Courtney and Jennifer stood with their hands on their hips when Nina just came home, their behavior was just like a possessive parent who always wants to know what their daughter is doing and it made Nina feel annoyed, but at the same time, she found it very funny. 
"Why are you looking at me like that? What's wrong?" Nina asked while sitting on the sofa and taking off the high heels that she had been wearing since morning. 
"You've been coming home all night for the past two days, it looks like you managed to find a cool guy at that TV station!" Courtney said sarcastically. Now, her behavior is like a half sister who is cruel and full of envy. 
Nina covered her mouth and tried to hold back a big smile which if she did, would surely tear her lips up to her ears. Maybe it's true, Nina met some cool, rich and charismatic men at that tv station. But the thing was, their coolness had absolutely nothing to do with her. 
"Cool guy, huh? So, that's what you guys asked me when I just got home and took off those 10cm heels that have been aching my feet for a day?" 
"Then, what does that have to do with us? All we want to know is about that cool guy you met at that TV station!" Courtney emphasized. She really showed her arrogance and did not want to lose to Nina. 
While Jennifer just stood with a cornered look and handed all the questions she wanted to ask Courtney who was fiercer than her. 
"Hahaha...you two really annoying, huh? What's so scared if I outperform you guys in snaring the boys, is that so? Don't worry, I'm not interested in that!" 
"Of course you're not interested in the person, but your only goal is their money, right?" 
"Ohohoho...if you already know, why ask again? ah...never mind, today I feel really tired. I'm going to sleep first, good night...!"

"What else?" 
"Don't sleep yet! We have something to ask you!" Courtney said, grabbing Nina's hand and forcing her to sit back down. 
Courtney and Jennifer, two single women who are looking for handsome men to make lovers, are forced to arrest Nina just for the sake of carrying out their ambitions in ensnaring men. 
Nina could feel the bad atmosphere around her, if this was allowed to continue, it was not impossible that they would interrogate her until morning. "I heard that the president director at the TV station is a handsome man who is still 30 years old huh?" Asked Jennifer who started this long interrogation. 
Nina was too lazy to answer, all she wanted right now was just lying on her bed and sleeping until morning, because tomorrow she also had to work as usual. 
"I don't know about that, anyway how do you know?" 
"How do we know that doesn't matter! What matters is, tell us what kind of person he is? Have you ever met him?" Courtney who at first looked fierce, slowly softened when she wanted something.

"What kind of person? Isn't he handsome? I heard his name was Victor Sanders!"

That intimidating way of speaking with that hideous deep voice and the way he looks other people are so low. It's like he's so superior just because he's the president of a TV station that big. It's sickening, so sickening!" Nina said with overflowing emotions. 
Courtney and Jennifer fell silent, their mouths gaping wide after hearing her explanation or rather, Nina's innermost voice. 
She immediately covered her mouth when she realized that she had said too much. She was embarrassed, afraid to make Courtney and Jennifer suspect her. 
"From what you said, it seems you already know the director well, huh?" 
"What? Know him well? Who's to say? I don't know him at all!" 
"So, what's with all the emotion you showed just now? Come on, admit it! You know Victor Sanders, don't you?" 
"Actually, I don't really know him. It's just that, for the past two days I've crossed paths with him several times and he knows that I'm the girl who went viral a few months ago because I fell at a fashion show!" 
"What? really? Hahahaha...he can remember your face?" Instantly, Courtney and Jennifer burst out laughing at Nina's embarrassing confession.

"Who said? I told you that cold and arrogant man is very annoying!"

"You hit your head, huh? Looks like you have to be taken to the hospital!" Courtney said while holding Nina's head to check for possible injuries to her head which made her say something that didn't describe her at all so far. 
"I'm not hit! What are you guys talking about?" 
"What are you talking about? Suddenly saying love for what it is, like it's not you, the cunning and miserly woman we know!" 
"Deceitful and miserly? Just give me a nickname like that!" 
"Isn't that true? But, is it possible that you really already have a boyfriend? That's why you said it!" 
"Boyfriend? W-what are you guys talking about? Ah...never mind! We'll talk about it another time, now I'm going to rest because tomorrow I have to work!" She said as she walked away in a hurry to avoid the questions that made her feel even more cornered. 
Nina entered the room and immediately closed the door tightly. She took a deep breath and let it out slowly. What happened to her at this time made her remember an old saying, no matter how clever you are in storing carcasses, you will definitely smell the stench too. She is just waiting for the time when her relationship with Aiden will be exposed as well.
