Lia’s POV:

"I'm gonna grab some coffee while you both catch up" Karen said as both me and Shawn nodded.

"can you come here?" I asked.

"yeah wait I can" Shawn said as he moved from his bed to mine.

"how's your legs?" I asked.

"Been better, I can walk but the bruises on my legs keep hurting whenever I move so it's a bit hard" Shawn said lying beside me.

I stroked his cheek then touched the bandage that was on his cheek.

Shawn hissed in pain "sorry" I mumbled before speaking "Shawn how did all of this happen?" I asked resting my head of his shoulder.

"I really don't know, it happened so fast Lia, one moment I was excited to be home and the next a car comes from the left side and bumps into me on the traffic lights, he was drunk, I refused to proceed charges, I'm just glad you guys are okay, Lia, baby, I'm so sorry" Shawn said.

"Baby stop blaming you self" I said cupping his cheeks.

"I keep blaming myself because it's my fault! it's my fault Lia, I was going to lose you both, this all happened because of me, I really don't deserve you Lia, you're going through a lot because of me" Shawn said as tears fell.

I wiped the tears "shhh, shhh baby, don't, you deserve me Shawn, and better than anyone, it wasn't your fault baby, and I wouldn't blame you even if something happened, let's just Thank god that both of us are here and our baby is finally here" I said kissing his cheeks.

"Can you stop frowning?" I asked.

"Lia it's my fau—" I stopped him by placing my lips on his.

"I fucking love you Shawn, and if you love me you'll have to stop saying these things because it's not fucking your fault baby, it's not! So please just fucking shut up!! Please" I said as Shawn smiled.

"I missed you baby girl; I really did miss you so much" he said as I smiled before snuggling between his arms.

"so, plans really changed, you're staying!" I said.

"yeah I'm staying for Skylar" Shawn said.

"Shawn it's alright, you could complete your tour, your mother, will be staying with me and you know my family can visit every day with Laura and Amanda" I said.

"baby, your face expression really changed, for a moment, I could really see the happiness in your eyes so stop ruining what makes you happy, and baby I already made my mind, Andrew will be coming here soon to see us both and me and him will figure things out" Shawn said.

"but Shawn you really don't have to do this" I said.

"But I want to baby, I want to" Shawn said kissing the side of my head.

" I want to be where with you, I want to look after you and after Skylar" Shawn said.

"You do remember that I can look after myself" I said.

"Yeah but you're my baby and I want to spoil you both, I help looking after sky, I want to see her grow up with you Lia, I want to be a perfect father for her" Shawn said.

"You already are baby, you starting to do things perfectly without even doing it from before" I said kissing his knuckles.

Karen entered the room with drinks in her hands.

"I brought you some orange juice because you'll have to breastfeed your child, and you son, I grabbed you orange juice too because Lia probably would want it and you'll feel bad" Karen said as she gave us the drinks.

"You know us too well" Shawn said as we laughed.

"Lia, darling, from now on you really need to eat, don't skip any meal because you're not just feeding yourself but your baby too, don't worry I'm here for the help" Karen said.

"Karen, I really don't know what would I do without you" I said as she made her way to me and kissing my forehead.

"of course, I'm gonna be here, even if it wasn't for Shawn, you're still my daughter and you brought me a granddaughter so what else would I want?" She said.

"You do know that I love you and you're always welcome at our house? You do right?" I asked.

she nodded with a beaming smile.

"you know, seeing you both together makes me happy, because my happiness really depends on you guys, I don't want anything else" Shawn said as we both looked at him and we both hugged them.

"now both of you get some sleep".

3 days later.

"Baby, hold her a bit so I can open the door" Shawn said as I nodded and put the sky's bag on the floor.

"Lia! Why the hell is the door opened?" Shawn said.

"Huh?" I was confused.

"maybe Karen is here" I said.

"No, she was at your dads" Shawn said as he carefully opened the door "baby stay outside" he said.

"No, I’m not leaving you alone" I said.

"Lia it's not the time to argue! you have a baby girl! Stay outside!" Shawn said as I nodded.

Shawn entered and I didn't hear his words and entered behind me.

suddenly the closed lights opened, and people yelled "welcome home!" Making us jump which made sky wake up and cry because of the sudden jump.

"The fuck!" Shawn yelled.

"welcome baby Skylar" Jai said.

"are you fucking serious guys?! you fucking scared us, look what you did" I said as I held her and tried to make her quiet.

"Shh baby" I said.

"It just you have 2 crazy families so that's what's gonna happen" Shawn said holding her hands as everyone laughed.

"Baby don't cry" Shawn said.

"Shhh baby" I rocked her back and forth slowly before she fell asleep again.

"STAY QUIET" Shawn said as he opened the room door, and we found a white baby's bed beside our bed.

"Guys" I said turning to them with a smile.

"You didn't have too" Shawn said, "I was going today to get everything".

"you guys think we bought just one thing? We bought everything" Manny said.

"You really didn't have too, but thank you, you guys helped us a lot" I said.

Both of us got inside the room.

"Wait I'll put something behind her" Shawn said as he put her a blanket then I layer Skylar on it.

both of us turned when we heard someone take a picture.

Laura stood beside the door and held a camera in her hands.

"Laura What are you doing?" Shawn said as I chuckled.

"Um maybe making memories?" Laura said as Shawn shook his head and we both laughed.
