Chapter 58 MY SHIMMA?!
I turned back to take a last glance, because no matter how hard i tried, there was no way i could withhold my gaze.
The moment i turned back, they both disappeared into the VVIP section. I felt strangely sad because i couldn't get a glimpse of their face.
“Is everything alright?“ Me Kelvin asked, bringing my attention back to the table.
“Y—yes Sir, everything is fine,” I said, forcing out a smile.
“Why don't we order a drink?“ He asked.
“What kind of drink Sir?“ I mumbled, but he didn't respond, instead, he signalled a waiter.
When the waiter arrived. He whispered something i couldn't quite hear, the waiter nodded before walking out.
MR MATTIAS'S POV.
We were directed to the VVIP section, where i and Dannis both took our seats.
A waiter came to give us a menu, waiting to get our orders. While Dannis carefully went through his menu.
I stared at mine, lost in thoughts. Why do i feel Shimma's presence here.
It's weird, i know, but i feel it. I feel her. Like she's close to me.
I can't wait to get a feed back. No matter where she is, even if she's a thousand mile away. I promise i would find her. There's no one for me except her.
“Mattias,” Dannis called to me, he must have noticed i was lost in thoughts because he looks so concerned.
“Is everything okay?“ He asks. I nod, glancing back down at my menu.
“Uhm, why don't you bring me me the most expensive and beat cocktail you have. You can make it a specialty for us,” I said to the waiter who bowed hia head, then he turned to Dannis.
“Me too, I'll love that,” Dannis said and the waiter nodded again before walking out to vet thwir orders.
SHIMMA'S POV.
I watched my boss pour another glass of wine for me, and I watched the deep red liquid swirl. I could feel a warm buzz start to take over me, I had started to become tipsy. “Uh—I think I’ve had enough, Sir,” I said, trying to sound firm.
“Come on, Shimma,” My boss urged. “It’s late. You might as well spend the night at my place.”
My eyes flew open in shock. I quickly stood up, grabbing my bag to leave. “No! I need to go home.” I said, walking away from him.
I knew it, i knew he had intentions, pervert.
“Shimma!” he called, but I didn’t stop. I headed for the exit, my heart pounding. I could feel his gaze on my back, but I pushed through the heavy door and stepped outside, not minding if it would cost me my Job.

I was standing outside, waiting for my cab, when I noticed my boss approaching. “Let me drop you off,” he said, his tone insistent.
“No, I’ll take a cab,” I replied, swaying slightly from the wine.
“I am your boss, Your safety is my priority,” he said, but I could feel the underlying tone of his intentions.
“Is that why you want to take advantage of me while I’m drunk?” I shot back, anger flaring inside me.
For a moment, he fell silent. Then he spoke. “If you don’t get into the car, I’ll leave you here stranded,” he finally said.
But I stood my ground. He turned, ready to walk away, but them his foot steps stopped, he turned around advancing towards me again but this time, i felt a hard grip on my arm, pulling me.
“Get into the car, you stubborn piece of shit,” he cursed while he pulled me to his car.
“Leave me alone!” I yelled, my voice rising. I couldn’t let him take me.
MEANWHILE…..
MR MATTIAS'S POV.
I still kept feeling this uneasy feeling, like she was so close to me and i needed to see her, hold her, touch her. I knew it was my emotions getting the best of me, but i couldn't shake off the feeling. And the drink wasn't even helping.
I stood up abruptly, pulling out my wallet. “I’m heading out,” I said to Dannis, who looked surprised.
“You haven’t even finished your drink,” he replied, concern etched on his face.
“I don’t feel good,” I insisted, shaking my head. I needed to leave.
I wanted to signal the waiter so that i can handle the bill but Dannis quickly said.
“Don't worry, I'll handle it,” he said, nodded before heading out.
As I walked downstairs, I ordered the valet to bring my car quickly.
While i stood outside waiting, I glanced around, , and then my eyes caught a scene that made my stomach drop.
A man was dragging a woman toward his car and the woman was strugling so hard no to go with him . I squinted, trying to see better. But then my eyes flew open in bewilderment.
SHIMMA?… MY SHIMMA?
