couldn't just refuse Diamond If she does not want David to die.

She has not spend a lot of time or days with Diamond but there is something she is certain of, Diamond is a man of his words.

If he says ges going to kill David then so be it.

His gaze says it all.

The people who thinks Silver is wicked and callous must have gotten the wrong idea, the real Devil is Diamond.

He would do anything to get what he wants just like he is doing right now.

"Please can you just let me go? A werewolf's life is at stake" She pleaded

"What's the point in saving him? He's gonna die anyways. He's just a worthless Beta" Diamond grinned "I heard he's being punished, I don't know why that makes me feels so good".

Rubby scoffed in disbelief as she looked around to see if no one was watching them or listening

"What in the world do you want you spoilt brat!" She whisper yelled

"Me?" Diamond pointed at himself "I believe you did not just call me a spoilt brat, you...."

"Just tell me what you want? Instead, you have to spare the Beta's life" Rubby interrupted "I am pretty sure you did not come here just to hang out with me".

She glared at him.

Suddenly, Diamond bursted out laughing. An intimidating and manipulative laugh that could scare the hell out of someone.

Rubby gulped, she knew she just crossed the boundary and would not get away with it.

"You are bold" He stopped laughing and smirked "More reasons why I like you".

Rubby narrowed her eyes, there was something off and suspicious about the reply. She expected him to rip her off but rather, she got a compliment?

"You are right, I am here for something else" Diamond sighed "You do what I want you to do and I spare that guy in the room"

"Tell me" Rubby cleared her throat, hoping he won't request for something too big for her to handle.

"I want to you join my pack".

There was silence for a few minutes as Rubby tried to think of a reply. She should have known that Diamond would one day approach her with such request.

They are twins to other people but they are each other's biggest nemesis so they would always want what belongs to the other.

"you know I can't do that" Rubby frowned "You know that I am Silver's...."

"Silver's Luna?" Diamond scoffed "Who cares about that?"

"I care, there's no way I'm joining the pack of someone I don't know or someone I don't trust" Rubby tried to hide her nervousness as she spilled the words.

She slowly took a step back as she noticed the furious look on Diamond's face. She has to save herself, it seems like Diamond would dig in his claws in her and pull out her heart if she is not careful with her words.

Diamond pulled her closer by her wrist and tightened the grip

"I sometimes ask myself what the hell you did to me. If it was someone else talking to me this way, I swear they will be crawling inside their own grave" Diamond clenched his fist and took in a deep breath

"I guess you keep trying to act tough because you know you are his Luna but I think you really have to wake up" He scoffed "Silver does not Love, he does not give his heart to anyone so if you think he is going to accept you then you are just being delusional"

"You talk as if you know a lot about him" Rubby said, staring at his eyes directly "From what I have seen and heard, you guys are not in anyway close so why do you think he won't ever open his heart to me"

"I see you decided to be delusional" He sighed and stared at his claws come out "I guess negotiation time is over".

He glanced at Rubby before turning to the direction of Silver's room where David was. Just as when he grabbed the knob and was about to pull out, he heard a familiar footstep approach

It was that of his brother.

"You really have a thing for getting on people's nerves, don't you?" Silver hurriedly approach them, not wanting to waste any more time, "I told you not to come back here, why the fuck won't you just listen?".

Diamond had a smuggled look on his face, the smirk disappeared. His plan had failed, but still silver being at the scene might actually make it more interesting for him.

"You don't have to be so rude, brother" He scoffed, "I was just having a little chat with her"

"Alpha" Silver said, "Refer to me as Alpha, I am not your goddamn brother, you quack".

Silver knew Diamond's weak point so he used it against him. The fact that he was chosen as the Alpha of the moonwalker pack was enough to annoy him but him saying that statement would enrage him and make him lose his anger.

"Son of a bitch!" Diamond growled as his eyeballs turned red "I will fucking kill you"

"Stop making empty threats Diamond, you want to kill me? Then come at me" Silver furrowed his brow, "Come prepared. Just because you are my twin brother does not mean I will spare you" He added and grabbed Rubby's hand as they both walked out of the mansion.

As they drove down the street, they were both quiet like they were strangers who have nothing to say to each other. No sound could be heard apart from the sound of the engine.

Rubby really had a lot of questions to ask him but she was scared of his reaction to the questions. She has always been scared of him but these days, he is getting more scarier.

She looked through the window, staring at nature and thinking of which question to ask him first

Where they were going?

Or who David's Mate is?

Or what exactly happened between him and Diamond?

She was curious to know all. The only person who has a connection with his mate is David so if David is not with them, then where the hell are they going?.

"Actually..."

"Hey.."

They both chorused at the same time. Then for the next few seconds, there was silence.

"You can go first" Rubby smiled faintly and looked through the window again.

"Next time Diamond bothers you, you can just call for help" Silver said, his eyes glued on the road, concentrated like it was his first time driving.

Even though he has a driver's license, he was used to his drivers driving him anywhere he was going.

"You mean, I can call on you for help?" Rubby's eyes brightened, perhaps Silver is slowly giving her some attention.

"It's does not necessarily have to be...." He paused and cleared his throat "But you can call on me if you want. You know how to mind link, right?" He asked and Rubby replied with a nod.

"Great" he added "So what was it you wanted to ask?"

"Yeah, I was going to ask where we are going? I am sure you haven't seen David's Mate before and I am sure he hasn't either so how do we know her?" She asked curiously.

"Tell me about it" Silver sighed "David gave me a faint description of her. He said she's a blind omega or was it a Delta? Or perhaps an Alpha?" He sucked in his teeth, sounding so unsure of himself.

"Did you even listen to him when he was giving you the description?" Rubby clicked her tongue "What in the world were you thinking?".

"Was it an omega?" Silver mouthed, trying to recall David's description.

The encounter with Diamond literally made him lose his mind for a while and now he is trying to come back to his senses.

"But I do remember where she is" He said as he increased the speed or the car.

Few minutes later, they were in front of a big and spacious environment which was so familiar to Rubby. Her face turned pale and flushed, her whole body started to trembled.

She was back to the place she sneaked away from.

"Why are we here?" She asked with a trembling voice.

"You ran away from here, didn't you?" Silver sighed "You are going to make it hard for us to get David's mate"

"Why didn't you tell me we were coming here? I should have prepared myself" tears gathered in her eyes as she recalled Chelse.

Suddenly, her eyes widened as she gasped

"Wait a minute.... The werewolf we are here for, is she a blind Delta?"

"Yeah!" Silver snapped his finger "How did you know?"

"It's Chelse" Tears dripped from her eyes "she's a friend of mine and she's in danger".
