Chapter 96
Ariel's POV
I froze where I stood, shocked at what Keven had just done. He killed Leo by ripping his heart out of his chest with his claws. Keven dropped Leo's heart on the ground and looked at me with a smile on his face.
"Now that he is gone, you don't have to worry about no one taking you away from me. Now we can be together," Keven said with a smile on his face. He started to walk towards me, but I moved back, trying to get away from him.
"Stay away from me," I said, causing Keven to frown.
"You don't have to worry about anything, Ariel. I will never hurt you. I am going to protect you. Aren't you happy that we can finally be together?" Keven asked. I knew he would hurt me if I said the wrong thing.
"Of course I am happy," I replied, and he started to smile again.
"Great," Keven said, wrapping his arms around me, hugging me tightly. I kicked him in his balls and started to run away.
"Landon, Brandon," I said through our Mate bond.
"Ariel, Where are you?" I heard them ask. I ran out of the house and saw I was in the woods.
"I am in the woods. There is a log cabin," I started to link them, but then something hit me over the head, causing me to black out.

I woke up with a terrible headache. It didn't take me long to remember what had happened to me. Keven and Leo kidnapped me, and Keven killed Leo by ripping his heart out of his chest.
"Great, You are finally awake. How are you feeling?" Keven asked me. He was sitting at a table wearing a suit. There was food on the table.
I sat up and noticed I was lying on the living room couch. I placed my hand on my head, trying to stop the headache.
"I am sorry I had to hit you so hard, but you were being unreasonable. I can't let you leave me, Baby," Keven said. I was worried about my unborn child. I hoped he didn't cause any harm to my baby.
I tried to use my powers to throw him against the wall, but they weren't working for some reason.
"I am sorry, but your powers don't work either. I had to give you something so you won't make a bad decision and use them on me. I know you aren't thinking right at the moment," Keven said
"Why are you doing this to me?" I asked
"I am only taking what is supposed to be mine. The Twin Alphas don't deserve a sweet girl like you," Keven said
"I am not yours," I replied and tried to kick him again, but he grabbed my leg before I could.
"I will not fall for that again," Keven said. I grabbed the lamp off the table and hit him with it. I knew it didn't hurt him much, but I shocked him long enough to get up and run out of the house. I didn't get far because he caught up with me quickly and grabbed me.
"Let me go, Keven," I said
"No, you are mine," Keven said
"I am not yours. I am Landon and Brandon's," I replied, and he hit me in my face causing me to fall to the ground. I could hear ringing in my ears because of how hard he had hit me.
"You want them as your Mates after what they did to you. They let Beta Leo beat you. They bought you from your Stepmother to take care of debt. Did you know they killed your Stepmother after you asked them not to? Her daughter wants to get her revenge on you for what your Mates did to her mother," Keven said.
"They did it to protect me," I said
"I knew Keven was trying to come between me and my Mates by making me upset at them. Even though they killed my Stepmother behind my back, I knew they did it to protect me. I wasn't going to let Yolanda come between us.
"I can't believe you still chose them over me. I am protecting you from Alpha Brandon and Alpha Landon. I am also protecting you from the Warlock King, who wants you for himself. The same Warlock that killed everyone on your mother's side," Keven said
"What do you know about the man that killed my mom's family?" I asked
"I know he believes you are special and can help him take over the world. He wants to make you his so that he can Rule the world. Leo and I were supposed to give you to him, but we both had other ideas. Leo wanted to kill you, but I wouldn't let him do that because you are my Mate, and we are meant to be. I will protect you from all the sick and crazy in the world, including Alpha Landon and Brandon," Keven said.
I was shocked by his words. He was calling everyone sick and crazy when he was one of the most sick and crazy people in the world. He Kept saying I was his, like we were meant to be, when he knew Brandon and Landon were my Mates. I wanted to tell him he was wrong and that I was Brandon and Landon's Mate, but I didn't want to upset him. I was pregnant and didn't want him to hit me because it could harm my baby, so I stayed quiet.
I knew I didn't want Keven to find out I was pregnant because I didn't know what he would do if he found out.
"Let's go inside and eat that food I had made for you. I know you must be hungry," Keven said. His hand was still on my arm as he led me back to the cabin.
"Let my Mate go." Keven and I looked to see Brandon and Landon coming our way with some Guards.
"Brandon, Landon," I said, trying to walk over to my Mates, but Keven pulled me toward him forcefully, causing Brandon and Landon to growl.
"Let her go, Keven," Landon growled.
"And if I don't?" Keven asked.
Landon ran towards us and shifted into his wolf. Keven shifted as well, and they started to fight.
"Are you okay, Princess," Brandon asked as he pulled me to him. He was looking at me, checking for any injuries.
"Yes, I am fine," I replied
"Your head is bleeding," Brandon growled. I looked at Landon and KEven fighting, and it didn't take long for Landon to injure Keven so badly that he shifted back into his human form. His arms and legs were bleeding badly.
"Turn your head, Princess. You don't want to see this," Brandon said, pulling me into him so I was not facing Landon and Keven. All I heard was Keven scream in pain, and then everything went silent. I instantly knew that Keven was dead.
